great view, great room, great staff ! thankyou
Location, design of room (bathroom with separate dressing room).
We love Boston and try to get there to enjoy the holidays so the location of this hotel is supreme. Bed was comfy and the fireplace was a nice touch. The staff are fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel pampered.
The room shape was a bit odd leaving a small passage between bed and dresser which made middle-of-the-night bathroom treks a bit precarious. There are 5-6 steps up to front door of the room that I had trouble climbing a couple of times. However I enjoyed the view and did not want to change rooms even though I knew the front desk people would accommodate my wishes.
The staff were nice and professional. The lobby and our rooms were very nicely decorated and extremely clean. The location was right where we needed to be and the view from our balcony was awesome.
The fact that I couldn't stay longer. Haha
Price of parking and internet fee Minibar charges that were not used. Need to check your bill before leaving.
There were used wrappers (cough drops) on the floor in my room in plain sight. In addition, the two glasses supplied in the bathroom actually had liquid in them prior to me using them. Very concerning to me.
Proximity to restaurants in north end.
no feathered pillows. Had to call and request
We loved our view over Fanuel Hall and the trees sparkling with light....some favorite sights we had always enjoyed as tourists were suddenly a part of our room. Thank you Millennium for the upgrade!
Not as good as it use to be, not keeping up with its age. Staff is very good and friendly. If you want to be on the top you have to keep up with your product. Food is fair.
Location and staff at hotel
Not enough things open when I was in the city
Excellent accommodations and service in ideal location next to Quincy Market.
Room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Valet parking is optional for an additional $47/day. Staff were polite and helpful. The location is great. Surrounded by the North End, Financial District, Government Center and Waterfront. You are a very short walk from Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, Hard Rock Cafe, etc. Prices are a little high, but considering the location and amenities, very fair.
Safe was too small to store anything larger than a wallet or small handbag. Wi-fi prices are extortionate ($10/day... Really?). My room didn't have a bathtub (shower only), which wasn't a problem for me, but for those who like to soak in the tub, it may be a problem. I'm not sure if rooms with tubs are an option.
Liked being able to walk across the street to Faniuel Hall and to the North End. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was nothing to not like.
Location, food, staff and overall ambience of the hotel added greatly to our boston experience
Fun to people watch! Comfortable room ! Loved the shower!
Mini bar way to expensive! Cheaper to buy water at Disneyworld!
Location, staff, food, cleanliness
Small gym "area" and smallest balcony I ever saw
very small gym
Staf was pleasant, clean room.
Booking.com - its not honest with clients, not saying that the presented prices have no tax included. At the end of the stay I was surprised seeing my bill 40% highter than I expecter. Outrages !!!
The market stalls setting up at 4 am right outside the hotel.
The beds where very comfortable and the staff was very knowledge. The location was the best and you could walk to almost everywhere.
The cups provided to use with the coffee maker where paper and feel that the price of the hotel could have included in room free Wi-Fi. It was our fault, but the cleaning staff knocked on the door early and when did not answer tried to come in. We thereafter, remembered to put the do not disturb sign on the door.
The staff was wonderful, the hotel was wonderful. Walking distance for everything. Highly recommend it to all my family and friends.
Good location. Comfortable bed. Rooms a decent size.
Charge for internet. Most staff seemed to be going through corporate motions, not warm.
location, helpful staff, bed, shower
mini-bar....we would have preferred a refrigerator
