It's a lovely historic property with great public spaces and guest rooms, etc....
I was booking for a corporate guest of our company, with all charges to be put on my credit card. Booking.com didn't pass the guest name through to the property, thereby making the reservation in my name rather than her name. Not good.
location, beauty of the rooms downstairs, the friendly and efficient staff, the ambience of the hotel, the history
coffee in the lobby quite bad for such a lovely hotel
The hotels a grand old hotel and I love it. Great atmosphere great bar. Great location in old downtown LA.
Vintage building full of character and well preserved
Parking very expensive
Very noise from venting system from third floor platform
Very interesting being on famous sets such as Ghostbusters, Beverly Hills Cop and so many others. Hotel is excelent.
Waiting for elevators...
The price given by booking.com gave a false impression. It did not include the tax and other related fee. Maybe we didn't read the fine print very well but was kinda caught off guard at checkout. The lady said the price didn't not include taxes.
you can't get old world charm like this any more--a piece of LA history--truly charming and much more interesting than a Marriott/Westin style chain!
rooms are a bit tired--musty
The interior, the pool, the rooms, the restaurants, the central location, the friendly and helpful staff, the historic feel.
There is no free Wi-Fi, which is odd in this day and age. It seemed odd that given it's a 4-5 star hotel, very expensive room, floors only accessible if you are part of a reward club, you don't provide free Wi-Fi.
The hotel itself was fabulous, lovely decor and spacious rooms.
Unfortunately, renovation works were underway during my visit. We were awoken each morning around 8 am by drilling etc.
Great location, great value. Staff helpful. Large double room but bathroom was outdated and small comparison to the room size.
the bathrooms need an update there are not enough elevators
Looks nice inside, good bed, close to subway station
A bit noisy
nice staff, beautiful old style hotel
bathroom setup small, no counter space, no place for hair dryer, slow elevators, no info in room about hotel features/food/restaurants
Décor downstairs Lobby area Café
Being woken up at 8.10am when the checkout time is 12MD! Carpets smelt mouldy
The public areas are historic and very beautiful, original home of the Oscars. The Singaporean restaurant is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi works, for a price.
Rooms have not been upgraded in too long. Ancient dusty curtains, washstands out of Motel 6, crumbling window sashes, minimal airconditioning, no room safe. And downtown LA is depressing, except for new entertainment venues.
Nice lobby, big room
Loud air conditioning system. Matress not very comfy.
The staff, indoor pool, architecture, area, comfortable bed, excellent drinks in the bar, and great bar food
Millennium Biltmore is such a great hotel. I love the location. It's a beautiful facility and our junior suite was clean spacious and very nice. The bathroom is small and should be renovated
The concierge staff is very rude
You can use the Pershing Square Buildinf for 16 USD, close to Mickey Mouse Concert Hall, Staples Center, walk of fame stars.
don't have free wifi, don't have a complimentary pc internet, don't have breakfast, 42 USD daily park fee
I liked how classy the first floor looked and felt (Reception, Banquet Halls, restaurant etc.). Also the location is perfect, right Smack in downtown.
The room wasn't appealing, it had a horrible view, no mini fridge and a lack of comfort.
Lovely hotel with beautiful foyer and rooms. Comfortable beds. Handy to buses and trains to get anywhere, although had to walk 5-10 mins to find eateries as was located in business district. Great gym and pool.
Feather pillows too soft, would have preferred firmer pillows. Air conditioner a little noisy at night but still slept fine.
Absolutely beautiful building. Concierge took care of all our needs.Very comfortable beds. Highly recommend.
Beautiful architectural building with lots of history. Excellent customer service.
The hotel was beautiful and had an interesting history. The location for Downtown LA was perfect.
Calling the lifts was a nightmare - they took so long to arrive and I was on the top floor, so not tempted to walk!
