All the staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great. We had to wait longer than anticipated for our room to be ready at check-in time.

The location was fantastic. In the middle of everything. Shortly after arriving we asked for an extra pillow and it arrived within 15 mins. Before we went out for our first stroll we switched on the TV but had trouble with the remote control. We couldn't move the channels. Reported it to reception and when we returned to our room the TV was on and running smoothly. couldn't complain about the service. Ice m/c in each hall and an ice bucked supplied in each room - not bad. Eating in the hotel a little expensive.

So close to Times Square, but without the hassle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The housemaid Mary was so kind, as I had come down with a virus and spent 2 days in bed. She made sure we had fresh linen and anything else we required. Nothing really that we didn't like and we spent 6 nights there.

Terance at check-in was very friendly & accommoding. The price was great! $540 for three nights. We expected a shabby hotel for that price , but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the mb was. The great price made it more affordable to visit nyc since our airfare was high. We liked the decor of the entire hotel. We really liked the location of our room #4116 since it was on the corner with huge windows giving us a great view of Times Square. We especially enjoyed the quietness the location gave us. We'd love to have the exact room or room #4118 if we ever visit nyc again. We've already told family and friends how much we liked the mb. We ran into a fellow in nyc who claimed he booked hotel rooms and he was even impressed with the price we paid to stay there. All the staff was friendly. We love telling our friends & family how Toney stood in the middle of the street whistling to hail us a cab at three o'clock in the morning and how the cab seemed to come from no where to pick us up. That's nyc and why we had such a good time!! The only thing we got a little aggitated at was the card machine was broken the night we arrived, so we had to have security to let us in our room every time we wanted into our room which wasn't a big deal until we had to wait 45 minutes one afternoon before someone came to unlock our door. A housekeeper saw us standing by our hotel room door for that length of time and called twice for someone to let us in. Sorry I did not get her name, but she was concerned and tried to accommodate us in every way. We would not in any way hold the hotel responsible for the machine not working. Things like that happen. It wasn't the hotel's fault!! It would not make us not want to stay there again by no means.

The staff at the Millennium Broadway was fantastic, especially Ms. Melanie Turner. The staff made our stay a wonderful experience. The location is also an advantage. Although the hotel entrance is half a block off Broadway, the hotel does have rooms that overlook Times Square. You can't beat the location -- close to the theaters, great restaurants and all the action of Times Square. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised by Booking.com but it does have rooms that are fairly large for Times Square. There are some great rates online and the savings can be substantial compared to other hotels in the area. Since you don't travel to Times Square to hang out in your hotel room, save a little money by staying at the Millennium and have more money for theater tickets! The hotel is showing some age and really needs a top to bottom renovation.

Location Location Location. This hotel was so close to Times Square that my mother who has ibs was able to walk back to use the toilet in our room rather than a public toilet while we were out shopping. Fantastic for anyone who likes/needs close access to their hotel and times square

Location, walk to Times Square. Starbucks next door! We had been told room sizes were small in New York we were presently surprised, our room was spacious! Staff helpful, we arrived at 2am due to late flight, no problems.

The location was excellent. I traveled with my daughter and my wife and we only had options of king size or twin size bed - too large, too small.Would have liked the option of two queens or two fulls. FYI - I did not book standard room, I booked the superior room.

It's in an excellent position for the theatre, (although I have no interest in these shows), shops, has easy access to tour buses, the underground and buses. It's also very close to main attractions; Times Square, Met museum etc. Hell's Kitchen for such a variety of food outlets is close by.

They upgraded our room to The Premier Hotel which provides free continental breakfast and snacks in the evening. Everything is execellent except for the show which did not have hot water. The problem fixed right away when I told the cleaning lady. Hope they can ugrade us to the The Premier next time. Hot water in shower didn't work.

One of the front desk gentleman told us if we wanted to wait just a little longer to check in we could have a better room & he was right on! We loved our high view looking down on Times Square Rm 4109. That was very sweet of him. We also liked the hotel has two main entrances - it just helped us navigate around a little bit more. We chose the hotel b/c of price and location. I wasnt very happy with our carpet, it just felt "icky", like it was time to replace it. I'm sure it was clean but I still wore my flip flops all the time b/c I didnt want to walk in my bare feet.

The only compliment I can give this hotel is the guys at the door antionio, bob, & all the rest! At the front desk ( evening only) the night manager & head front desk guy were great! But at front desk in daytime sasha has no personality or sympathy and the manager timothy was rude, unprofessional, he yelled at me infront of entire downstairs lobby! He talked down to me like I was an idiot he literally had me in tears I do not recommend this dirty, sry disgustingly filthy, expensive disappointment that promises ammendities that do not exsist they down grade the room you pay for and rip you off with false charges & refuse to help you instead you are treated like you are worthless plz save your money save your body from bed bug bites go anywhere but here! Well I payed for a King Superior Suite with seperated living room but received a small disgustingly filthy room with 2 twin beds! We booked this hotel for the promise of a big suite with upgraded ammendities & executive level status & our selling point our own private balcony! They have no balconies anywhere no executive ammendities we never got what we paid for instead we got a room the size of a closet with two twin beds! I woke up with bed bug or spider bites all over my back & you can see all the cob webs covering walls dust an inch thick and we were welcomed with half drank sodas sitting out and in mini bar including half drank vodka ( that they charged me for $ 70 ) then we were charged for two nights when we only stayed o n e n I g h t!!!! Timothy the manager yelled at me degraded me belittled me and refused to give me my money back! Don't stay here it's awful no other hotel would even charge for one night then along scamming me for two nights when we only stayed one! Honestly my lawyer is checking into this as well it's a code violation it should be condemmed!
