Confort of the bed Breakfast starting at 07:00 made me unable to have it before leaving for ma daywork.06:30 would better suit. |

Positives include friendly/helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms. Intially assigned to room with shower only/no bath tub then was assigned to a room with both after calling the front desk. The view (farmer market/back street) could have been more appealing given the hotel costs. |

The location is perfect and the quality of the room was very high The check-out process was poor (they got a couple of things wrong and had to refund my credit card a day later). Also, they only had me down for a 1 night stay, even though it clearly stated on booking.com comfirmation that I had booked 2 nights. |

Central could not have been better; Undergoing reconstruction and I think there should have been discount in charges; we had problems with our room door lock; internet was chargeable - in light of hotel charges and current trends would have expected this to be complimentary; it is a really nice hotel and the staff were all helpful and friendly; Expensive for room onlyl Paying for internet; |

The decor I stay in about 10 hotels a month and this was by far the most noisiest hotel that I have ever stayed in. I was awakened by 4am every morning from the set up of the Farmer's Market outside my room. The front desk staff just shrugged their shoulders when I expressed by opinion. |

It was modern and brand new big rooms including bathroom. It was centrally located to all the good areas of Boston. The staff were friendly and helpful. |

Great location. Bathroom had only a shower, expect a bath in a premium brand like Millenium. Construction work was much more than had been stated. Restaurant, esp. Breakfast was very poor. |
