Hotel interior Staff
Liked the location
Staff at front desk very uncooperative and did not provide good customer service
The Hotel was beautiful everywhere except the hotel room itself. Air didn't get cooler than 72 in the room and it was July. Beds were a bit hard and some things in the room was broken. They did bring a fan and offer to help in any other way. We stayed on the 10th floor.
Classic but comfortable
Staff couldn't give a damn, old rooms, noisy and not that safe an area after dark
No Wifi Available
Very central location within the heart of L.A. Financial district, impressive lobby, a lot of character on offer, helpful personnel, reasonable rates.
Needs renovation, especially the bathrooms and the doors. Strange, unpleasant, odor in the room.
Decoration, reminded me of the titanic!
They overcharging everything, breakfast-wifi, the parking was 42$ per night!!! Next street there is a parking with 6$. The room was smelling from mold and god knows what lives in the carpet.
We enjoyed a quiet, restful night. The room was elegantly furnished, was clean, and the staff were very helpful even at 1:00 am when we arrived due to train delay from Portland, OR.
Staff was helpful, my suite was clean and spacious.
The hotel was built in the 1920s and the bathrooms and plumbing are outdated and slow.
Staff went out of their way to assist and answer questions. Rooms were modern but gave the feel of old Hollywood.
classic old design.
noisy! our room was near AC units, had to move for the noise. staff was responsive and helpful, tho.
The property is exceptional. From it's 1920s era pool to the tea room, the Biltmore is a joy and delight to stay in. The room (Jr. Suite) was spotless and very comfy with chocs on the turned-down bed.
When I went to join the Loyalty Club I was disappointed that my 3-day stay didn't add to the point count. I had to have signed up prior to my arrival.
HISTORIC BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY
OFF SITE PARKING ACROSS BUSY STREET
Room dirty.expensive.everything is old and dirty
The blood stained sheets, lack of professionalism from management, didn't deliver flowers to room before arrival as requested, and lack of seating in 10th floor breakfast area.
I loved the staff! Everyone was friendly and happy!
It is not that I did not like it, it is just that the hotel is wonderfully old and has that musty smell.
-Exceptional staff -Within walking distance of a variety of restaurants -Cheaper parking across the street
-Small beds/rooms -Vent in bathroom was not working well -Expensive parking on site
There is a woman who works as the concierge named Gayane and she is awesome. Very friendly and always guiding you to the best places in and around LA.
Great hotel, beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, awesome food in their restaurant, very clean and comfortable, and very reasonable!! What more can you ask for??
The hotel building is fantastic and can see why it is used for a number of film sets.
The staff at the reception when I booked in were not very informative, they did not say anything about the facilities or where the restaurants were or that the wifi was U$9.95 for 24 hours , they just signed you in processed your credit card and pointed to the lifts. Did not make me feel welcome at all, especially after a long flight!!
Front desk clerk upgraded me to a larger room. At least he made me feel like I was upgraded. Beautiful classic style hotel.
Halls smelled like fresh paint. Which it was, since they were painting.
