£12.50 a day for internet access
My fiancee couldn't stop taking pictures because of the great view.
But we were disappointed because the bed made so much noises and there was no microwave to heat our food. Bad receptionist( not friendly)
The view and location.
The price you quoted us changed dramatically after all the taxes and fees. So from 199 we paid 248. That was extremely much and different.
I loved Justin at the front desk he was amazing. He made sure that we had the best experience. We stayed on the 40th floor and looked over the NY skyline it was amazing. The shower was so relaxing. (Talking to my dad about re-modeling our current bathroom)
Nothing One UN was GREAT !!!
Location suited our needs and staff were first class!
Closeness to the UN, cleanliness and comfort plus great view!
No wifi in the room in this day and age! Surely!
Excellent location - proximity to the UN. Comfortable rooms
Paid Wifi in rooms - most hotels all over the world have unlimited wifi. Getting coffee and supplies replenished was not automatic and took a long time. Tipping not based on satisfactory service
Unless you are in the renovated tower, this hotel is quite oldun down, basic rooms, no mini bar, breakfast excluded (40 dollar per day surcharge)... The rooms are spacious, but that's about it.
Unless you are in the renovated tower, this hotel is quite old, run down, basic rooms, no mini bar, breakfast excluded (40 dollar per day surcharge)...
Location is excellent and the view was marvelous
internet access is very expensive as it is for one device only. I had to choose between my laptop and smart phone!. staff at the front desk were clumsy . The room was poorly furnished with only one chair for a room of two persons. Sheets and pillow cases had grey color .
Convenient location. Staff helpful. Rooms etc OK.
Absence of coffee making equipment, kettle, fridge without requesting it - then all gone by the time I realised that! Absence of free WiFi in rooms in the E tower.
I liked my room it was spacious. Lovely views
When my room was cleaned cups would be left uncleaned and disposable coffee cups on the table left there after the ladies had come to clean.
Close to Grand Central Station, superb view from our room.
There were roaches in the room. When I reported it, I was asked if they were just one or many???! No one took responsibility till I found the Manager after much ado!
No services- no refrigerator in the room, no kettle, terrible business centre, expensive and poor internet services.
The room rent should include complimentary breakfast
I was in the WEST bldg...which is FAR superior to the EAST on.
Restaurant only so so. Often hard to get a taxi.
Comfortable stay, amazing view, and very well located, with great bars and food a couple mins walk away
Wifi was so expensive (very american thing to pay for it these days), but worse than the cost, if you connect your mobile and your laptop, you have to pay twice, which is incredible. Also this hotel really needs an update, bathrooms are not up to standard, and everything needs a lick of paint.
Nice room - spacious for NY Very good view - room is comfortable Staff efficient without being overly exuberant Useful coffee near the lobby
Room was cold but I was also a little dumb when it came to adjusting the temp No kettle, tea or coffee in the room
I didn't like they held a 50 deposit
Friendly staff, close to UN
Location close to my Office
No freezer in room for client use
A young gentleman (receptionist) who tried to look for a room with a nice view.
A young lady (receptionist) who immediately cried that I had to stay behind the line nerar the reception desk (though I hadn't observed any line). C'est le ton quie fait la musique. Fortunately the young gentleman mentioned at the left side of this page was immediately prepared to help. Still a suggestion: do not charge internet separately; it is a little bit outdated.
Housekeeping was lovely and helpful
Wifi fee was outrageous: per device. Old furniture, no refrigerator, no coffee pot, dirty wall paper in bathroom. Soiled rug.
the location for those who have business with the UN
the room is too simple, even without telephone in bathroom. WiFi should be free.
