Clean rooms with free internet and a comfortable desk make this hotel perfect for a business stay. It is located right in Little Tokyo, adjacent to the Little Tokyo mall. It is a fairly quiet area with lots of noodle houses and Japanese and Korean restaurants. The best part? Japanese toilet in the bathroom! Parking is located in the Little Tokyo mall, so it can be a bit of a hassle to lug your bags unless you're using the valet service. The view leaves a lot to be desired, as well. One side of the hotel faces the parking lot and our 4th floor window opened to the roof and all of its fans and turbines. Better keep those curtains drawn. |

Conveniently located in Little Tokyo which is where we wanted to tour over the weekend. Everything was within walking distance. The $19 parking fee for hotel guests. |

Good location in Little Tokyo. Close to civic center, main office buildings, Japanese museums, theaters, etc. Food...most of the food was cold or just barely warm. We ate breakfast in two different places and they were both bad. My wife ate a Japanese breakfast and I had an American breakfast. |

Very good location, safe and relaxing, also, close to the metro station & other public transportation routes. As well, the staff are very helpful and informed. The room was also clean and comfortable. |

Everything from the room decor to the staff and location near train station was really great - loved that it was in the heart of Little Toyko |

Position near city centre and good value for money The people at the reception (during the night) are not clear about parking options and push you to use a very expensive private parking meanwhile there are other cheaper public options very near |

Relative clean and nice (Little Tokio) neighborhood. Good japanese food. Very good quality for a good price. Noisy building, which disturbing a bit during the night (perhaps the airconditioning system). Expensive parking possibilities. |

Location and safe area were a priority. The hotel is in downtown and in little Japan, seven blocks away from the large numbers of homeless roaming the streets Gym by name only and you had to pay to use it |

the bed was very comfortable, very clean room, massive plasma tv, it was different to have a bidet on the toilet. staff were friendly. it was located right near skid row - the dodgy side of l.a. not very safe at night with all the homeless people around. it's not really close to anything- it's located in lillte tokyo. |

Location, cleanliness, good employee service, but not fully informative about the car parking conditions. Guest parking was misrepresented, and not expressed fully at arrival. They do not have any guest parking except for their valet service. The problem is the guest parking in back belongs to another company, and cost $14 per day and their valet service cost $18. I not complaing about the $18, but they did not fully explain the cost of parking during check in, or at the loading zone. |
