Dirty carpets, poor breakfast and weak coffee. The bar shut too early for a major hotel in the centre of a busy city.
High rooms The best location on times square
The food was great. That's it.
The housekeeping lady that rushed me out my room before 12 because she said my room was her last to clean. She came to my room twice before 12. I paid to much to be rushed out my room. The decor was awful. Beat up furniture. Dirty Windows.
35th floor looking run down- carpets stained wall paper coming off wall
The staff was extremely helpful. Anything we needed --information or other was attended to promptly. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
Location close to Times Square
Wifi is VERY expencive and lot of noice from ventilation during nights. Breakfast VERY expensive - 30 usd per person
The location is ideal very close to Times Square, Port Authority Bus Station and the Hop on Hop off buses. The staff were pleasant and we were given a corner room on the 42nd floor with a nice view of the Crysler Building. Check in was quick and easy as was check out. The elevators are quick and we never waited too long at any time. There was an empty mini bar in the room which we put our milk and chocolate in, great. Overall would recommend.
The décor is a little tired and housekeeping could detail a little better.
STAFF TOO BUSY TO GIVE GUEST PERSONAL SERVICE AT CHECK IN THEY SEEM TO BE RUSHED AT ALL TIMES. HOTEL DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY GRANDAUGHTERS 16TH BIRTHDAY AFTER SENDING THE INFORMATION TO THEM A HAPPY BIRTHDAY FROM THE STAFF WOULD OF DONE THIS WOULD OF COST NOTHING.
Location is great
Room is very small Bathroom is not as clean as I expected
We loved the location..and the ease of being in the heart of Times Square, also there was a little street fair on 45th St on Sunday morning which was nice.
I have stayed in numerous hotels , never anything fancy or expensive, but i felt this hotel did not live up to a "NYC Hotel" for the price we paid, there was no luxery, pillows were awful, no icemachines on floor, and no coffee pot!!!!! It really was a big disappointment for the price we paid...I only live 60min outside of the city and we thought this would be a treat, but honestly i would have rather saved all that money and went home at night.
Nice rooms, great location
Not enough desk clerks at peak hours. Always heavy lines.
Wifi in the room is not free; staff at the reception not very friendly probably because they were always so busy.
The location was great. Continental breakfast was fairly decent and the WIFII was nice.
I waited just over 20 minutes to check in to tell me that I would have to go around the corner to the other building. The person who checked me in saw my room number and said "oh no, I need to change this" and changed my room to later found out a less stellar room. Not sure because I was only staying one night, which she said with attitude, or because I had a 12 year old with me. Meanwhile the couple before me was given the option of where they wanted the room to be. A couple to the right of me was complaining and said to the staff member "you are making my stay very miserable" and went on with several complaints. (I would have taken the couple a side and spoken to them; not keep them in front of guests checking in.)The walls are paper thin and the head board was up against the next room where a screaming child (not infant) cried and screamed until late into the night and then again before 6:00 am. Drifting back somewhat at a lull, waking up again by 6:30 with the hair dryer. Figuring out later it was because there is no socket in the bathroom so if you want a mirror you have to go next to the door. Obviously they checked out early because than the cleaning people were in there vacuuming at around 7:20ish re-waking my daughter. I asked for a one hour late check out when I checked in, in which they told me to call in the a.m. at 8:00. I called promptly at 8:00 a.m. and she told me she would have to call me back. Almost 15 minutes later, she did so, giving me an additional 45 minutes (which I thanked her for working it out) but not without the "I'm doing you such a big favor" attitude.
Easy check-in, helpful staff, clean and comfortable tooms
Ok, not a gripe but little kids love pools and there wasn't one. No free wifi. C'mon. At $500 a night, throw me a bone.
The location was excellent and the concierge were so helpfull.
The hotel is comfortable and clean but in need of modernisation. Especially the bathrooms. The availability of services is not clear such as currency exchange. Different reception staff say different things. All depends who you speak to.
Staff was excellent, especially the doorman.
Noise level at night.
Everything from the lobby to the old elevator and old sloppy bedrooms.
The location right in times square. Easy to get around to rocker fella,5th Avenue, central park all in easy walking distance. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels too. Would stay there again and recommend
Nothing, hotel was great for what we wanted.
Beautiful Deluxe corner King suite with a fantastic view of Times Square. Location is literally 20 steps from the heart of Times Square. Everything at your door, spaceous rooms, very nice for the price!! :))
Had to wait 20 min for an elevator once when a bus load of old folks showed up. Lol
the valet man was ecxelant gentel man he shows the good site of the hotel great man
the parking was expensine very much
excellent location! in the middle of times square! close to many attractions and the hop on hop off bus stops! wonderful helpful staff!
was expensive.. but its times square ...so guess couldn't get better than this!
your pillows need to be better.
Everything was bad from service, staff, cleaness, facilities, room service etc
Location is perfect, close to everything, excellent staff where Monique Madison at the reception organised a very quite and comfortable room. She provided excellent customer service
Interior is looking a little dated and dull
