Appreciated the free shuttlea nd early morning wake up call and being able to grab something to eat before 6 am.Liked the cleaniness and decor of room.

At 75 years (realised should have said that in booking) and health problems that give me limitations in lifting things so I did not like to go up the 15 steps to room. Another guest kindly took up my two bags. On departing took the first one down to the office and the nice young man came up and took the other.

Close to airport,shuttle bus.

To much noise from other rooms and parking. No good restaurants within walking distance. Poor breakfast. ( warm dishes were allready eaten up when we came to eat after 0830)

One of the receptionists was not very welcoming in her verbal responses and demeanour. It was as if she didn't want to be there or have to deal with the customers. She never gave a smile or a warm response!

Value, excellent facility, helpful staff

Room was updated and modern looking. Bathroom had new fixtures and was clean.

The carpet (hence the room) smelled like body odor. Had at not be so late at night, we would have left. Baby powder helped as did exhaustion and falling into bed.

We've stayed at Millwood Inn 6 or 7 times in the last 15 years. The staff is friendly, we love the upgraded facility, location convenient to where we go - San Fran, Redwood City, etc. on the peninsula. King suite was super. We'll be back.

Prices seem to be creeping up, but not enough to keep us away. Wish you had an indoor hot tub, sauna, etc. for winter months.

We needed three rooms for 5 family members and wanted a location close to SFO airport. Millwood was a nice small inn. Rooms very clean and nicely remodeled. Great breakfast included. Free WiFi and airport shuttle. Less than 10 minutes from SFO. Great value for the money for what we wanted.

You do get some jet noise from the airport and can hear people walking above you if you are on ground floor. Hotel is in South San Francisco so would not use it to explore North San Francisco, but a good choice if you are staying south.

This is a traditional Motel, albeit one with a much better level of comfort than typically found in Motels. If you don't mind motels I can recommend the Millwood Inn & Suites. If you are looking more for a hotel this is not for you. If you have a car, Malls and restaurants are about 5 - 10 min away, same holds for Milbrae BART station.

If you have car the location is fine, but there is no much within walking distance.

It was near the airport and they offered a free shuttle service to and from the hotel. We were arriving near midnight so it was convenient. The hotel is an older style motel with beautiful plants outside. Inside the rooms are up to date, well kept and comfortable. The linens are good quality and we had a wonderful sleep. They also offer a complimentary breakfast, a real plus when it is raining outside.

Enjoyed Millbrae Chinese restaurants. Pleasant city.

Older unit but has had all new remodel, has alot of charm,room nicely done & clean,bath vary nice,exterior was spotless,It's easy to see the owner of this place care's about it and there guest'S. Good breakfast selection.We have stayed in Millbrae before and found it very nice.Not to far from bart and sfo.

We stayed at Millwood for 3 nights and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Rooms are clean and big. Breakfast is better than average.

WiFi was slow in the evenings.

It was perfect for our needs - the airport pickup service was especially important for us. The included breakfast was exceptionally good.

I can't say too much because I stay only for one night,returning from Honolulu and I need an hotel near San Francisco airport for my early flight to Las Vegas.The hotel look more than a motel.My room was nice,not too big,with 2 double and comfy beds.Bathroom ok,coffee machine and big tv.Breakfast very nice and free shuttle bus service to airport.For one night,I found my accomodation excellent at good price.I Would high recommend it

The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Upon finding out that our flight had been moved from SFO to the Oakland Airport at 7:20am, we were in a slight panic because the shuttle that Southwest said would pick us up, was not in the area that morning. We only had 2 hours to make the 35 mile trip during rush hour. We talked with the front dest and she immediately picked up the phone and we had a driver within 8 minutes! The bedroom was awesome! The sitting area was a little dated, but very clean & had a nice TV and mini fridge/microwave, which is always nice. We would use this hotel if we're in the area again.

The bathroom was a bit cramped, but would rather have a sitting area with pull out sofa bed than a spacious bath.

Outstanding renovation job!!! This place was better than new. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. A large variety of items was available for the breakfast that was included.

Very comfortable and well-appointed (the beds were particularly comfortable. Everything went smoothly, including the shuttle pickup, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Close to airport

Staff were abrupt and short with any question we had of them and in the morning when trying to operate the waffle iron, the receptionist was rude - barged in, took over and pointed out that all I had to do was read the directions. When I said I was getting to it, she stopped walking, turned and gave me a full on glare. Breakfast was included but mostly uneatable so room price too high with breakfast. Although the room was clean, they must have had a water issue because the carpet below the sinks was soaking wet, which they didn't tell us about. We discovered the problem with our socks! So, we would recommend to others with these qualifiers

Stayed only 1 night. It was comfortable, clean and very convenient to the airport and downtown San Francisco.

I booked through the internet. Was looking for a motel near the San Francisco airport as we had an early flight. We were at first put off by the "old style motel" look. But we were pleasantly surprised how kept up and comfortable the Inn was. We were very pleased.
