We paid for 3 guests and the room was very small. It should have been bigger.
Would you believe we were on the 40th floor and could still hear the sirens and horns! Restaurant was way too small for the size and capacity of the hotel.
Good location and great staff! Beds were super comfortable and easy to adjust to.
The hotel is in major renovations of the lobby area. That was not revealed to me while making the booking.
Location, good rooms
Wifi should be free. Could use some sofas in lobby. Pillows too flat.
Everything was great, clean and comfortable.
No free wi fi , inclusive breakfast
Comfort of room and View and Location .
Good location. Great value for money. kind staff.
no air con
location was right on Times Square less than a min walk
The reception staff, the lady who made my check-in told me that i had the breakfast included in my stay, but i needed to take a voucher in the reception in the first morning. This lady was very kind, but in the next morning when i went to take out these vouchers in the reception, i spoke with a man who was very rough and petulant, and told me that nobody had ever told me that and if i really had the breakfast included, i would have to prove that to a man who was very rought and petulant, and told me that nobody had ever told me that and if i really have the breakfast include i will have to prove that to him. I came back to my room and 20 minutes later he called to my room to say that i did have the breakfast included, but even then him, or anybody else from the staff, don't said at least an "i'm sorry for the mess". I went insulted by him and nobody did anything about that, so i'll never ever stay there again. I paid too much for a terrible treatment, a treatment that i would expect from a hostel not from a 5 stars hotel. And if i paid this much to stay in a 5* hotel, was because i don't accept this kind of treatment, neither the others guests would like to be treated like this.
Location and the lady from Guatemala at the concierge team, who was very attentive.
Excellent room with a view, friendly staff, nice and clean hotel with perfect location
No free wifi Bathroom could've been a bit cleaner
Great location with easy access to theaters and dining.
No free wifi in the room.
I like the location a lot.
The front end staff were rude and sarcastic and not helpful at all. How simple is it to say good morning or good afternoon when coming and going for the the day? The doorman even walked away from me when I was half way through asking him a question. It put a big dampener on the whole stay. Especially for the amount you pay to stay there.
Good location if you want to be in Times Square. The rooms were simple but nice. The maids were very friendly too, one even left me a birthday message when she noticed it had been my birthday which was really nice.
Within spitting distance of Time Square, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
Would have been nice to have a k-cup coffee machine in room
Just steps away from Times Square center, theatres, restaurants, parking. Great staff, clean comfortable room, great shower.
Very noisy at night, due to road works in Times Square. Plugs in the room did not work.
Great location, lovely staff
no decent bar
the large room
Bed was hard and leaned on one side. Dust on walls.
Syed at the front desk was top not h.
Great corner room on 43rd floor as requested, rooms cleaned daily, staff very friendly, concierge could not do enough for us, very knowledgable
The location was great, size of the room was fairly large for Times Square, and the staff was very helpful.
most of the facilities in the hotel
The cleanliness was not what we would expect from a 4* hotel. But it could be just the room we had. The accommodation was very ordinary and didn't have many of the facilities we take for granted in other hotels... Like there was no coffee / tea in the room, no fridge...etc. The beds were comfortable enough and the bathroom was ok. Our room looked nowhere near as well maintained or furnished as the ones shown on the websites. The carpets and general decor of the room we were in needs attention. But ultimately all about the location.
The location was absolutely fantastic. Just in the middle of Times Square. Less than a minute away from all the buzz
Location is the best about the hotel. Stuff is very friendly.
There was a foul odor coming from the bathroom, which, we could only assume there must have been a leak in the sewer exhaust. We didn't smell it when we first arrived, but rather the second day and since we were only staying two nights, we didn't bother saying anything to management. If we stay here again and we notice that smell again, we will certainly say something.
The location was perfect! Central to everything we wanted to be around and do. I also appreciated that we were not on the side of times square, so it made it nice for our then 16 month old son to be able to sleep. My husband needed to mail out a package and one of the people at the check in/out desk was a huge help. He escorted my husband to the business center, which is on the other , and I think more expensive, side of the hotel. It's personal service like that which makes you want to come back. We also asked to have a crib so we didn't have to worry about bringing one. When we were there, it wasn't that busy as we left on Saturday.
I was astonished that there weren't any automated doors. With luggage, it was difficult to enter/exit the building. The doorman was there occasionally as he may have been busy with other guests. Fortunately, other guests were helpful in propping the doors open when we checked-in/out.
The location was a definite high point. Conveniently located to Times Square and Mid-Town, and a good walk (or cheap cab ride) to SoHo and other parts of Manhattan. If you drive, there is parking directly across on 44th Street. No need to use valet parking - and you save a couple of bucks too!
Taxi man from hotel added his own tip, total journey was 65 including gratuity he charged us 75, unfortunately we were in a rush a didn't notice til he was gone
Location was superb and staff were more than helpful
