Only the excellent location and nothing more. Every thing is old, bad, dark and dirty. Very expensive.

Ruben, a staff member of yours was extremely helpful in helping me try to sort out a credit card authorization form. He has great customer service, and was probably the only nice thing about staying at this hotel on this particular occasion. Ruben was working the registration desk on April 22 around 3-4pm A staff member knocked on my door twice, I did not answer as I as unavailable. The staff member proceeded to WALK into my room, uninvited. This is extremely inappropriate for a hotel.

Location is excellent. The front desk staff was friendly when we checked in. Overpriced. There was nothing we hated, but for around $400 a night, I had hoped to be wowed at least a little bit. Had to call housekeeping and front desk on a couple of occasions (needed extra bedding and couldn't log on to the wi-fi) and had a difficult time finding someone that could actually help me. Never could get connected to the wifi. Gift shop is tiny and understocked. Unless we were to get a really good price, we probably wouldn't stay here again.

The position of the hotel was excellent. The staff got fair due to the housekeepers. The receptionists, doormen, security and other staff were all excellent. Breakfast was good too. This hotel is very good, pity it's their housekeeping staff which ruins it all. The security was fantastic after we told them about our stolen jewellery. He tried to help but I know it's very difficult to find them. Housekeeping. We couldn't find a box with two pairs of earrings and a ring. I left my kobo on the desk for a week, didn't touch it until I was packing my bags. It was covered in dirt. Both my wife and I suffer from hayfever. You can imagine how we ended up. I hanged the 'do not disturb' sign on two occasions, twice they still opened the doors.

Rooms were clean, up to date. Bed linens were high quality. Great spot for nyc travel. I specifically asked (two different people) that the bill not be put under the doors, as I was treating friends to the rooms. I was told that it was the only way, they could handle things. I didn't sleep well, as I kept checking to see if they slipped it under the door, yet. I believe I pulled them from underneath, around 4am. I was extremely disappointed in the hotel's staff, as I imagine there were several other ways this could have been taken care of.

I really did enjoy being close to a lot of tourist destinations like Times Square, Broadway and the Empire State building. I did not like the fact that wifi was an additional cost nor that the service did not work on the Friday morning of my stay there. (5 Apr 2013) I also did not appreciate that 2 x mini bar items were included in my bill on check out, when the fridge inside my room was completely empty at check-in on the day I arrived. It leads me to believe that someone on staff was trying to get through a few items in the hope that I wouldn't notice. This leaves me with a bad opinion regarding the integrity of the hotel and its staff since there wasn't much of a fuss made when I queried it and the front desk staff on duty was quick to remove the fraudulent costs. I did ask for an explanation but none was forthcoming.

Location and value First of all placed in the wrong room booked superior got standard. When moved the bed was missing comforter, coffe maker (that we were told would be there) bathroom light never repaired, towels. Doorman saw us struggling with our luggage and was to busy talking to friend that we had to struggle to hold our own doors to get luggage out.

Beds and pillows were hard as rocks. Didn't get time square view that I requested. I expresses my opinions and received an "oh well" response. Room didn't look anything like the room I booked online. Very disappointed. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was very close to the heart of Times Square. Staff was always friendly and answered all questions we had. Room was stocked well and always comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and the linens were cozy. For the money, I thought the hotel would be a bit nicer.... It was clean, but the furniture and fixtures were dated. The room was small.

The beds were awesome. I slept in a king with my teenage daughter, the thrasher. Never knew she was there! The complimentary breakfast and cocktail hour was a welcome surprise. For a couple of girls, we only bought one meal a day! I'm not used to nyc walking, so I soaked in the tub every night. I loved it. It was narrow and deep, so you could soak up to your chin. We arrived at 10:30am and they let us check in with no extra charge. That in itself was worth the booking. They also kept our bags all day after check out, as our flight out was at 9pm. We took a "sedan" to the airport, from a fleet that is always parked outside the hotel. The most friendly, gracious driver and a flat rate fee to the airport. No surprises. When we arrived in the grand lobby, we were directed to the "Premium Side" of the hotel. We laughed figuring that meant "servant's quarters". It was nice, newly remodeled, but we wondered how to book a room in the Millennium Broadway proper and did we want to? As usual, the pictures of the rooms on the website are deceiving. No view of the city. Talked to guests on the 20th floor (there are 21). They also had view of someone else's window - no skyline type view.

Excellent location. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Room clean and beds comfy. More like a 3* hotel. Dodgy socket in bathroom which blew the hairdryer and affected the light. Shower tap would not stay on and despite asking for it to be fixed - it wasn't! This seems to be a known problem to the hotel staff. Final bill was more when it appeared on the credit card but this will apparently be rectified 3 - 5 days after you check out. This was not mentioned at check in or check out.
