convenience of area I fell getting into the bathtub because the tub was so slippery and not enough grip to it. They are lucky I did not break any bones. Just a few bruises.

Rooms were clean but old decor Location is excellent Hotel was under renovations so NO services available except the room. All lobby areas boarded off and using temporary entrance and all hotel facilities were temporary Renovations were supposed to be completed before our stay but were not completed

Super excellent location, close to Times Square, Broadway, many tourist spots.. Close to bus terminal was another attraction since we used a bus to/from airport due to heavy trunks. Surely recommendable... Kind staff, good location. Very little tiny room beyond my imagination got from photos, but not a problem at all..

The location. The room was extremely small, dingy and had dead insects visible on and around bed. The air conditioning barely worked. The hallway was dark and frightening. No amenitites. Awful staying there. Would NEVER repeat.

updated room, beds, large flat screen, didn't know that the hotel is be remodeled and didn't have a working restaurant. the location of the computers. These I'm sure are just until the construction is finished.

The location is excellent. The rooms are efficient, clean, and comfortable. I have stayed here twice since the end of February and have been pleased both times. Though the lobby area was under construction both visits, it was not an issue to me.

Very clean room and bathroom Very convenient location Very reasonable rate on booking.com with free cancellation Hotel currently under renovation: chaotic lobby and elevators. Rooms are noisy (either traffic or from machineries in the back of the hotel)

Proximity to Times Square Modern room Renovation work impacted heavily on the efficient running of the hotel and no allowance was made for this in the cost ! Free Internet would have been a bonus

Room was clean and quiet. Cozy but adequate. Great view. Elevators very efficient. Location was superb. Close to theaters but a little quieter than being right on Times Sq. No hair dryer in room. Public areas are under construction. Not really a problem, but the lobby and halls werenot an oasis of tranquility.

All I can say about this hotel is the LOCATION. It's 30-second walk to the Times Square and what else should I expect... The room is quite small. But I didn't stay in the room for long anyway, there's a metropolitan outside the room to explore.
