I fell getting into the bathtub because the tub was so slippery and not enough grip to it. They are lucky I did not break any bones. Just a few bruises.

Hotel was under renovations so NO services available except the room. All lobby areas boarded off and using temporary entrance and all hotel facilities were temporary Renovations were supposed to be completed before our stay but were not completed

The location.

The room was extremely small, dingy and had dead insects visible on and around bed. The air conditioning barely worked. The hallway was dark and frightening. No amenitites. Awful staying there. Would NEVER repeat.

Wi-fi is very expensive

Cost

Noisy children next door and staff was not accommodating with room change. Did not follow through with what they said they would do. Walls not insulated.

The hotel is in construction and renovation process so there is no loby or any public area. We may consider booking it if we knew in advance.

The Hotel was in reform then the elevators was always busy, But I recommend this hotel.

Proximity to Times Square Modern room

Renovation work impacted heavily on the efficient running of the hotel and no allowance was made for this in the cost ! Free Internet would have been a bonus

Small rooms No value for money

The hotel was overpriced and like a building site. The rooms are very small as is the bathroom. No free WIFI you need to pay $14.95 for 24 hours. You can hear everything that's going on in the street as the windows are not double glazed. The lifts are a joke, there is a wait for about 5min everytime we needed them. When you enter he hotel it's more like entering a subway station than a hotel. Keep away from this hotel if you wan to enjoy yor holiday

Room was quiet.

Elevators were unreliable. Hotel did not mention they were under construction before the booking. There was trash on the floor of our room and dirty face cloths on floor of the bathroom when we arrived.

Near restaurants in Hell's Kitchen

Peeling paint in rooms. Paper thin walls. Huge crowds at elevators that wouldn't go to my floor. Didn't have room I booked available so had to downgrade. Shower bottom was squishy and took 30 min to get hot water.

The location is awesome! You are so close to Time Square, the Theatres, numerous Restaurants, shopping. Walking distance to numerous attractions. Hotel will be top notch once renovations done.

Just need to finish renovations.

It was one of the only hotels available under $400,00 per night

The hotel is undergoing construction and was terrible. The elevator did not go to ground level and you had to carry your bags up one floor to get the elevators (which were so overused that you had to wait 10 minutes or more to get one). There were no services available to guests (breakfast room on site, bar, room sevice etc...)

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the 'happy to assist' nature of the staff.

I didn't like the size of the elevators, the process of having to go to one floor up before you actually get to your real floor via a second elevator trip. There was way too much commotion in the lobby at all times due to the renovations. But, I think once renovations are complete, the experience will be awesome all around. It is just a little hectic getting in and out of the hotel at the moment at normal entry/exit hours.

Very good location and very friendly and helpful staff.

I can't wait to stay there after the renovations. During our stay it was a zoo....
