Lovely hotel with beautiful foyer and rooms. Comfortable beds. Handy to buses and trains to get anywhere, although had to walk 5-10 mins to find eateries as was located in business district. Great gym and pool.
Feather pillows too soft, would have preferred firmer pillows. Air conditioner a little noisy at night but still slept fine.
Beautiful architectural building with lots of history. Excellent customer service.
Everything about the hotel showed its heritage, the hotel was beautiful, the staff very nice and professional, the rooms spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the stay.
The downtown area around hotel after dark becomes full of homeless persons sleeping on sidewalks.
Aging property, plastic cups
The beautiful features of the hotel, feels like you stepped back in time! The rooms were clean and the staff was so nice! Close to many spots to eat and shop. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Wifi was not complimentary and the bathroom in the room was rather small
We were very close to our destination. Restaurant was nice.
Quite old room. Dirty windows to outside.
Love staying downtown! Love the historic location and public areas
Parking is prohibitive- we used the public lot across the street

Our family enjoyed the hotel! Traveling with an 8 & 1.5 year old is no easy feet. Our older daughter loved the comfort of the rollaway bed, and old world elegance of the hotel and pool. We got the feeling we were on the titanic. For as old as the hotel is, it is maintained beautifully. We especially liked some of the historical photos and displays. We would definitely stay here again.
The room only came with either a rollaway bed, or a crib, so we had to pay $30 extra for both (2 kids).
The location was good, staff were helpful.
-There is no Room Service i mean no food service in the room how come ??!!! -Alot of noisy in the street i don't know it's a party or something!!!! - no refrigerator in the room!!! Belive me it's a firtst time in my life stayed at hotel like that??!!!!!!!!
It was a beautiful historic hotel. The location was ideal for commuting
My debit card was missing from the cup holder and on the last day of my stay my rental car was returned to me with a dent in the driver side door. I was disappointed that the room did not appear as it did on the picture when I booked online. Next time I will be more cautious when in downtown the event with my card and the car could have ruined a pleasant trip.
Very noisy I.e. alot of road noise no room service. Also we had been traveling the states for a few weeks with my wife in a moon boot with a busted ankle every other hotel during our tour automatically offered a wheelchair to assist, there was no such offer from the Baltimore just blank stares from the staff.
