The staff was really friendly and nice especially the shuttle drivers The hotel needs to be updated, also it seemed like you get nickeled and dimed for every little thing. Also to be competitive with other hotels they should offer free wifi to their guests

We thought the hotel was about the best bang for your buck around! While it is not within walking distance to the city, the free shuttle that ran every 30 minutes or so dropped you anywhere. Staff was pleasant, room was clean & comfy, and the breakfast was yummy.

We liked the shuttle service, drivers were most courteous. We did not like as you walked in the door, the vanity/sink was next to the entrance in the open. Also, sounds carried, very disturbing, one felt you needed to speak in a low voice. A food tray was left in the hallway from 1pm to the next morning when I reported it there.

The restaurant was not very good. The buffet looked like the elementary school cafeteria where I last taught school. Four of us ordered from the menu and all meals were mediocre at best.

In general, the hotel employees were friendly and helpful. The restaurant quality was far below expectations - food selection was extremely limited; time to receive food was too long; the quality of the food was at the lower end of the scale. The condition of the facilities and furnishings was below average; the beds were not comfortable; the furnishings were not only dated, but they were obviously at the end of (or past) their economic lives; elevators were slow. All in all it was a disappointing stay. I will not be back. Next time I will stay elsewhere.

Food Okay for the price Hotel staff (morrning group) had a foreign accent and was very un-professional. Room was not ready and I had to wait and was notified by phone when ready. No complimentary coffee or lunch. I had a meeting to attend and no place to change or shower. In room smell like smoke even though the hotel is smoke-free. Heat/AC did not regulate-sometime cold/sometime hot. Overall not a good stay. Hotel need a make over.

Everything was great beginning with the smiling friendly staff at check in!! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. Our room was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!! It was a great place to stay and at a very reasonable price!!!

Good staff and good view from room of Downtown. Rain stands in parking lot forcing you to walk through water puddles. Room was about 20 minutes late being ready.

On arrival cs greeting was warm, friendly, professional. Had stayed previously when in Nashville and husband enjoyed the facility; size of the property and ease of travel to the Vanderbilt area. Also, dining and rest aurant staff exceptional. Made immediate call to front desk regarding room; spoke with Ms. St. John (Terry I believe). She was phenomenal to say the least. apologized for the room; asked me to meet her at front desk; immediately relocated us to 9th floor. When you impress my husband--you are doing something believe me. I love and certainly appreciate her highly professional and exemplary action. We will consider your London location as a result when we travel in January. Extremely surprised to find initial room had stained furniture; question of cleanliness and not at all what we expected from Millenium. Cannot recall which room on 2nd floor--but could not imagine we were in same hotel. Thereafter, I had no concern bu that the Maxwell House will be priority when we travel.

1) Free parking 2) Room rates 1) Check - procedure was tedious, because we were given a different room than we had signed up for. We had signed up for a deluxe king and were given a room with 2 beds. It took approximately 30 minutes and much hassle to get the correct room. Originally we were told there weren't any! 2) the cost of the breakfast was high. 3) The service in the restaurant was slow. 4) The coffee cups were dirty. 5) The to-go order was incorrectly filled.
