Stayed at this place for the third time cant be in a better location in downtown Boston, very friendly staff.
10.00 dollars a day for internet, if you ordered room service there was 7% tax , then 4.00 delivery fee , then 20 percent gratuity. Went down to restaurant / bar to have a drink and order dinner wouldn't let me take it out said I had to have it wrapped and delivered to my room of course with all fees included!!!!! Went to business center on the second floor to use the computer there and it wasn't free you had to swipe a card and pay per minute once you where online!!!!
We were upgraded to a balcony room for free! The view was beautiful!
Had to pay for wifi
Wonderful room and fabulous location.
My card was charged for a service that I did not use and I had to inform the hotel to have it credited back to me. It was a waste of my time. How many other travelers may have bogus charges that they don't notice on their bill? Check your room billing for inadvertent charges!!
Our suite was luxurious.
Kind of disappointed that although there's a refrigerator there is no microwave or coffee pot. And charging separately for wifi seems so chintzy in this day and age.
Great location, steps to Quincy Market and the North End.
Poor WiFi signal and did not provide a free water bottle in the room for guests.
The hotel was directly across the street from Qunicy market which was great. The hotel's close proximity to the North end was awesome too. Between the location and cleanliness of the hotel you can't go wrong, my go-to lodging when in Boston.
Great hot chocolate in the lobby. Very friendly staff at the door, behind the desk and ones I met in the hall way.
How easy it was to get to everything we wanted to get to and it was a safe area. Clean, modern, comfortable rooms, great staff, didn't have to worry about the car either. Excellent trip
Could be a little more reasonable about price of car parking.
Banging Noise kept us up all night, food over priced for quality.
Each room was a little different. We liked each of the bathrooms.
Location so close to the market, the smell and the look of it all was not what we expected.
The hotel is in excellent for sights and events at the garden.
The rear rooms on Blackstone Street can be noisy with dumpster service in the middle of the night.
Thought it was a little ridiculous that you had to pay for WiFi
location comfort efficiency of front desk people and their helpfulness in providing info
The Millenium was the perfect location for visiting historic sights and dining in the North End. Every place a tourist might want to visit was just a short walk.
I wish the room had free wifi and a small empty refrigerator.
Happy with everything!
the last time I stayed the wifi was free. paid wifi is ridiculous after the amount you pay for the room
The hotel put a hold on all charges...every charge showed up twice on my account...leading to wasted time calling their billing dept and my bank...ugh
Great location next to the market and night spots. Very well presented.
A bit noisy and bed was very firm.
Excellent location and great facility.
Great service from staff who were very attentive and great location to explore the city! We were also upgraded to a better room for free which made the experience even better!
Location, knowledgeable and friendly staff, beautiful room, comfy bed
Hot water ran out in shower very fast! Maybe just a fluke? Everything else was outstanding.
The location is prime for getting around downtown Boston and seeing sights. We were able to visit many places just by walking. If it was a little further out, we just took public transport. It is right next to the Faneuil Hall, which was great during the holidays. The hotel is right on the Freedom Travel (good for seeing historical sights). And it's a short walk to North End, which is a nice area with tons of delicious Italian restaurants. It was also nice coming in from the cold and sitting next to the fireplace in the lobby. The attched restaurant has good food, a little pricey, but to be expected. If you're expecting a Ritz, you're expectations are too high...and maybe you are too picky.
That you have to pay for WiFi. Other than that, don't really have complaints.
Loved the location, the ambiance, and the room-we were upgraded to a corner room on a higher floor.
The room was too hot and when we turned the heat off, the street noise was quite loud all night.
great view, great room, great staff ! thankyou
