Thought it was a little ridiculous that you had to pay for WiFi
location comfort efficiency of front desk people and their helpfulness in providing info
The Millenium was the perfect location for visiting historic sights and dining in the North End. Every place a tourist might want to visit was just a short walk.
I wish the room had free wifi and a small empty refrigerator.
Happy with everything!
the last time I stayed the wifi was free. paid wifi is ridiculous after the amount you pay for the room
The hotel put a hold on all charges...every charge showed up twice on my account...leading to wasted time calling their billing dept and my bank...ugh
Great location next to the market and night spots. Very well presented.
A bit noisy and bed was very firm.
Excellent location and great facility.
Great service from staff who were very attentive and great location to explore the city! We were also upgraded to a better room for free which made the experience even better!
Location, knowledgeable and friendly staff, beautiful room, comfy bed
Hot water ran out in shower very fast! Maybe just a fluke? Everything else was outstanding.
The location is prime for getting around downtown Boston and seeing sights. We were able to visit many places just by walking. If it was a little further out, we just took public transport. It is right next to the Faneuil Hall, which was great during the holidays. The hotel is right on the Freedom Travel (good for seeing historical sights). And it's a short walk to North End, which is a nice area with tons of delicious Italian restaurants. It was also nice coming in from the cold and sitting next to the fireplace in the lobby. The attched restaurant has good food, a little pricey, but to be expected. If you're expecting a Ritz, you're expectations are too high...and maybe you are too picky.
That you have to pay for WiFi. Other than that, don't really have complaints.
Loved the location, the ambiance, and the room-we were upgraded to a corner room on a higher floor.
The room was too hot and when we turned the heat off, the street noise was quite loud all night.
great view, great room, great staff ! thankyou
Location, design of room (bathroom with separate dressing room).
We love Boston and try to get there to enjoy the holidays so the location of this hotel is supreme. Bed was comfy and the fireplace was a nice touch. The staff are fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel pampered.
The room shape was a bit odd leaving a small passage between bed and dresser which made middle-of-the-night bathroom treks a bit precarious. There are 5-6 steps up to front door of the room that I had trouble climbing a couple of times. However I enjoyed the view and did not want to change rooms even though I knew the front desk people would accommodate my wishes.
The staff were nice and professional. The lobby and our rooms were very nicely decorated and extremely clean. The location was right where we needed to be and the view from our balcony was awesome.
The fact that I couldn't stay longer. Haha
Price of parking and internet fee Minibar charges that were not used. Need to check your bill before leaving.
There were used wrappers (cough drops) on the floor in my room in plain sight. In addition, the two glasses supplied in the bathroom actually had liquid in them prior to me using them. Very concerning to me.
Proximity to restaurants in north end.
no feathered pillows. Had to call and request
We loved our view over Fanuel Hall and the trees sparkling with light....some favorite sights we had always enjoyed as tourists were suddenly a part of our room. Thank you Millennium for the upgrade!
Not as good as it use to be, not keeping up with its age. Staff is very good and friendly. If you want to be on the top you have to keep up with your product. Food is fair.
Location and staff at hotel
Not enough things open when I was in the city
