The beautiful features of the hotel, feels like you stepped back in time! The rooms were clean and the staff was so nice! Close to many spots to eat and shop. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Wifi was not complimentary and the bathroom in the room was rather small

Central location. Cool historic hotel with character. Beautiful design in lobby, lounge, bar.

Interior rooms face into light well.

Fantastic staff, upgraded our room to an executive suite for our honeymoon. The room was old school elegance epitomized.

Our family enjoyed the hotel! Traveling with an 8 & 1.5 year old is no easy feet. Our older daughter loved the comfort of the rollaway bed, and old world elegance of the hotel and pool. We got the feeling we were on the titanic. For as old as the hotel is, it is maintained beautifully. We especially liked some of the historical photos and displays. We would definitely stay here again.

The room only came with either a rollaway bed, or a crib, so we had to pay $30 extra for both (2 kids).

It was a beautiful historic hotel. The location was ideal for commuting

My debit card was missing from the cup holder and on the last day of my stay my rental car was returned to me with a dent in the driver side door. I was disappointed that the room did not appear as it did on the picture when I booked online. Next time I will be more cautious when in downtown the event with my card and the car could have ruined a pleasant trip.

    Comfortable bed

Very noisy I.e. alot of road noise no room service. Also we had been traveling the states for a few weeks with my wife in a moon boot with a busted ankle every other hotel during our tour automatically offered a wheelchair to assist, there was no such offer from the Baltimore just blank stares from the staff.

The Hotel is a historic place, the ceilings are gorgeous. It is a 5 Star Property but 4Star sandards. Staff is nice. Location is excellent if you need to be in downtown.

Amenities are 4 star. For example plastic glasses Not 24 room service Valet parking only at $42 USD a day. Restaurant tried to be remodeled like modern, since the hotel is so elegant the decor in the restaurant does not fit at all.

The Hotel was beautiful everywhere except the hotel room itself. Air didn't get cooler than 72 in the room and it was July. Beds were a bit hard and some things in the room was broken. They did bring a fan and offer to help in any other way. We stayed on the 10th floor.

Ease in reservation and express check out. Clean rooms and shower. Comfortable stay. Very pleased and willing to visit other Biltmore destinations.

Hotel was "overbooked" when inquiring about 2 additional day stay. Had to re-locate to another Hotel in the area. (bummer)

Location was perfect for me. 2 blocks to company I was visiting all week and short walk to many great restaurants. Big rooms with high ceilings and nice down pillows and comfortable king bed.

Not very soundproof. Even with room on 9th floor, still awakened several nights by noise on street. Health club equipment is dated and swimming pool ok for kids, but not for any real swimming. It's only maybe 10 yards long.
