la stanza è piuttosto spaziosa e luminosa, offre il servizio di connessione ad internet

Il personale è davvero maleducato e scortese, il servizio è pessimo. Il bagno è poco funzionale. La stnza è molto umida e la tappezzeria e la moquette emanano odore sgradevole.

camera molto carina, silenziosa e pulita. letto molto comodo. bagno piccolo ma assolutamente funzionale per una persona. colazione soddisfacente.

le tasse erano escluse dal preventivo offerto dal sito. manca una postazione internet nella hall dell'albergo. c'è il cavo in camera, ma per chi non dispone di un computer portatile è impossibile accedere ad internet

lo stile un po' retro' - il bagno decente - la collocazione abbastanza centrale per una visita sommaria della citta'

lo spazio per breakfast e' decisamente troppo piccolo, piu' piccolo di una living room familiare di middle-low class! la mancanza di una postazione internet per viggiatori non muniti di laptop

molto carino e confortevole, colazione compresa, con piccolo buffet al mattino al piano terra e possibilità di farsi il caffè o il thè in stanza! vicino al centro e alla fermata della metro

Staff pleasant and friendly. Lobby clean and tidy at all times. Room quite comfortable and all needs met. Especially appreciated the quiet - travellers NEED a quiet haven and the Milner provides this. I always stay at the Milner when I visit Boston.

The assumption that everybody drinks coffee! And that plastic or paper cups are acceptable. For an Irish tea drinker, neither of these is true! Tea-bags were available in the breakfast room, but having to go get it was not what I needed, when wanting a cup of tea first thing in the morning!

the breakfast area is a bit small, at some times in the morning it was too crowded. a bigger issue is the check-in from 3 pm, since I came to Boston in the morning.

The location is great, the rest is standard

It was nicely located. Many sights were within walking distance and and the subway system was only a block away. Staff were friendly and helpful, great apples at the front desk and a varied and plentiful breakfast.

I came home with bed bugs - one in my son's shoe and I found one in my bed. The air conditioning worked very poorly, and the door did not lock. The girl at the front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. She was not apologetic or concerned when I reported the air conditioning problem or the lock issue. When I wrote to the hotel about the problems - and the discovered bed bugs - I got no response.

The convenience of transportation and food court. The limit budget for hotel fee although it is still expensive when compared to other cities in U.S.A.

(1) The sound-proof of window is poor and I always woke up by people's talking in the street or the siren of ambulence or police car at the midnight. (2) The continetal breakfast is full of sweet things, no tost or other breads are available to choose. I got sick of it on the second day.
