At the price paid for a room I would expect to have free Wifi. Not a great amount of facilities at this hotel, just the standard requirements.

The room felt and looked cold and uninviting. Bare minimum amenities. Paid internet only - this to me is unacceptable in 2015. Reception staff not very engaging.

We were pleasantly surprised once we arrived and realized how centrally located the hotel is. From the very beginning the doorman, the front desk staff and all others were pleasant and really seemed to care about us as customers. Really enjoyed Patroid ( the doorman), he was just awesome, eager to please us and help us enjoy Boston. Hopefully we will be back.

Having to pay for WiFi. It's time the hotel recognized that WIFI should be part of everyday service, like having a kitchen.
Very helpful staff at desk and at entrance. I like the book nook location. The picture books are nice, but how about adding a few shelves for reading books where people can pick up an book or leave a book for other people to read. Encourage foreign languages books too, as you have a lot of people who would enjoy that…. Spanish, French German, Russian, polish etc.

Parking is really $47 not $45 as stated by Booking.com. Please upgrade this info. Seems steep but is probably in line with other garages in the area. The one minor thing that bothered me was the Tuscan bottled water in the room for $6.95! Often hotels I have stayed in recently offer a couple of local bottted waters free! Nickle/Dime feeling going on here. Even charge $9.95 per day to have WiFi in the room!
Can't beat this location overlooking Quincy Mkt and just a short walk to TDGardens. We were given a compimentary upgrade to a balcony room which meant we had a 4x2 ft outdoor space to use as a cooler... Luckily because one is advised that any products in the room refrigerator used (of course) or even moved will be charged.

We went to Boston just for the weekend, so we were looking for a hotel in a good location, and this hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff was also very kind! Very nice place to stay.

Tip: can be loud, due to the great location, so keep you fan on "ON" versus "AUTO" and you will have white noise.
Location! Across the street from Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall and within walking distance to North End and many (historic) bars. The T is about 2 blocks away.

The fact that breakfast was not included in the rate. The hotel was expensive.
The hotel'location made it incredibly easy to walk everywhere, even with rain. Our room had a Juliette balcony over the plaza and that was great with open views.

Compared to Hotels in other cities the value-for-money ratio was not so good, 220$ per night is a bit too much for what is offered!
Great Location, 1 minute walk to quincy marked and Hard Rock Cafe directly located on the Freedom Trail. Clean rooms with beautiful bathrooms

10.00 dollars a day for internet, if you ordered room service there was 7% tax , then 4.00 delivery fee , then 20 percent gratuity. Went down to restaurant / bar to have a drink and order dinner wouldn't let me take it out said I had to have it wrapped and delivered to my room of course with all fees included!!!!! Went to business center on the second floor to use the computer there and it wasn't free you had to swipe a card and pay per minute once you where online!!!!
Stayed at this place for the third time cant be in a better location in downtown Boston, very friendly staff.

My card was charged for a service that I did not use and I had to inform the hotel to have it credited back to me. It was a waste of my time. How many other travelers may have bogus charges that they don't notice on their bill? Check your room billing for inadvertent charges!!
