The location was wonderful! I requested two double beds, but was given one king bed. I was told the double rooms were sold out, but my reservation clearly stated two double beds which I made several months in advance. |

The position was excellent and it was stylish but not too modern. Just what we wanted from a New York hotel. The bar could have done with a bit more atmosphere. |

The front desk staff and concierge were very willing to assist in all areas, a very professional team. Location, location, location. Room service including the daily cleaning was poor. |

The hotel was large and comfortable ... our room was spotless and had a magnificent view. We had to call four times between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM to get an extra set of towels. |

Location was good, housekeeping staff was friendly, view was nice. Price too high for accommodations. Room was not clean. Beds uncomfortable. I was not aware that booking.com would not allow cancellation of these reservations. Disconcerting. |

I stayed at the Premier side. It was very comfortable and convenient. The sign put on the refrigirator's door is not very clear to the customer. If the customer is possibly to be charged because her own wine is put in the refrigirator and other beverages are taken out, the customer should be clearly warned in advance. |

Comfortable, central and convenient. Spacious rooms, with all you could need for business or pleasure. Not cheap, but worth the money. The restaurant is only open occasionally, although food is available in the lounge. |

This hotel is just the perfect place to stay if you're going to New York and want to live in Manhattan. This is the hotel of my choice the next time I'm going there. |

The location is key, right next to Time Square great for shopping and business, I highly recommend this hotel. The bell service upon arrival was none existent, but when I left and phoned the service was brilliant. |

Very good location, few steps from Time Square. Room was clean, comfortable and reasonable size - we even could host friends for coffee. The Lobby is dramatically dark. Internet is very expensive. In many hotels around the globe, internet and Fifi are part of the service - free. |

The hotel is in a great location -- convenient to just about everything there is to do in NY. Could walk to most places and for those few that were too far, the subway is only about 2 blocks away. The room was fair sized -- from what I understand, by NY standards, it was ok. Bed was comfortable and the concierge staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The shower is the smallest I have ever seen -- literally 3 x 3. I am not a large person and I was unable to raise my arms to wash my hair without hitting the shower wall. Additionally, I stayed on the "Premier" side and purely by accident, I discovered that there was a complimentary happy hour every evening and complimentary breakfast every morning. No one told me this, there was nothing in the room indicating that this was available and I found this out because I asked the concierge for a restaurant recommendation. |

the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not happy that the back door of the hotel was locked at 11pm. I arrived in the rain and the taxi driver dropped me at the back door which I understood to be an entrance to the hotel. I then had to walk around the block in the rain with my luggage at 11.30 at night.Even it the door is locked for security reasons, there should be a staff member at the door to let in hotel guests as I was not the only one caught out. |

It is located directly at times square. From Times Square Subway station you can reach almost all manhattan with a direct subway line which is very convenient. Also, there was a large LCD TV in our room which allowed us to hook up our digital camera and have a look at the pictures we just took. And our room in the 27th floor was reasonably quiet. The sanitary installations were rather old and there was not much water coming out of the shower. |
