Dusty room , brick wall view
Great deluxe room, view of the Hudson River and the fact you could walk everywhere from the hotel...
The fact I only had five nights there!
Perfect location, very clean rooms, fast elevators, friendly staff, good and free wifi
the hotel is huge, lots of people, the lobby felt cold, big and grey
No mini fridge
Free use of Apple Macs and free printing. Free wifi in rooms great Small rooms but that's to be expected in NYC. Great location for Times Square and all attractions
Location fantastic. Couple of minutes from Times Square and theatres.
Noise! Our room overlooked the hotels air con system and the noise it made was a pain. Not bothered through day as we were out but at night when trying to sleep was a nightmare.
Great location, very helpful staff, smart modern finish internally
Nothing to report
Nice place to stay, good situation to start discovering NY.
Too noisy (from outside), even on 22nd floor. But this is New York...
Close to all the theaters Most everything worked; no problems
No water glasses in the room Bar and music way too loud Location in theater district is ovewhelming for anyone not used to continuous crowds
Location excellent!!! Great service, good clean rooms. Asked for view and high up floor, which they gave us. Great jazz band, free entertainment which was a lovely surprise. Lovely bar area in the lobby.
For the price would've expected breakfast to be included. Quite expensive (but its NYC)
Just the location

Great ambiance, easy access to everything, small room was just enough for one.
Very limited food in the bar downstairs. Gross nest of dust and hair on both sides of the bed between the nightstand and the wall.
Location is incredible , so close to everything you want in New York. Free Wifi
The hotel was very loud in the morning time with cleaners shouting in the hall way. Restaurant is not very good and very uncomfortable.
We purposely came to NYC to tour the City College of NY with my granddaughter. The college was way beyond our expectations! The hotel was located conveniently to the subway and my granddaughter was like a tour guide herself. Would stay at Row NYC again in a heartbeat!!!!!
To be truthful, the room was the cleanest room I've stayed in lately, but just a little pricey. We felt very safe and it was located just right though. Hope I can find some discount deals when I come again to visit my granddaughter in college. Thanks Again ...Linda,Batavia,NY
Superb location and extremely friendly staff. Small, but comfortable, room.
The bathroom was very small.
Super comfortable room and not too small like most in midtown.
The hotel is so busy is made my brain ache.
Excellent location, just a walking distance from Times Square & the subways .... Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes around you to keep you entertained ... Had soundproof windows, and blackout curtains to make sure you sleep well, as the noise can be a bit unbearable. Great express checkout, just a drop box and walk out.
Package came with no breakfast option, not that the restaurant had many options. Rooms are a bit small, but adequate.
The location was great for access to Times Square, theatres, and the subways. Always something to do in the city. The room had modern decor and the staff were always friendly.
Room and bathroom were quite small. Travelling with luggage and a stroller for a 3 year old made it I tight squeeze.
Location Resonable room size
Very busy hotel. Not friendly staff.
Perfect position: you can go anywhere in Manhattan city center on foot (it's just about 10min from Times Square, 20min from Central Park, 20min from the Empire) and there's a subway station just around the corner, so you can easily reach any point in the City. A plus: the Smith's pub in front of it, the perfect place for a beer after a long day of walking! :)
The room and the bathroom in particular were very small (we were 4 in the same room and from the end of the bed to the opposite wall there was space for one person only).
Size of room for three people, like for backpackers. Water short cut
One member of staff was quick to react to our complaint about the heating system.
The heating system. Our room was, without being over the top, like a sauna!! The heater malfunctioned and just kept billowing heat out and we couldn't open the window as it was too noisy!!
