Great views from the upper floors. Good location.

Lack of tea/coffee facilities in room (although later found out these were available on request - why?) Lack of fridge/minibar in room. Hotel seems to be undergoing refurbishment in parts at least. Not sure if this stretches to the rooms but they are looking a bit tired now.

Great location and friendly staff. Stayed at the Millenium with friends and ended up with a room on the 31st floor, what an incredible view! Great family owned deli right up the street for quick and easy breakfast. Short walk to Times Square. Would definitely come back here with my family.

Arrived in our room and the cold water from the bathroom sink had been turned off. Hotel staff came and immediately fixed it, but it was inconvenient. Had also requested coffee service in the room when I confirmed my reservation, but it never came. Our room also only had a mirror in the bathroom. Tough when there's women in the room trying to get ready for the day. Hotel decor is very 80s, lots of mirrors and chrome. Could use an update. Overall minor issues, would still stay at the hotel.

Location proved more versatile than I had thought. But I spent as much time doing crosstown buses and walks as I'd anticipated.! M

I Used tghe booking.com website to book the rooms and was quoted much less than the final invoice amount which was extremely shocking as it was almost double than what I was quoted for at elast two of the evenings stay there. No coffeee in the rooms was also unacceptable...especially at the cost of what our stay was.

Maintanance personnel did not answer except after 14 hours and three calls. Although reception people were generally friendly but I found a rather rude person there.

Room, location and view

The staff is friendly the location is good. The rooms are spacious and the bed is great.

There is no coffee in the lobby or an opportunity to make coffee in your rooom. You have to walk up to 2nd Avenue and go to a Deli which at 5:30 or 6 o clock in the morning is not fun.

Great location. Walk out the front and take your picture of the UN buildings. Staff helpful, lots of options for meals and entertainment.

This place must have a history. The room had a 50's looking mini-kitchen equiped with a two burner stove... that worked. Interesting. The room was clean but definitely worn. The chairs - worn, the curtains - worn and tattered.
