Millwood Inn & Suites  

Breakfast was above average, the hotel was fully booked the two days we were there, and the hot food ran out quickly. The staff was constantly coming in to refill the trays. Plenty of parking for hotel guests. Even fully booked there were still some empty lots. Free Parking and Free WiFi always a plus.

I didn't like the liquid soap and shampoo provided by the hotel, smelled cheap; had to use my own.

The location, the hotel is comfortable, exactlly what I expect to.

This was our second stay at Millwood. The location is great, the staff is very helpful. It is reasonably priced and clean. We would stay there again.

Breakfast is ok

It is just a motel nut the price is much higher. Not worth to stay there for such a high price.

Very clean. Had the amenities I wanted (ie. refrigerator, coffemaker with coffee and tea, and microwave. The exterior of the Inn was clean and inviting. My companion really liked the breakfast!! We had a choice of any type breakfast we wanted.

Very nice appointments, although some are showing their age - high quality doors, fixtures, wallpaper, etc. Very nicely done, clean, attractive, comfortable. Handy to airport and shuttle provided.

Shower rod was coming loose, a bit of wallpaper peeling off (showing age and use), breakfast was a bit limited.

Proximity to sfo. Reasonable price. Helpful staff.

This is a really good motel, the beds are very comfortable and the room quiet, considering how close to the airport and a busy street it is. The room was very clean on arrival and well equipped. The airport is a short shuttle ride away and leaves about every half-hour. You can walk about 1 mile to get to the Millbrae bart station and then transfer to a bus to go to downtown San Francisco.

The beds at the Millwood where great. I hate staying at hotels that have polyester bed spreads but the Millwood had an actual duvet and 5 pillows. I was in heaven!

When I reserved this room I was told check in was at 1pm. We got to the hotel at 12:15 to see if we could check in early but the maids where on lunch and and we where told that they would clean it as soon as they got off break. We went back at 1 and were told that the maids where on lunch till 1 and check in wasn't until 3. When I told them that I was told check in was at 1 they got two maids in the room to clean it and we were into the room in 15 minutes. Evenything worked out well but there is nothing on the Millwoods website that tells you when check in is, just a heads up.
