Insane fire alam woke me up 2:30 in morning and continued for half hour hotel did nothing to try and make this up offerd no rebate or comlamenty breakfast
Clean comfortable room
Mixed bag on staff. Some indifferent, one a little "New York" rude, others nice.
Room was clean
Seemed like long over due for a remodel. Elevators have seen better days
The location was good, shuttle bus helpful. We used room service twice, arrived timely and food was good.
The bed skirts had stains on them, the doors looked like someone had tried to break in. Cold shower due to too many guests showering at same time.....Needs an update.
Bed was comfortable, but only pillows were terrible and no selection at all.
There was absolutely no hot water. We came back after a distance running race in freezing temps, and had to wash hair with ice cold water before a long drive home.
The staff was awesome
The bathroom was small and no space on the sink counter
Close to TPAC
Parking cost of breakfast lack of luggage carta
House cleaning could be better.
The staff was very courteous. We loved the free shuttle downtown,we never drove our car the entire stay. The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing.I highly recommend the french toast. The price was great for this upper scale hotel
The people were wonderful to my husband and me. There was a shuttle that took us downtown, which saved a lot of money, the rooms are clean with. comfortable beds. When an unexpected emergency occurred, the hotel managers worked with us and only charged us for the night we stayed (not for our entire booking).
We have stayed here three times and we have enjoyed everything about our stays!
We loved the fact that it was in town but still far enough out to be quiet. All of the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. Also had a nice view.We loved that we never even had to drive anywhere. The hotel offered a free shuttle downtown.Pralines had some of the best food in town.I highly suggest the french toast.mmm.We will be back.
A drunk next door to our room . Had to call front deck twice. Got very little sleep .very upset.
All the Staff Comfort of bed Cost of food in Bar & Rest. I got a good rate for the location, the day after the holiday.
Using sink water for making coffer in the room.
Adjustable matress Shuttle bus to downtown Quiet location Easy access to Interstate
Inattentive staff Slightly shabby appearance Price of breakfast
The location was great. The room was large. We liked the sink outside of the bathroom, it made getting ready in the morning much easier.
The room was very musty and the AC never did get the room cool enough. The carpet in the room was very dirty, I would not walk barefoot on it. The TV's are so old and very fuzzy. The shower had very low water pressure. It was not worth the $177 per night plus tax that we had to pay. Don't think I would stay there again!
Should of been more shuttles
Paucity of ice machines.
24 hour help yourself drinks machines.
This is the second time that we have stayed at the hotel. Both great experiences. Highly recommend I,t.
Bed/Bedding Location Staff Clean
Bathtub needs updated/rust stains
Staff at check in were very rude, did not acknowledge us or give any eye contact. No details given for facilities, shuttle etc. Bill was higher as they deduct a holding deposit this was also not explained. Woke up by housekeeping at 9am (check out is 12) to give us our bill - which was incorrect and had charges for Internet which stated in our booking as free. Had to query this to receive refund. Only 1/2 of us could even access the wifi. For the price -- $165 per night inc taxes was a terrible experience and stay. Would not recommend this hotel.
Checked in around 4pm. Could not get internet in my room. Was told to call an outside contracted company 800# and after an hour they could not fix it. Desk help said I could use the business center, by 7:30 they instead put me in a new room. internet did not work. I went down to discuss and desk help could care less. Didn't get anything to eat until 9:30, and internet finally worked around 10. I did not get very important work finished by the next day, and of course charges for internet were on my bill. They took care of that, but it was too late to save face. Will never stay here again. And have never posted negative comments online for any hotel and I practically live in hotels 60% of the year.
Bathroom fixtures were rusty looking. Bathroom needs updating. The door appeared to have been modified with new locks, but had a hole, large gape here old lock or door handle had been
