Without question this is the best motel I have ever experienced. It is the classic, small motel that thinks its a 5 star facility and looks after itself accordingly. Consider this: In-room coffee is actually fresh and tasty. Internet is free. Room has iPod/iPhone friendly bedside clock radios that work as well as a multi-media DVD/VHS/CD player in addition to a selection of pay-per-view movies.

It has a bedroom and a separate living room with 2 TV's which is unusual. The price was very good for San Fransisco and they have a shuttle bus which can take you to and from the airport.

the most confortable bed after 2 weeks of travelling around USA! clean rooms and warm, familiar atmosfere. Even though I do not usually prefer hotels with access of the room directly on the outside (like motel), the size of the Hotel (small and developed all around a single central yard) make the host feel confortable and safe. I did not have a chance to try brackfast because I left too early. Shuttle to airport available all time on request. I am not sure how it could be to use the hotel for visiting the City, but I have nothing I did not like from my short stay at the hotel.

It worked great for me, needed a place in the airport area, where I work, while some work was being done on my home. Nice place, altho had some street noise in the bedroom which was on the backside and noise from the cars parked right outside the window and driving by were obnoxious a few times. No problems, could have a bit more luxury to match the suite-type setup, but for the price thought it was very nice.

Very clean. Had the amenities I wanted (ie. refrigerator, coffemaker with coffee and tea, and microwave. The exterior of the Inn was clean and inviting. My companion really liked the breakfast!! We had a choice of any type breakfast we wanted. I found nothing.

Very nice appointments, although some are showing their age - high quality doors, fixtures, wallpaper, etc. Very nicely done, clean, attractive, comfortable. Handy to airport and shuttle provided. Shower rod was coming loose, a bit of wallpaper peeling off (showing age and use), breakfast was a bit limited.

We had stayed at the Millwood several years ago because we visit family in Millbrae. We were very pleased with the renovations and were delighted with the breakfast. Delicious and very user friendly. I stayed at this hotel twice and will stay there again for sure. The staff is very personable and accommodating, above and beyond. One would normally not receive this level of treatment in a larger hotel. Breakfast is included in the price of your room. The breakfast was better than expected. The description was continental breakfast but they had a large variety including cheese omelets and waffles.

King bedroom suite was spacious. TV/DVD/Cable setup was through Dish, a lot of channels to choose from. Bed was comfortable, with a down comfortable that was warm. Breakfast buffet: cold, weak coffee, pulpy watered-down orange juice, cnn news blasting way too loud on tv in very small dining room, packaged muffin was terrible.

This is a really good motel, the beds are very comfortable and the room quiet, considering how close to the airport and a busy street it is. The room was very clean on arrival and well equipped. The airport is a short shuttle ride away and leaves about every half-hour. You can walk about 1 mile to get to the Millbrae bart station and then transfer to a bus to go to downtown San Francisco.

Nice large firm bed. Large bathroom. Nice amenities - microwave and mini fridge. Continental breakfast was acceptable. For a simple long weekend, was a nice place to stay. Relatively quiet too. Furniture a little dated but still a pleasant place to stay.
