It was very convenient location for all - shopping, sight seeing, eating out and theaters. Safe area, you could go out at late nights without fear. Friendly staff and very helpful. Floor carpets (not very clean and may be changed to a better colour?). |

Very clean and comfortable room. The room was average size for New York. The staff was nice and helpful. We were able to get a late checkout at 2:00 p.m. was allowed us to shop and still go back to our room before leaving for the airport. |

The location is excellent, we stayed in a superior room on the 47th floor overlooking times square which was excellent. The room was of a very good size for mid-town manhattan and of a modern decor and standard. Were we on a lower floor the noise from the surrounding area may have been excessive. |

Very disappointed in the hotel overall. Booked a Superior double/double but I do not think that is the room type we were given. The bedding was very poor. Thin comforter, etc. Far from luxurious. The only positive was the hotel location. Didn't have a "clean" feeling. Would I stay here again, No. Would spend a little more to get a more upscale hotel. Bedding. Overall, the staff was not that friendly either. |

The close proximity to Times Square & the Broadway Shows. The noisy airconditioning unit in the room and the inability to get something to eat at the downstairs lounge/bar at 11:30pm after we had just flown in. |

The location was wonderful! I requested two double beds, but was given one king bed. I was told the double rooms were sold out, but my reservation clearly stated two double beds which I made several months in advance. |

The position was excellent and it was stylish but not too modern. Just what we wanted from a New York hotel. The bar could have done with a bit more atmosphere. |

The front desk staff and concierge were very willing to assist in all areas, a very professional team. Location, location, location. Room service including the daily cleaning was poor. |

The hotel was large and comfortable ... our room was spotless and had a magnificent view. We had to call four times between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM to get an extra set of towels. |

Location was good, housekeeping staff was friendly, view was nice. Price too high for accommodations. Room was not clean. Beds uncomfortable. I was not aware that booking.com would not allow cancellation of these reservations. Disconcerting. |

I stayed at the Premier side. It was very comfortable and convenient. The sign put on the refrigirator's door is not very clear to the customer. If the customer is possibly to be charged because her own wine is put in the refrigirator and other beverages are taken out, the customer should be clearly warned in advance. |

Comfortable, central and convenient. Spacious rooms, with all you could need for business or pleasure. Not cheap, but worth the money. The restaurant is only open occasionally, although food is available in the lounge. |

The location is key, right next to Time Square great for shopping and business, I highly recommend this hotel. The bell service upon arrival was none existent, but when I left and phoned the service was brilliant. |
