We have always liked the convenience of the location and cleanliness of the hotel. Front desk staff are very courteous and pleasant. The room was very small. Much smaller than what we had at the Millenium on previous visits. Service at the front door was lax this time around. Your bartender had absolutely no personality. It was so bad we had one drink and left. Spent money at other location. Previous visits were much more pleasant. |

Great central location, lovely views from our room on the 42nd floor and no traffic noise, large, clean room, comfy bed, good shower. Long queues to check-in and check-out, front desk staff were rather curt and unhelpful, housekeeping came to the room very early each morning unless we put out the do not disturb sign. |

Location When we arrived at 6.00pm no rooms were ready. staff had been laid off and we were told that only 3 staff were on duty to clean and make ready 600 rooms ! After 2.5 hours our room was ready. we ordered room service the same night. the following night the trolley dirty plates etc were still in our room and our room had not been cleaned or towels changed. |

The convenience of the hotel to things you want to see or get to in New York is hard to beat. The hotel is clean and the staff was helpful. The eating facilities closes too early. There was for some reason a very long line checking in and parking getting more and more expensive in the area, probably not the fault of the hotel but a concern for patrons. |

location, clean facilities, warm rooms, great tv in the room, efficient and polite housekeeping, car service to airport very slow elevators, no shower cap or tea/coffee facilities in room - no big deal but its a nice touch usually! No lunch service available on new years day, very expensive service charge for ticket concierge - we bought cheaper tickets at the actual box office. |

The location is fantastic, right in the core of Times Square, they could just be as kind as they are with the local Police during New Year's Eve and provide better information regarding how and when to get to the square before the police closes everything. No Breakfast included, poor reception installations for meeting and getting together |

The staff were very helpful, especially in the concierge areas. I did not like to have to wait so long for my room to be available on check-in day. We were not able to enter our room until 5.30pm as we had been travelling from the UK. |

The room had a great view of Broadway and Times Square. The room was quite adequate. The bed was very comfortable. The conscierge was helpful. Being close to times square was the ultimate for us. The price was a bit high for us. |

Franklin on the Front Desk was very professional and pleasant That Room Service shuts down and there is no one to collect the trays until 4 pm, so they are left outside in the hallways. Not attractive. |
