The valet, bell hop and front desk staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful. We were attending a Bruins' game and even though we could not check in yet we were allowed to park our vehicle a little earlier than the 3:00pm check-in. We could hear a loud banging noise near our room (rm 516). We later found out from the front desk that we were located next to some type of function/freight elevator. |

The staff was exstremely helpfull and professional. Excellent We stayed in room 529. It actually had a strange smell to it. It looked as though it had just been remodeled or had some work done, so we just brushed it off it that. But that was the only complaint. |

I enjoyed that it was across the street from Quincy Market,close to restaurants the T, and within walking distance to shopping and theOpera House. they didn't offer a shuttle service to the airport or even would call a shuttle for me. They wanted me to take a cab. |

convenient to everything...excellent service...good bar and restaurant...very modern look stayed in room 737...a bit small for the price and there was no dresser for clothes. only two smallside tables to the bed. I would eliminate the bar and add a small dresser (you can still place the TV on top of the dresser). Offer free wi-fi...rooms weren't cheap and then to charge an additional $10 per day for wi-fi seems unfair. |

The atmosphere, and fantastic location! This is suck a classy beautiful hotel, and the location could not be better... just a 5 minute walk to the North End (little Italy!) and right in the center of Faneuil Hall! Unbeleiveable! Absolutely nothing! |

Positives include friendly/helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms. Intially assigned to room with shower only/no bath tub then was assigned to a room with both after calling the front desk. The view (farmer market/back street) could have been more appealing given the hotel costs. |
