It was exactly what I needed, for a reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. |

It was nicely located. Many sights were within walking distance and and the subway system was only a block away. Staff were friendly and helpful, great apples at the front desk and a varied and plentiful breakfast. |

I liked the small room, the location and value I got for my money. I liked the friendliness of the employees. Noise, long time until hot water was available (fifth floor). |

The bed was the most uncomfortable. The room was very small. Just awful. The bed was the worst. The hotel smelled musty. Staff was apathetic. |

Convenient location, clean basic single room for a reasonable price. The room was very small but clean and with a decent shower. Nice free breakfast spread. This is the second time I stayed there, and I'd stay there again. The neighborhood to the left out the front door is "iffy" but everything to the right was good, easy to find services, taxis, etc. |

Convenient location. I came home with bed bugs - one in my son's shoe and I found one in my bed. The air conditioning worked very poorly, and the door did not lock. The girl at the front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. She was not apologetic or concerned when I reported the air conditioning problem or the lock issue. When I wrote to the hotel about the problems - and the discovered bed bugs - I got no response. |

The convenience of transportation and food court. The limit budget for hotel fee although it is still expensive when compared to other cities in U.S.A. (1) The sound-proof of window is poor and I always woke up by people's talking in the street or the siren of ambulence or police car at the midnight. (2) The continetal breakfast is full of sweet things, no tost or other breads are available to choose. I got sick of it on the second day. |

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to the Commons. I got a tiny room, with bathroom but no door on it. There was only one window towards an internal 2 m x 2m court. The room was very clean but essentially just for sleeping in. I payed about 130$/night. In summary, you may be much better off in one on the large hotels around the center paying a little bit more. |

Conveniently located near the boston orange and red T-line. Close to parks, restaurants, cinema and downtown area. The hotel is quiet and mostly used by students, I have stayed couple of times and had no regrets. The size of the rooms are small compared to other hotels and may not have a desk to work on, however, it has free internet and great breakfast. I would definitely stay again. Size of the rooms are quite small. |

Employees are kind. Poor facility. I even did not have a desk and chair. Free internet, but since the cable is so short that I could not really move my laptop from the wall. The room and hallway were small. It's more like European feel. |

I enjoyed its excellent localization, near the boston common and near the subway station. It was pretty confortable as well. The breakfast room is really tiny, with only four tables. And all things were disposable, plates, cups, spoons etc. |
