The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to the Commons. I got a tiny room, with bathroom but no door on it. There was only one window towards an internal 2 m x 2m court. The room was very clean but essentially just for sleeping in. I payed about 130$/night. In summary, you may be much better off in one on the large hotels around the center paying a little bit more. |

Conveniently located near the boston orange and red T-line. Close to parks, restaurants, cinema and downtown area. The hotel is quiet and mostly used by students, I have stayed couple of times and had no regrets. The size of the rooms are small compared to other hotels and may not have a desk to work on, however, it has free internet and great breakfast. I would definitely stay again. Size of the rooms are quite small. |

Employees are kind. Poor facility. I even did not have a desk and chair. Free internet, but since the cable is so short that I could not really move my laptop from the wall. The room and hallway were small. It's more like European feel. |

I enjoyed its excellent localization, near the boston common and near the subway station. It was pretty confortable as well. The breakfast room is really tiny, with only four tables. And all things were disposable, plates, cups, spoons etc. |

Great breakfast, fruit, cereal, eggs, waffles, pastries, yogurt and lots more! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. Great location as well! Have stayed at the Milner in Detroit, both are great! |

The best thing about the hotel is its location. 7 minutes to Boylston wasn't bad. And the person at the front were very helpful. The room was extremely small and I had to enter the emergency stairway in order to reach my room. I guess it was reasonable price for Boston, but I think I can get a much larger and cleaner room in a motel in LA with this price. |

Very good location with easy access to underground and museums. Difficult front door access--steep steps with no landing for suitcases then a stiff door opening out that's blocked by where you are standing. There is no bell or sign to ask for assistance. Coverlets and blanket edges need repairs. My room was small and had no chair. |

Friendly staff, central location. Tiny room -- could barely turn round in it. No door on toilet was a bit unpleasant given the size of the room. |
