This hotel is a must especially for people who are on their 1st trip to NYC. Amazing location, views, clean and spacious rooms and helpful staff, a must.
This hotel was the perfect location, just off Time Square and surprisingly quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If I am lucky enough to go again I would pick this hotel.
Poor quality of the room, needs urgent refurbishment, broken power sockets, uncomfortable beds and pillows. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, empty fridge!!
Has no lobby!! our room was in need of some new carpets and bed spreads! for the price we paid we were not real happy !!!
Housekeeping desultory at best.
Location was so central to everything! Staff very friendly and liked security checkpoint to get to lifts late at night.
We just loved this hotel,as it was everything we needed for the night and then some.Staff couldn't have been better to us and their valets made this stay a very nice experience as far as getting in and out of the hotel...The location was to die for and at the price we paid, it was a steal, as it was without a doubt the nicest place of all the hotels I have stayed at in Times Sq.
No coffee make in the room.
Everything. Location was best
I liked everything about the hotel.everything seemed new and updated. It was extremely clean. The bathroom was spacious and had a tub and shower. The room had a decent size tv and it served good viewing from two locations. Everything overall was wonderful.
The only negative I had was that I requested a Kingsize bed and they said they had none available. They offered complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience.
Very crowded. Unfriendly staff
Dirty carpets, poor breakfast and weak coffee. The bar shut too early for a major hotel in the centre of a busy city.
Booking was good
Not all charges disclosed - $100 per room per night extra at check in for incidentals - with no option not to pay Rooms Dirty and in need of Refurb - Paint peeling in both bathrooms Staff surley and not responsive at all I could have stayed in the Sheraton for the same price but chose this as my sister needs to walk with a stick and we wanted to be close to Times Square This is not a four star hotel
High rooms The best location on times square
The food was great. That's it.
The housekeeping lady that rushed me out my room before 12 because she said my room was her last to clean. She came to my room twice before 12. I paid to much to be rushed out my room. The decor was awful. Beat up furniture. Dirty Windows.
35th floor looking run down- carpets stained wall paper coming off wall
Rooms were very clean,quiet.nice bed
Charged more than online price
The staff was extremely helpful. Anything we needed --information or other was attended to promptly. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
Location close to Times Square
Wifi is VERY expencive and lot of noice from ventilation during nights. Breakfast VERY expensive - 30 usd per person
The location is ideal very close to Times Square, Port Authority Bus Station and the Hop on Hop off buses. The staff were pleasant and we were given a corner room on the 42nd floor with a nice view of the Crysler Building. Check in was quick and easy as was check out. The elevators are quick and we never waited too long at any time. There was an empty mini bar in the room which we put our milk and chocolate in, great. Overall would recommend.
The décor is a little tired and housekeeping could detail a little better.
STAFF TOO BUSY TO GIVE GUEST PERSONAL SERVICE AT CHECK IN THEY SEEM TO BE RUSHED AT ALL TIMES. HOTEL DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY GRANDAUGHTERS 16TH BIRTHDAY AFTER SENDING THE INFORMATION TO THEM A HAPPY BIRTHDAY FROM THE STAFF WOULD OF DONE THIS WOULD OF COST NOTHING.
Location is great
Room is very small Bathroom is not as clean as I expected
We loved the location..and the ease of being in the heart of Times Square, also there was a little street fair on 45th St on Sunday morning which was nice.
I have stayed in numerous hotels , never anything fancy or expensive, but i felt this hotel did not live up to a "NYC Hotel" for the price we paid, there was no luxery, pillows were awful, no icemachines on floor, and no coffee pot!!!!! It really was a big disappointment for the price we paid...I only live 60min outside of the city and we thought this would be a treat, but honestly i would have rather saved all that money and went home at night.
Nice rooms, great location
Not enough desk clerks at peak hours. Always heavy lines.
