Clean and comfortable bedding AC wasn't working well in the room. They had transfer in 3 other rooms but in all rooms the AC wasn't cold. Had a hard time sleeping because the air wasn't blowing hard enough despite it being set in high and already at 65 degrees. It was almost 4am before it got cooler.

The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would have been nice to have a place to gather with friends other than the restaurant/bar. Such as a pool/hot tub or court yard. We were not at the hotel for any length of time so all in all it was great!

Hotel di una catena giapponese, frequentato da giapponesi e sito in una zona commerciale con molte ditte giapponesi, quindi... Offre un servizio di livello giapponese! Impeccabili il comfort, il silenzio, la pulizia, lo staff, il servizio. Parcheggio gratuito, wifi gratuito. Un hotel per non avere nessun problema. Posizione defilata (ma comunque tranquilla), richiede l'auto (come quasi tutto a Los Angeles, comunque). Spa a pagamento. Ti bloccano 100 dollari per ogni giorno di soggiorno sulla carta di credito come cauzione. L'onestà dell'hotel è fuori discussione, tuttavia non vedo perché bloccare una somma proporzionale al numero di giorni...

スタッフの何気ない心配り・気配りがアメリカのどのホテルよりも良い。 今回は、スイートに泊めさせていただいたが、居心地は最高で、寝るのも惜しいくらいの環境であった。お風呂- 、ベッド、景色等。 次回もトーランスによる際はまた来たくなるホテルであった。 売店に冷たい日本茶や缶コーヒーのBLACKがあり、日本にいるのとそん色ない雰囲気も良かった。（ほっと- 一息つける。）

日本人ビジネスマンにとっては、米国西海岸で、多分最高位の利便性が総合的にあるビジネスユーズのホテル。- せめて、小さくても良いのでプールとガーデンテラスがあれば最高なんですが！

O Hotel tem boas instalações Ao chegar ao Hotel o preço que me cobraram foi diferente que o Booking havia confirmado para mim. Eu paguei atecipadamente com meu cartão de debito e na saida me cobraram de novo pois não conseguiam localizar meu pagamento. Como estava eno horario do voo fui embora e agora estou solicitando reembolso de um dos cartões

La limpieza y sus servicios personales fueron muy amigables y sinceros que nos dan la confianza y tranquilidad en la estadia. Un poquito mas de conformidad en el parqueo seria mucho mas mejor.

部屋が広くとても清潔で、トイレもウオシュレットで便座も暖かかったです。 お風呂が日本式で、バスタブから出たり入ったりゆっくりできました。 市内観光についても日本語で丁寧に教えてくださいました。 また、近くに日本食屋がたくさんあり、観光で疲れて帰って来た後もすぐ食事に行けました。（レストランマッ- プもフロントでもらえて助かりました。）

Everything! It was such a great trip (our favorite one so far), and we plan on returning in the future! The only thing I did not like was the a/c in the room took a little while to kick in, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

The service was first class and the overall ambience was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Surprised that a charge was made for the tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
