I was able to check-in early, the comfort of the bed, friendly staff were major plusses Not alot of taxi traffic. Had to walk a block to grab a cab. Then again it was a rainy day and that never helps |

Clean, confortable, excellent public transportation connections, good city and river views from windows. Despite work at World Trade center site, noise was negligable. Liked the coffee and tea machine in room. |

The staff was very attentive. The price was good considering it was a holiday weekend. The room smelled like cigarette smoke when I first arrived. They tried to switch me to another room, however due to the holiday they were very busy. They had an alternative without internet, but I chose to stay in the room. They immediately sent someone up to spray a pleasant smelling odor reducer. It worked initially. I should have had them come back the second day, however I dd not. They handled the situation professionally and swiftly. |

When we went to check in we learned that there had been a mistake in the booking process and they were going to give us a room with one bed instead of two. The lady at the front desk was incredibly understanding and since it was my friends bachelorette party she not only gave us the room with the 2 beds but upgraded us so we were on the 22nd floor of the hotel instead of on the lower levels. The hotel was beautiful. It was not as close to the main part of the city as I had hoped but the ride in the taxi wasn't so bad. I would definitely stay there againl |

Although the hotel was a little from the main bustle of NY it was right on the metro ,so it had it all convienience without the noise.It was a beautiful contempory clean hotel with good leisure facilities. |

Very nice hotel, great location downtown, room was excellent and very well equipped. Side facing ground zero is noisy. Work seems to be 24/7 and the windows do not fully eliminate the heavy construction. Very interesting if you are into civil engineering. Cost of breakfast is unbelievable, however many possibilities outside. |

Great downtown location next to wtc site. Hotel is new and is better planned than 99% nyc hotels. Breakfast menu is overly expensive, however poor in terms of selection. |
