Hotel is so very close to "The Times Square", etc.

No Coffee Maker, Microwave, Mini Fridge in the Room

I fell getting into the bathtub because the tub was so slippery and not enough grip to it. They are lucky I did not break any bones. Just a few bruises.

Hotel was under renovations so NO services available except the room. All lobby areas boarded off and using temporary entrance and all hotel facilities were temporary Renovations were supposed to be completed before our stay but were not completed

Super excellent location, close to Times Square, Broadway, many tourist spots.. Close to bus terminal was another attraction since we used a bus to/from airport due to heavy trunks. Surely recommendable... Kind staff, good location.

Very little tiny room beyond my imagination got from photos, but not a problem at all..

The elevators were not working and we took the service elevator on two successive days. There was a long queue for the service elevator on the 2nd day. I could not call the front desk from the room. There was no room service.

The location.

The room was extremely small, dingy and had dead insects visible on and around bed. The air conditioning barely worked. The hallway was dark and frightening. No amenitites. Awful staying there. Would NEVER repeat.

Noisy children next door and staff was not accommodating with room change. Did not follow through with what they said they would do. Walls not insulated.

Location and price

Small rooms, elevators took a little bit to get used to. Very dark hallways on the 10th floor.

didn't know that the hotel is be remodeled and didn't have a working restaurant. the location of the computers. These I'm sure are just until the construction is finished.

The location is excellent. The rooms are efficient, clean, and comfortable. I have stayed here twice since the end of February and have been pleased both times. Though the lobby area was under construction both visits, it was not an issue to me.

Hotel currently under renovation: chaotic lobby and elevators. Rooms are noisy (either traffic or from machineries in the back of the hotel)

designed and comfortable room although it was small.

The hotel is in construction and renovation process so there is no loby or any public area. We may consider booking it if we knew in advance.

Good location, very close to Times square. Although the area is very busy the room was very quite and had a good nights sleep (we stayed at the 14th floor). The room was also clean and had a pleasant decoration. The staff was helpful.

The room was very small. The hotel was under reconstruction so there was no room service.
