Having to evacuate due to fire
-we decided to extend our stay an extra day and made arrangements to do so early the next morning. Went out for the day and got a call from a very rude employee saying we were supposed to be out by eleven that morning. Had to explain we had booked another day. -Late the second evening, interrupted by room service. Thought this was from management to make up for previous miscommunication, but was simply for another room. - At 7am the second morning while we were still in bed, a maid entered our room... and apologized profusely.
front office staff room location
a/c a little noisy
The concierge and front desk staff were so welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was so roomy and comfortable.
No refrigerator that is empty. It is filled with mini bar items
It was close to everything
No hairdryer in room air to high cost of parking to high
Perfectly placed next to Quincy Market and steps from the North End and the waterfront. We had a good sized room with a small Juliet balcony . Room was fine with a huge television. I liked the small terrace on the 7 th floor with loungers and chairs, it's nice to be able to sit out in a city hotel.
The air conditioning was so loud we had to turn it off, opening the window doesn't help as we were on a high floor above other units so it was still loud.
The location and beds were fabulous.
There were no wine glasses or opener in the room and other in room amenities were lacking a bit.
During a recent trip to Boston we spent 9 nights at The Millennium Bostonian. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay,Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the Boston area.During our stay we had a slight problem with a noise coming from the air conditioning unit in our room.We reported it to the front desk and immediately an employee assessed the problem. We were promptly moved to another room with minimum disruption to our stay. The staff really embrace customer service.I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Boston.
Location Service Helpful staff
Air con temp in common areas too cold Wasting energy
Internet was not free only in the Lobby
Food, location, staff, are all excellent.
$47 per day for parking in addition to high room rates, high taxes. Etc. I will reconsider staying there on next trip.
Location Decor room quality design beding
The hotel was in a great location. The room was beautiful and well maintained. The concierge was so helpful.
The fee for parking was a bit steep. There was no free Wi-Fi.
big screen TV has HDMI port disabled, cannot used it with my Mac
Excellent staff, excellent location
cost of parking
Location and very helpful staff. I checked in late. The desk staff volunteered to call for a Fed Ex pick up for me the next day. I needed a cab at 4 the next morning to get to the airport and they arranged it all for me. It was wonderful!
The location and the view from our room
Great location, helpfull stuff.
Expected a bit more from the hotel...
location (near harbour and Quinzy market), clean, quite, comfortable room. Reception are nice and cooperative.
Do not take a room on the 7th floor, installations sound like a plane landing. Find breakfast outside, service is not great in the hotel restaurant
Situated right in Little Italy area is great restaurants. Only 5-10 min walk to Boston common area.
Wi fi surcharge for use in rooms. Free in foyer lounge
Well designed rooms. Excellent shower and plumbing fixtures. Bathroom fan. Door opening on to a little balcony outside with window box full of geraniums.
No microwave or refridge.
Classy hotel, close to lots of desirable facilities.
