Ronnie the Bellman was awesome & the woman at the Concierge desk was amazing!! We had a comfortable stay, great location, quiet, great view.... But the prices at the hotel restaurant were more than I would ever spend! Overall I would definitely stay here again!!
The prices at the hotel restaurant or too high....
Quality of Services Common areas such as bar Cost for services and products such as Perrier water in the bar. It is better to go up the street 50 meters or across the street into the local restaurants.
Central location Sound-proof rooms Rooms are clean and maintained Staff were friendly
Requests for more coffee (for the coffee maker) and replacement for broken remote control were not met. Beds are extra firm. WiFi should be free.
The receptionists were very rude, i always stay at 4-5 stars hotels and it is the first i am treated with such disrespect. The receptionist aske dme to pick up my room key from the other side of the dessk instead of handing it to me "Your key is on the table" and kept working on his computer. I asked for tooth paste 4 times till it was delivered to my room ... i could go on and on. This hotel is worth 3stars. I wish i had stayed at the mariott across the street from it ! NEVER AGAIN
Great location, perfect for being close to everuthing
Price did not include breakfast which was poor seeing as hotel was not cheap! Reception staff were not very friendly... Not what you expect from the U.S.
comfy bed, great view
leaky ceiling, called for room service several times and was hung up on each time. Finally someone at the front desk picked up and told me to just come down and order in restaurant. I felt that was very bad customer service.
Location Staff Room
No coffee/tea in the room
EXCELLENT VIEW AND LOVED THE CORNER ROOM WE WERE IN.
Walls over work station and air vents were very dusty.
The location was fantastic, one block from times square. The size of the room was adequate for 3 adults. clean and tidy Friendly day time staff.
No tea making facilities in the room, until requested and then it was only 4 tea bags..
Location it was clean and staff(most of them were very nice and helpful
Had to pay for wifi bar service was very slow and bar staff not great
very close to times square and to many theaters in the area
the toilets in the reception area are locked and can be opened only with a hotel key (room key) so after checking out if you need the toilet you should ask for another key to access the toilet and return it immediately. With this you expect super clean toilets but the fact is the opposite
- Location - Comfort
- Paid WiFi - ridiculous to charge for wifi, even more if you charge 12.95 for 24h...
I have never had so many problems with a hotel before. The staff were friendly but I wouldn't stay here again. Too much of a headache with canceling my booking more than once (firstly without notification) then after being granted an early check in, then upon arrival having to wait 8 hours for 'the rooms to be ready'
We had a corner room. The view was excellent. Staff was very accomondating. Buffet breakfast was good, but coffee was a bit strong and was not hot enough.
No WiFi in the room.
Great location Clean rooms Cant ask for more really
Would have liked free wifi in the rooms
very good location, very close to Time square, close to metro station, clean room and bathroom, friendly staff.
no wi fi in rooms, no fridge, hairdryer was not working.
The location and facility itself was great
No free wifi
The staff was great - always helpful with any questions we had
It would have been nice if the restaurant served a decent priced breakfast, but there is a nice spot two doors down
Location Very nice doormen The room is big and so is the bed I asked for late checkout and the staff was very cooperetive and approve it -thank you verymuch!
The bathroom need to be cleaner the room needs redecuration The hotel room is not very clean Internet is a must at those days, why should we pay 12.99$ a day for it - it should be free in the room too.
Price of bar on premises
The location and the few polite helpful staff
But for the most part, the staff at the Concierge desk have to get off of their high horses and talk to rather than down to their guests. I can dress,,,but to walk around the city i prefer more comfortable but smart-looking clothing....i felt as if the people behind the desk were not helpful with theatre tix, directions and couldnt be bothered with referrals to restaurants and the like There was one tall man that was particularily arrogant.... one kind girl that helped with directions to Central park w/map...for the most part, no no no a lot needs to be taught/learned at such an exclusive hotel shame, shame, shame
Location is awesome. Walking distance to everything from stores restaurant and shows.
The room is very basic for the money. Showers were gross, beds had no comforter, no fans in the bathroom. Also had to ask 3 times to get my room cleaned and get some new sheets and clean towels.
Perfect location with plenty to do with in the block.
The furniture is quite old. You have to pay for the internet.
