Mr. Mauricio Bonivento,
I hope this mail finds you well.
I am writing in order to tell you about my experience at the ROW NYC hotel during the last couple of days. I booked a single room trough booking.com for 4 nights, but my experience during the first two nights was awful and the staff was beyond rude.
I arrived to the hotel on Wed. 8th at about 9:00pm checked in, and I went to work at my room because I had a couple of interviews the next morning. Before I went to sleep, at about 12:00pm, I expected to take a shower and it was then when I realised that the room wasn't completely finished (there where no towels, nor shampoo).
I phoned the operator because the room wasn't finished, and they said that they would solve the issue in a couple of minutes.
After 40' minutes I phoned back and it was then when Anthony (the manager at that moment), with a very bad manner, said that they where really busy so that I should wait or if not, that I should go to sleep and wait until the next morning.
Not pleased with his answer, I told him that I had to shower during the night because I had no time to do it during the morning, and it was there when the manager yelled at me saying that I was not the only customer at the hotel and after that, he hung out the phone.
I think I was not wrong in expecting a finished bathroom and over all, good and polite manners from the manager.
As if this was not enough, on Thurs. 9th at 1:00am there was a fire on the basement of the building, so we had to evacuate the tower and wait for more than an hour at the street.
I would like to receive a compensation or a refund for this inconveniences.
I look forward on hearing from you.
