Really nice location, very close to Time Square. Nice modern decoration for lobby and room. Quite wide room. Excellent view from my window
A bit expensive
location; friendly staff; room was ready a couple hours before check in time and access granted; clean. In summary: very positive experience
no minibar or roomservice
SOME of the baggage carriers there are rude and uncivilized at all. It confusing there, part of the staff there are nice and helpful and the other part rude and unwilling to help. Rooms are small.
Computer management of elevators meant very short wait for elevator. Large clean and modern room with black out shades.
Very busy lobby. Sometimes WiFi was slow to connect.
No minibar ? 4star Hotel ? No bottle of water ? Funny for such a great looking Hotel ......
Didn't like that you don't have enough couches in the lobby
The location was excellent. Easy access to great restaurants and Time Square, Broadway etc. The ROW staff were floating the reception area at all times. Always asking if you needed assistance.
We booked and paid for an upgraded room with a King bed and a view. When we checked in there were no King rooms available. That was a disappointment as we had already paid for this.
The locations very good
The room very smll
Location, staff, look of the facility.
Very large, so very crowded. Elevators broke.
road noise at night
Great location, so close to Times Square with all the hustle and bustle but quiet hotel so best of both worlds! Within walking distance of lots of things to see and do. Excellent staff.Would definately return if visiting NYC again!
Beds were so comfy. View spectacular
Tight toilet area with sink
No coffee tea maker in the room , room designs are disapointing . Small bathrooms
pay for wireless
quiet, excellent sleep, clean rooms, elevator system
small bathroom, nowhere to put the toiletries
The location; Cleanliness; Very comfortable bed; Well-drilled, friendly staff; Superb Wifi; Highly efficient operation.
This is not a hotel to linger in - it is a base for visiting NYC and getting out and about. It is huge... feels like a "factory hotel", but that is not really intended to be a criticism. It is very reasonably priced, efficient and friendly. The breakfast counter didn't appeal much to me, and was a bit disorganised (which was totally uncharacteristic of the hotel, which is like a well-oiled machine).
Row NYC provides an excellent location to all the guests....locates close to the Times Square and the guests can have a great shopping experience. The hotel looks fashionable and modern as well
If you want to see the busy side of NYC and go to Broadway shows, this is a good place to stay. As a single female traveller, I stayed here once my friend had gone home because I knew that I would feel safe with people around until very late at night. The hotel has a 'trendy' vibe, from the lobby music to the decor in the rooms. Everything was clean and white and fresh.
Nothing to really complain about, I had a nice stay. It is expensive, especially for a solo traveller, but it's NYC.
rooms are too small with no fridg.
Toilet doors don't close properly and room small
location is good. trendy modern décor. price was good
my a/c was broken to my room. although the décor is modern there are many places in the rooms and hallways that need touching up. paint is peeling... The windows don't look out to anything. just a black window. I asked for a view.
Location is great
Rooms are tiny
