Everything..perfect hotel would def recommend to anyone and would happily return again
Late check in..4pm
Check in agent so good at her job , very friendly . We moved on to the hilton. Not half as good as you guys
Friendly, courteous staff and great location.
Sheets were never washed. Mold around the room and in bathroom. Room sizes were as big as prison cells.
Great location in Midtown and a vibrant energy in the entrance lobby of the hotel day or night. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms very functional.
I would have preferred there to have been ice and water together on certain floors rather than alternate. That didn't make sense.
Excellent location - within walking distance to a lot of the main attractions. Subway is very close by too. Rooms were fairly spacious, with complimentary WiFi in the room. Not much noise so you are able to have a good night's sleep.
City view wasn't what I expected, given I had paid for this view. Room was only on the 7th floor which didn't help.
perfect location, good & clean hotel
Staff & housekeeping ex. Professional & helpful. Amenities great but missed coffee making machine. Price way too high but sane as other NY hotels at that time of year. Phil ashurst
Price but same as other NY hotels at that time of season. Really missed coffee making machine
Small room , no refrigerator in the room .
The hotel was walking distance to several places I wanted to go to.
I missed a coffee maker, microwave oven and a mini ref!
Location and style of hotel
Location and decor
Bathroom too small
We enjoyed the location, breakfast offerings (at a cost) and staff. The room was small, but cozy with all desired accommodations.
We found hair in the shower and it wasn't our. :(
Location. Clean rooms.
Small room for the price. Noisey hallways. Seemed like a youth Hostel Lines were to long to check-in. Really, only 2 or 3 people registering guests when the line is 20-30 people?
the ocation for what we did was perfect. Like the hip feel of the lounge Rooms were comfortable and clean.
The only problem we had was the elevators...a little too slow
The location. .. the recipient is great. ..ppl are very helpful
A bit over priced
Check- in stsff and comp meal...the pizza was smazing!
Small beds...thougjt for sure i had reserved 2 Queens, had tight singlrs. :(
Proximity to the theatres.
No coffee brewer, no fridge.a
I think the building is old and the facilities are not worth the value of the money I paid.
The short walk to time square & The fact that the staff are willing to fix a problem.
Because I booked through booking.com I was not entitled to breakfast & for $500USD per night I thought that was quite disgusting.
The view was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable EVER.
Tiny and old bathroom
Very close to Times Square and subway. We were able to take the air transit train to Jamaica and the E line all the way to the subway 42nd/port authority which was just a block away. $7.50 in total so better than the alternatives.
Reception / Concierge were a bit on the cold side be very busy hotel. Price went way up the few days we stayed so if booking do so well in advance.
The location is very close to 42-St Port Authority Subway Station. And just at the corner of the Majestic Theatre, which is really convenient for visitors to watch the Phanton of Opera. Besides, it is just a few minutes walk to the Times Square where shopping is really convenient as well.
The hotel room is a little bit small but considering its location I am fine with it. But the biggest problem is that as our room window facing 8th Avenue, it was quite nosiy at night. And we could feel the train going under the ground like every 5 minutes till very late at night and early in the morning. Strongly suggest that people with sleeping problems do not consider it as a choice.
great location if attending broadway shows. Room was comfortable. Metro station very close.
Did not receive the 4:00 am wake-up call I had requested for the morning of my departure flight.
