Huone oli hieman epäsiisti, kuluneen oloinen. Vaikka näköala ja sänky olivat hyviä, huomasi, että huoneita käytetään paljon bisnesasiakkaiden yöpymisessä. Kaapit, jääkaappi, vessan tasot olivat kuluneita, rikkinäisiä ja jopa epäsiistejä. Vessan hana oli rikki, jonka tähden vettä tippui lattialle. Hienosta näköalasta huolimatta hotelli on hieman sivussa, joten lähimmälle metrolle on hieman matkaa. Hotellin uima-altaan vesi tuntui hieman likaiselta sekä pukuhuoneet vaikuttivat epäsiisteiltä.

Hyvä sijainti.Hyvät näköalat sekä huoneesta ja erityisesti jumppasalilta ja uima-altaalta.Hiljainen ja tilava huone sekä asialliset wc/suihkutilat.Ilmastointi toimi hyvin.Saimme ilmaisen jääkapin, mutta vasta useiden pyyntöjen jälkeen.Virta-adapterin (110V - 220V) saimme viidessä minuutissa - ei veloitusta.

Huoneessa oli poltettu tupakkaa, vaikka non-smoking room.Mini-baari kiinni, vaikka vuoden kuumin kuukausi, tosin pyyntöjen jälkeen saimme ilmaisen jääkaapin.Jääkaappiasiassa saimme aluksi henkilökunnalta (front desk) täysin harhaanjohtavaa tietoa.Virallinen osoite One UN Plaza ei ole ehkä paras mahdollinen, koska jokainen taksi kysyy mitä streetiä sinne ajetaan.

Great memories of our time in New York. the view overlooking Manhatten was awesome..day or night. Gym, pool and locker-room facilities were great, as one would expect in a hotel of this calibre. A coffee-maker was provided on request.Loved the atmosphere of luxury in the lobby area.

Femal staffs were very generous

I didn't feel any hospitability from men staffs at all. Room was too cold and I didn't know how to control the temp.

Great location, easy to get to, helpful staff (was looking for a suggestion on a sushi restaurant and they recommended a great one only a block away).

The only thing that was an issue was the internet usage. I have a wireless card and the hotel's system kept blocking it. I called the front desk and was told that it had something to do with the UN and signing into the hotel's system was necessary. They didn't do a great job of explaining it and I was just frustrated because I pay for a wireless card to avoid this issue. I was only staying there one night so it wasn't a huge deal to me but for business travelers, who likely have wireless cards as well, this could add up (at $13/day) and is just sort of annoying.

The room was beyond amazing! I was overwhelmingly impressed!

Downstairs bar very dark and depressing if all you want is a pick me up meal after a flight!

Excellent view, pleasant and attentive staff, convenient location, clean and attractive rooms. The couches , however, where worn and tattered and uncomfortable. Excellent room pricing.

Only the worn out, tatered, and uncomfortable couches in both our suite and my inlaws suite.

We Loved this hotel. It was a beautiful room with beautiful panoramic views very roomy and comfortable. All the staff was extremely professional and courteous.

I was upgraded upon arrival to a duplex that had two floors, a spiral staircase, 2 flat screen tvs, 2 walk-in closets, 2 marble bathrooms, a full kitchen and more. Although it was a smoking room, there was no scent of smoke in the room (and I'm sensitive to it).

That it was a smoking room in the first place and the decor was outdated in the actual room.
