Not too much, even though Missoula has lots of offer and is a scenic place with so much of western Montana at its doorstep.
Facility is WAY overpriced and in a run down condition. 2 of the 4 lamps in room were not working. Breakfast was meager and slip shod; we're talking a choice of corn flakes or coffee. Paper thin walls and just a "worn out" Guesthouse Inn and Suites---not even close to something you have been able to recommend in the past. Cleanliness was not even a thought in bathtub/shower; it was very grimy. We wondered how long it's been since you and yours have checked on this one? Thanks for asking; we hope they can shape things up.
Wifi was easy to access.
A ways away from my other business.
It was a friendly and helpful stay. It is always strange to stay in a hotel in your hometown. So, I liked the location---close to the Mall and my brother's work.
It's a bit difficult to enter off Brooks/Highway 93, but certainly easy access to leaving town. I find Missoula to be a very expensive city.. I didn't like the parking situation----no easy access to the entrance of the hotel and the elevator, esp. late in the evening, when parking in the back of the hotel.
Location to mall and next to Safeway. US Bank next to mall. Next to 24 hour casino. Kitty corner to Cabela's and Boot Barn.
Room was filthy. Had not been vaccuumed. Washrag still had someone else's makeup on it.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great complimentary breakfasts
Hotel needs renovations and old televisions in room
very easy to get to, lots of essential shopping close by
Very noisy especially at night and 1st thing in the am..Sounds carried in that you could hear other toilets flush, people talking in other rooms and no decaffeinated coffee at breakfast
a little overpticed
Hotel is a maze to find your way around...strange people wandering the halls. Rooms were older, they were clean, liked that!! Loved the casino next door !
Nice to have the school buses transport us to the stadium but could've used a few more(standing room only)
To far away from the event we came to see. (Paul McCartney) And no swimming pool!!!
Nice clean inn friendly staff
No ice machine on the third floor
I was here for the Missoula Marathon. The downtown hotels were more than twice the price, equally far from the bus pick-up location. The packet pick-up and finish line were only about 5 miles away. The location was fine, and we perceived good value for the money.
Small room. Breakfast allcheapwhite carbs.
We appreciated that the rates were not dramatically increased even on a popular weekend (Missoula Marathon). The staff were generally friendly and hospitable, which I think is standard in this region.
This was a dingy, depression hotel. We were visiting on a very busy weekend, but the room had threadbare sheets and blankets, was dark and very worn, and looks shabby even when clean. The hot breakfast wasn't much to speak of, with a few dry cereals and an orange or two. We moved after two nights to a much nicer location and were happy that we did!
Front desk staff lady was very nice
The room was dirty the fitted sheet on the first bed was dirty the lamp between the beds would not work that lamps were plugged in by extension cord across the floor you could trip over the bathroom was a very dirty on the floor and the toilet was very small we had just had surgery is most uncomfortable bed and stay that I'd had the pillows were squished small for midget size to make them look fluffy they were very flat and uncomfortable
The morning manager was very friendly. I enjoyed visiting with her about travels, locations, and climates.
The breakfast was only adequate. More protein choices would have been good. There was virtually no counter space in the bathroom.
for the cost of the room, it would be nice to have a refrigerator and/or microwave
Didn't use the wi-fi so can't say. Staff was very friendly. All was clean. Very nice place
The price was OK.
The location, noisy by high traffic area. Room cleanliness needs attention. No fresh fruit for breakfast.
Manager and her assistant made us feel very welcome. Lobby is very nice and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Bed was comfortable, room clean. Breakfast buffet was fine.
Room right next to stairway in and out/up and down. It was a little noisy. Some noise from traffic, not bad. The good things outweighed the bad by quite a bit.
Staff were very good
Elevator needs a good cleaning
Everything! Annie and the rest of the staff are excellent. I wanted for nothing, ask where good food is they give you great ideas. Ask for directions and they give you something easy and understandable, plus 4 different great maps just in case. Excellent accommodations, great breakfast, free paper, beautiful lobby. Fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, iron, hairdryer, flat screen tv, alarm radio and they have Annie the general manager who is wonderful. Annie really cares about her guests and there's nothing you can ask for that she can't come up with. The place is perfect and I felt safe as a single female. I could not have asked for more!
That Annie isn't there 24 hours a day, but after all she does deserve a day odd one in awhile!
Staff were pleasant and down to earth
thin walls that other guest could be loudly heard
The staff was friendly and very helpful.
