Location and staff.
Quite a lot of road and street noise.
Bar Prices were really high A/C was hard to regulate
Ideal location, clean and tidy room. Plenty of space for what you need. Would definitely return to this hotel. Love the elevator system! Secured access to rooms after hours which was brilliant.
Location was excellent and convenient. Was able to check into our room earlier than expected. Wifi available for up to 5 items.
Not very clean as the carpet looked as though they were never vacuumed from the time we checked in and during our entire 3 night stay. I wore my runners indoor and brought slippers as well.
If u want to go to NYC and visit the best point of interest of this city this is the hotel for u..... Everything in the hotel is nice we love it highly recommended..
Rooms not as well cleaned (corners of ed,cabinets etc) as they should be, bathrooms very basic.
Of course the location,clean rooms,wifi,
Rooms are not so big, very expensive taxes, restaurant not so clean
When we first arrived my daughter got some devestating health news. After discussion we stayed. Mom and her 4 daughters. One of my daughters had gone to the lobby and Patrick noticed she was upset. He sat with her snd listened. A wonderful stranger we now call him "our angel." The location was great and all in all we managed to have a decent weekend. I would recomend this hotel. We were treated very well and I know noone else knew about our situation but Patrick. Thank you again Patrick for being the kind caring person you are.
A little crowed in the entrance and rooms are a little small. I definitely recommend upgrading if possible.
Location so near theatres etc. Friendly, helpful cheerful staff.... especially at breakfast bar. Being able to leave luggage for free (excluding tip) while we went out on day we left. Availability of price reduction (through booking.com)
Room rather small. No info re hotel in room -or when we asked for some at desk. High price if we had not had a 'deal'... Pity some sort of breakfast not included in price

Staff, room, location
shower couldn't keep water in it.
Pretty much everything. Although you spend very little time in your room, it's worth every penny. The rooms are small, but you'd expect that in NYC across the board. The bed was SO comfy, perfect to rest and restore before another 16 hour day of site seeing. You're located just a 3 minute walk from Times Square. Perfect if you want to explore this area. However, it's also a great location for heading north to Central Park and south to the Financial District. I couldn't recommend ROW NYC enough. A great hotel, great vibes and if I wasn't out enjoying NYC as much as I was, i'd have enjoyed the live music in the bar, the restaurant and the gym too.
Nothing. If you pick fault at the size of the room, or the fact you could shower, go to the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time, you're expecting far too much from an NYC hotel.
Liked the decor
Worn carpet, not vacuumed
The check in process was terrible. We had reserved rooms, it took 20 minutes to be given a room, and then when I went up to it, it was unmade from the previous guest. When I went back to the check in counter, they had no other rooms available. My two colleagues had similar check in horror stories. Staff was friendly, but, seemed overwhelmed and unable to deal with a busy time. Their systems were unable to handle the guests arriving. The actual hotel looks nothing like the website. It is dark and dreary, and looks like it needs a makeover.
Location and cleaness
Room, staff, wifi the place is like a zoo, too many people, not worth the money paid for the room
Location near Times Square
Room was cold - turned it up to 76, was still only maybe 68 Toilet was dirty
Location, helpful staff. Nice bar area.
Every time we used the shower the alarm set off. Asked for it sorting 4 times got a free breakfast but still happened next time. Ended up taking it out while using the shower!
the lack of maintenance is clear. The bathroom had an exposed access panel. The dresser was falling apart. The walls needed repair. It isn't a quiet place to sleep. The front desk staff are rude. And you never feel quite safe in this building with no real security except a person who may glance at your access card. For 300 bucks a night, I wish I stayed anywhere else
Noise. Wasn't clean Definitely not maintained.
The location; close to Broadway, Port Authority Bus Terminal, great restaurants and easy accessible public transit. The service; Marcello on reception was great. I stayed before and I've been fortunate enough to be greeted by him each time I've stayed. The housekeeping and bellman were all so very friendly and approachable.
The $20 amenities fee.
Great location, efficient staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good shower pressure.
Close to times square, the service was good, and very modern lobby.
The rooms and bathrooms are too small and it's a little expensive
Fun place to be, dynamic, a lot of people, bussy, however real quiet high quality, modest rooms.
Sometimes to bussy in central lobby
