The staff was exceptionally nice and the location was ideal for being the middle of it all. Convenient to be able to walk out the front doors and walk to your destination. |

Lovely hotel, beautiful furnishings. The room was smaller than I expected for the price paid. Also the air conditioning unit kept me awake needs to be quieter or away from the bed |

convenient to everything...excellent service...good bar and restaurant...very modern look stayed in room 737...a bit small for the price and there was no dresser for clothes. only two smallside tables to the bed. I would eliminate the bar and add a small dresser (you can still place the TV on top of the dresser). Offer free wi-fi...rooms weren't cheap and then to charge an additional $10 per day for wi-fi seems unfair. |

The atmosphere, and fantastic location! This is suck a classy beautiful hotel, and the location could not be better... just a 5 minute walk to the North End (little Italy!) and right in the center of Faneuil Hall! Unbeleiveable! Absolutely nothing! |

Positives include friendly/helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms. Intially assigned to room with shower only/no bath tub then was assigned to a room with both after calling the front desk. The view (farmer market/back street) could have been more appealing given the hotel costs. |

The location is perfect and the quality of the room was very high The check-out process was poor (they got a couple of things wrong and had to refund my credit card a day later). Also, they only had me down for a 1 night stay, even though it clearly stated on booking.com comfirmation that I had booked 2 nights. |

Schöne große Zimmer, aufmerksames Personal und guter Service. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral. Das Hard Rock Cafe Boston ist in unmittelbarer nähe des Hotels. |

Wir fanden die Dusche besonders angenehm, da im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen amerikanischen Hotels es zusätzlich zur fix montierten Wandbrause eine Handbrause zur Verfügung stand. Der Ankleideraum war ebenfalls nicht alltäglich und sehr komfortabel. Nett der nachmittags im Foyer angebotene heiße Cider, angenehm, wenn man von der Sightseelngtour zurückkam. |
