the toliet was loose, and i think there should have been a couch or a table with chairs in the room. this room could have four people in it and this would have come in very usefull.

Location

It was a hassle to get house keeping. We left out for hours and came back to no cleaning. We called the office before we left and told them no one came to clean. Then we left came back still not clean. Then we called them again we arrived back. They told us they will send someone to do a pick up. We said no clean up. The workers were rude had nasty attitudes. Wouldn't explain anything, looked at us like we were dumb. Maybe they didn't like the fact it was lesbians in the room.

The easy access to shopping, restaurants, airport and major highway. We slept very well.

the cleaning staff were not very friendly in the morning although this may not have been the norm. Front desk was efficient and curious. The washroom was outdated with mold on the tub and the air conditioning had to be turn off due to the intermittent noise coming from it.

location was great - right next door to walden and lots of restaurants and Tim Hortons!

very old and dated. needs plenty of updating - especially the bathroom! I spent less and stayed at a much nicer hotel in the past - in the same area. prices not reflective of the age of this building. would not recommend to a friend at it's present stage, but would love to return when reno's are done.

Lobby very dark room very dark located next to the pool / entertainment area - wedding in progress with very loud music until 10 pm - very disturbing bathroom tub and shower needs to be renewed - mildew showing-grouting dirty carpets in many parts of the hotel threadbare lobby space wasted with tall table set up no complimentary news paper on sat. Morning no tea bag with the coffee station in the room restaurant very dark and dingy..mediocre service friday night for supper about 8 pm. Food in restaurant average did not go back for breakfast will not likely stay again forgot my pj on the back of the bathroom door. Don't expect it will be mailed to me.

You let people party into all hours of the night in the pool area which is right outside the bedrooms where my young kids were trying to sleep. 10 or 11pm should be quit time or the part needs to be moved to a different area that does not disturb travlers.

Location was adjacent to the Walden Galleria and other shopping opportunities. The pool was heated. There was a hockey tournament going on at the time and they were thoughtful enough to give us a room on a different floor from the teams.

Cleanliness of the hotel and the room. We arrived to 'snot' covered pillow cases so not sure the bed sheets were changed from previous guests. I took the pillow case to the front desk to show them what I arrived to. They advised they were sorry. I then asked if they could do something for us and they said they would look into it but nothing was done! There were numerous holes in the room floor buried under the carpet which were quite noticeable as you walked across the room. The pool temperature was nice and warm when we arrived on a Thursday night. By Sunday the pool temperature was cooler. Lots of water pooling around the pool due to the uneven concrete deck.

Sound carried through walls an upper floor. more sound proofing would be recommended.

1. bedding was soiled! (pillow case had 3 dirty spots/stains and what looked like blood on comforter) 2. bathtub was not clean 3. pool water was murky (?)

I did not like that we called for the airport shuttle and then had to wait while others that arrived after us got on the first shuttle to arrive and we had to wait until the next one...there should be a better way to know who called when

The hotel was easy to access and the ability to leave the vehicle there for a week was excellent and affordable.

The hotel needs a bit of a freshen up.

The location to shopping was good. Lots of other hotels in the area that we will try next time.

The staff was terrible, very unprofessional and unresponsive whe we had problems with noisy neighbours. Left at 4am because of the issues. Night staff couldn't be bothered to help. Won't stay here again. Not worth the aggrevation.

The hotel was beautiful and had everything you could ask for. The wifi network was easy to connect to and worked very well. There were a lot of restaurant choices and shopping choices near the hotekl. Very easy to get downtown. Ample parking.

Didn't sleep well. Room was too hot. Breakfast wasn't a good value.

Booking the hotel on line but not paying until we got there was wonderful. It was very convenient to just walk up to get our reservation and like wise when leaving. The room was a good size for the four of us and everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed out coffee out at the pool side tables...quite nice.

There were a few chairs by the pool bar area that were rickety. I would be worried that someone could get hurt. Just a small item, on the invoice left at the door in the morning, it would help if it was marked "paid" and how so that there is no guessing or waiting upon departure to see if all matters were taken care of. A small matter, but would be more efficient.

the staff was friendly

the room was old it looked like the bed wasn't made properly and there was mold in the shower. The bed was lumpy and the sheets didn't fit properly. The pillows were horrible.

-there was no fan in the bathroom - it got very humid - only one small bottle of shampoo for four women....

The room wasn't set up very well, had to move furniture to make comfortable, pool hours weren't very good. Property was a bit aged.
