Score from 21 reviews Wonderful
It's located right downtown and judging those who were also checking, we weren't the only ones trying to get a cheap hotel downtown so we cant get drunk and not have to drive.
The lobby was full of young people. I must say I was surprisingly disappointed at the facilities. For it to be a hotel in the middle of downtown you would think there would be updates. Everything seemed to be just "old". The staff was pretty nonchalant and the check -in line was literally nearly out the door of the hotel, considering there were two staff working at the time.
The room was quiet and comfortable.
A bit more help with getting around for parking would be nice.
Location to football stadium. Quick check in with long line.
Service in restaurant was slow. Wait plus checking out made us miss the start of the game.
It was a pleasure to stay at a nice hotel while having a dog. Many times the only places that are pet friendly are less than nice. What a nice surprise! We loved that we could walk to the fun stores and see the Christmas bustle of downtown and yet everything was easy and convenient. Staff was lovely to us!
No shuttle service to venue. Reservations couldn't find the number for downtown shuttle, because she doesn't have wifi.
No free breakfast
pillows to small
The hotel was close to downtown area. We wanted to enjoy the downtown life..
The hotel was really out dated and old. It was extremely complicated to fine our room and was not giving directions. Parkin was over priced.
The location is excellent. There is a few for parking but it's really with it. Prevents u from getting loss, fighting traffic, and looking for parking everything is a walk away even tailgating with friends. Just a few short blocks and u waste not time or money. We had the best weekend even after staying at the same hotel for the past 4 years we prefer this hotel.
The bath towels, he location for what we did in town
The small pillows
Had to put for wifi at 7.95 a device for the room. The pillows suck they are car travel size and No fridge hair in the bathroom that was there when we got there on the floor and shower. So nasty.
All was great but a staff member, James was very helpful and displayed professional courtesy at its finest. Thank you
Check in was busy with game day traffic, but the staff moved along as efficiently as possible. Easy walking to the stadium.
Paid wi-fi, but the hotel was such a great value otherwise it wasn't that big of a deal
It was close to where we were spending our time while there.
The bathroom wasn't clean. The shower curtain was too long, and all the clips for the curtain were opened. The heater fan was loud and squeaked all night.
Too old overpriced
The room view of the city
Parking/ Paid WIFI
the cold weather
Walking distance to many attractions.
Hotel could use some cosmetic upgrades in the rooms.
Good location and easy parking
Smelly room. Small pillows. Water stains on ceiling.
Terrific if you need to be downtown. Comfy beds. Really nice staff. Clean bathroom. Lots of cheaper parking garages nearby.
No free wifi. Room not restocked with basics- coffee, shampoo etc daily. sticky/ visibly dirty things from previous guest. Broken lamp. Small things they could easily fix. Note: football game in town makes this place a zoo. 20 minutes for an elevator. Long check in lines.
Downtown attractions all in walking distance.
Liked how close hotel was to Paul brown stadium
The smell! Quality of room for the money
The bistro was fair and fast.
1st room had no heat, they moved us. In the morning there was no hot water, they said they could offer a late checkout for our inconvenience. That wouldn't help, we had to leave for the game.
View and room. Front desk was extremely helpful and generous.
The location was great. Right down the block from fountain square where we could go ice skating and take carriage rides.
The hotel was very outdated. The hallways smelled of sewage! There were 3 elevators and only one was working. We waited 15 minutes for a elevator, we were staying on the 20th floor and had walk down 20 flights of stairs that took us outside instead of to the lobby. Wifi was only free in the lobby and cost in our room. Parking was ridiculous! We had to park in a parking garage across the street and pay ten dollars every time we left. The hotel was not worth the price. The bar didn't have great menu options and the staff seemed to be all over the place.
