Liked the en suite bathroom, hard to find for a low price in/around sf. Bed was comfortable, we even had extra pillows. Wifi was fast. Loved all the little mexican bakeries with a 1-3 block radius. 50 cents a pastry most places!! Also, a McDonald's 3 blocks away. The continental breakfast was literally toast and milk, completely lame. Bus ride was about 50 minutes, not really too bad, but it's a slight drawback. A little loud. Didn't bother us too much, but I know it can bug others.

I like that there's ample parking and there's smoking rooms and ashtrays in the hallway. I like the amenities, and the tv has a lot of channels to choose from, and the free breakfast The toilet doesn't flush well in Room 118. And some of the windows don't lock. That's all

- Close to the 280 (needed to drive to Santa Clara a few times) - Parking space - Breakfast is a joke! - Did stay there 8 days, but got the max daily rate - Even late checkout, they charged me a full day rate

Very easily accessible. Rooms were very clean and spacious (though we did have a handicap room). Although we mainly were in the city there are quite a few bars, restaurants, gas stations, corners stores, etc. The only downfall was that it was extremely hot in the room during the day. We came back to rest around 3pm and had to leave and go on a walk bc it was much nicer outside. Some windows don't open and those that do only open a few inches. Also, "breakfast" is included but I wouldn't plan on that. I only got a small glass of mango juice (random juice to have. Orange would have been better).

Nothing really, probably checking out!! Most of the staff extremely unfriendly! Was downstairs from a room being renovated and the noise was terrible! No appologies for it either. Didn't feel safe to leave anything in the room. Area was very sketchy! Felt unsafe at night. We made sure we were back before its dark!!

So little and cute hotel. Not far from the airport (15-20 min by taxi). Clean rooms, good staff. Some meager breakfast (cornflakes, cakes and tea/coffie) Located in the Mexican area. Not safe at night. No shops and cafes near it.

The only thing I liked about Mission Inn was the price. The price closely ressembles the rooms. Old rooms equals old rugs and furnishings. The bathroom shower door kept sticking from the bottom when opened and closed. I told the person in the front counter and nothing was done about it, The water pressure was really low, just enough to flush the toilet and had to wait to reflush again. I stayed there for two nights and it was one night too many. The neighborhood was not the best either. I will never stay at the Mission Inn again.

Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Location was fine, took bus to centre and returned late evening. Bus stop outside of the hotel. The room was old fashion but cleaned. Internet connection is not best but I have experienced this in every hotel we stayed in and some of them were more expensive. Breakfast is first come first serve and very basic. Some days at 9 am there wasn't much to eat or the room was crowded. You are getting what you pay for. Generally good experience would recommend if you are on budget.

It was inexpensive. The desk attendant was not very friendly. He also would not give us the name of a cab company when we asked, but rather told us that they could arrange to take us where we wanted to go...for $40...one way. The "continental breakfast" - a misleading phrase - consisted of the absolute cheapest items, I.E., bulk oats, white bread, peanut butter & jelly. The shower was small and did not accommodate space for toiletry items.

for the price you pay, it's pretty good for San Francisco, also, the bus stop is just 2 minutes away and you don't have to take your car, trying to find a parking space in S.F.
