Cozy,little motel with kitchenette -fridge,stove ,microwave situated conviniently on hwy 99E.Very friendly staff

heat/ac unit pretty noisy, but worked good

The place was incredibly clean and the staff were nice.

The hotel is on a very busy, noisy road. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, so if you get a room on the road (like I did, even though I requested a quiet room during booking), you will not be able to hear anything but traffic noise and the trashy people getting drunk outside your room. Because of the inordinate amount of noise, I would not recommend it to anyone and will certainly not be back.

the facility was across the street from the Gray Gables Estates where my cousin was getting married. The rooms where clean and had a kitchenette.

The mattress had springs that were close to coming thru, if they put in new mattresses it would be a huge improvement

same desk attendant both nights, and she was excellent. remembered myanmar from two nights previous, asked about our trip, and was generally very nice. room had "homey" feeling to it. thanks!

The AC, the value

Scary neighborhood.

It's one of the last independent owners, but it is looking a little thread bare. Curtains were very worn and off the track a bit. Bed Spreads and blankets were pilled and the sheets were thin. And there was a smell in our room...wet dog? mildew? Needs to be given a little attention and it could be great.

Plus: It was a great value. Rooms were clean and service very good. Close to Milwaukie, se Portland, and Clackamas Town Center. Refrigerator in room was nice.

Minus: Really no restaurants within walking distance. Some noise from neighbors and traffic noise from highway. A/c rather noisy and turned itself off/on at very short intervals. Overall: Excellent value. I would stay there again.

While basic, Milwaukie Inn was clean and quiet.

That it had a microwave and a little refrigerator!

It wasn't the greatest place to stay, but it isn't worst either. If your looking for somewhere to crash without any expectations then this the place for you.

The room was clean and the shower had good water pressure. It was close to where my family lives there so it was very good.

The price, the staff, the cable, the good wifi.

Scary people in the parking lot, NO DO NOT DISTURB SIGN! , weird smelling carpet, less than sparkly clean tub (old, some caulking issues, etc). For the price, what do you expect? I'd stay again in a financial pinch.

The cleanliness of the room and premises impressed me, as did the evidence of careful maintenance of older room fixtures. I found the room arrangement and furniture simple and well organized. I especially liked the dining table with 2 chairs and the large high shelf along the wall in the sink/counter area.

To latch the room door, I had to slam it. Twice, after being out all day, I found it unlatched: a serious security concern. I was glad to have taken my computer with me, because the room lacked any useful location for attaching the computer security cable. The room telephone did not work. The advertised WiFi did not work.
