No free wifi very Dated rooms Took +1 hour to receive bags from lobby on check-in Staff took 20 mins to retrieve my car from valet on checkout
The hotel had our room ready, and actually tried to charge me fifty dollars to friggen check in early. My room was ready!!!!! $50.00 extra bucks?? Go fly a kite!
Hotel was nostalgic and very beautiful.
The cost for parking at the hotel $45.00?
Having a view, early check in, within walking distance of LA Live!
The hotel is not being run properly by the staff. it is called management.
amazing beauty of building and the common areas. Very large rooms.
You'd almost rather spend all your time indoors, just to admire the fabulous surroundings. If you love old architecture and a connection with the past, this hotel is for you.
No free wifi even in lobby
Located in the downtown, many choice of restaurants in the walking distance, 3 minutes walk from metro station.
Great location beautiful hotel and friendly staff.
Four persons room was miniature and had only two single beds and the hotel kept claiming that 4 adults should fit in those beds. And very bad attitude!
No soundproof windows. Street noise is very loud.
They really miss attention to detail..well really the obvious. The gym/pool areas are dated, in the basement (dark) less than desirable (old) and don't feel safe. If you take the stairs, they go from grand to scary unfinished areas.
The lobby is immaculate! Makes you feel like you're staying at a grand hotel. Breakfast during the week was great.
the Club Floor is just a business centre. Very disappointed
Not a bad experience but disappointment in the room being small and having to pay $10.00 per day for WiFi
Hotel and staff
The charm and history of the hotel. It is very well kept and service all around was excellent. The location worked well for the convention we attended.
They need dressers in rooms.
Chipped paintwork, shabby room, sockets loose, burned lampshades, air con noise nearly unbearable, water hot and cold
As the hotel is located in the middle of downtown LA, there is considerable traffic noise. I would suggest a room off the street and higher up.
The Biltmore has gorgeous lobbies and great accommodations for conferences. Our room was remodeled, spacious and clean.
No coffee and teakettle in the room No safety Box No
same items on buffet every day, a little more diversity would have been nice. Although, food was good. also, wasn't real thrilled with quality of towels, etc for the kind of hotel it was. just had water bottles. no coffee pots, etc.
cozy, comfortable enjoyed our stay & scenery of hotel quiet, able to sleep experience for my child as far as history goes along with the hotel would probably stay there again
The housekeeping was poor and the cleanlieness of the rooms for the star rating was not up to scratch. The window in our room didn't stay shut at night and so it was very noisy. It was an old hotel so therefore tired which is ok but some maintenance needs to be done
The beds in the room were unbelievably comfortable. The decor was original and beautiful. The conceirge Kevin was so helpful. Location was pretty good
down town of LA is dead in night
wifi abysmal -and had to pay $10 a day!
very friendly helpful staff stylish old décor v charming good location comfortable room
