Milner Hotel Boston Common    

It was a small hotel with small rooms but it was clean and I thought it was a good value for the money

Location was great. Personnel friendly

Breakfast was poor with an offer of products of low quality. Rooms very small.

Location and price

cramped room, actually had to move desk and chair to use fold out sofa and couldn't use desk when sofa was folded out. Minimal places to put personal items. View was of an air shaft and the back of the hotel sign.

Very convenient to Theatre District. Fairly quiet neighbor for being downtown. Nothing real fancy but nice. Would come back again.

Couldn't see the Bruins playoff game because the cable package was too limited but this was not a big deal. We didn't come to this hotel to watch TV.

Well located. Relatively cheap. Wifi works well. Breakfast is ok.

Non-existant phonic isolation in the room. The street nearby is a bit noisy. Some rooms appear to be quite small (mine was really ok).

I Love The Location Of The Hotel

The Moldy Musky Smell In My Room That Made Me Sneeze The Whole Time I Stayed In That Room I Had Ants Crawling Threw My Room Then The Woman That Worked There Had The Nerve To Ask Me Did I Wanted To Stay In The Room That Had The Ants In It Or The Fact That The House Keeper Left a Dirty Towel She Cleaned With On My Sink In My Room. The Fact That My Room Was Behind The Exit Door On The First Floor By An Alley That People Can See In My Room Or The Clanking Noise I Heard Because Of Bad Pipes The Staff Had That I Don't Have a Clue Look On There Faces At All Times I Asked For Direction's They Didn't Even Know The City They Lived In. The Stay Was Bad I Will Never Stay There Again,This Hotel Is Way Over Priced And For The Price That I Have Paid I Would Have Been Better Off Sleeping By a Dumpster That Was Next To My Hotel Room Then Ever Stay There Again This Place Is a Dump End Of Story.

tiny overpriced room

The person who was at the front desk when I arrived was very very helpful and friendly. The breakfast that was included with the price of the room was very nice. The hotel is just around the corner from the Boston Common and other sites are within easy walking distance.

Location, Continental breakfast, Reception staff, Room was neat and clean and well presented (single room had everything although compact), WiFi was fast. A 1950s film set crossed with a Paris 3 star. Would use it again.

Staff was very well informed, helpful and courteous. Great location, made it very easy to get around.

The age of the building dictated a small bathroom. Quiet building though.

My window looked at the window of another guest's room. Coming from Europe, i am not used to paper plates and plastic cutlery which the hotel used for breakfast, but maybe this is just cultural thing.

The breakfast was very minimal. Old fruits and diluted juice. very bad. The room was small. The bad very small for 2 peoples.

Great location, right next to Boston Common. Good value for money (for Boston). Most basic amenities.

Extremely small rooms. I had a room with a small window facing light shaft - had almost no daylight at all. Quality of roomservice varied.

The room was very small and the bed was too hard. But for appox $200/night in the theater district it's about what you should expect.

SUPERB value for money for those travelling on a budget. Fantastic location, clean, quiet & comfortable. Accommodating staff.

Building & interiors a bit shabby (one of my windows didn't close properly, but it got fixed quick), breakfast lean & served on paper plates.

The location is perfect . Within walking distance to all the the famous landmarks, shopping areas and the beautiful Boston Common. Considering the hotel is right in the heart of the city, sleeping wasn't a problem - very quiet outside and inside the hotel. The staff and guests were very friendly. Great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

My room was tiny with only a single bed, dresser and nightstand, but VERY cozy and I liked it very much. It was perfect for a single traveler, and the location was ideal.

The bed was very hard, very uncomfortable for me.

Pretty Pricey for what you get . But all in all not a bad deal
