The facility and staff are outstanding. Clean, neat, and comfortable, with the option of a quality spa. Great value.
The larger surrounding area (little tokyo is small and can be seen in a few hours) is sub-par. The parking garage is shared with the adjacent mall as well and is a bit confusing to navigate through.
Good location at Little Tokyo, good Japanese restaurants nearby. Also clean and comfortable room, nice staff.
Clean & modern, huge bed. Shower was not a fixed head type. Tour desk was handy. Very interestingly situated in Little Tokyo (although we don't eat Japanese).
No breakfast included.
Not a best location for LA
Everything worked and this is the only hotel I have been to that provides two luggage stands. A small thing but thoughtful. It is close to Union Station and right in Little Tokyo.
The hotel is a bit tired and a bit far from most things. There is not a lot of shopping or other things around it.
A wonderful Japanese style oasis in the whole state! The staff is at present and everything is working well like in Europe. A clean hotel in clean and safe surroundings! No bed bugs even if in Los Angeles. An amazing hotel according to the Scandinavian taste! Strongly recommended.
I LOVE HOW THE BATHROOM AND HOW CLOSE THE HOTEL FROM LITTLE TOKYO
great location, very clean
the bed wasnt as comfortable as i had expected it to be.
How comfortable it was and close to the Gold line. It was clean and very nicely decorated.
I was woken up by my mother's snoring! Other than that nothing.
Proximity to Dodger stadium, cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, and good selection of nearby Asian restaurants.
staff fairly friendly, lots happening in little tokyo
Bit of a distance to a metro
As a repeat customer, we enjoy staying on the top floor, away from lots of noise. Also the close walk to most shopping areas and great food places.
Hotel is clean and bed is very comfortable. We love the japanese toilet with automatic wash buttons.
Location - close to Japan-America Museum and MOCA and lots of great cheap Japanese food within 100 yards!
people was nice & the service was great
The Miyako was immaculately clean
The bed was too hard for me and the cabinets and closet doors in my room needed some maintenance
Decent hotel with attentive staff
Location is good.Hotel is silent in general.
The mini-bar was empty and was out of order as well. The safety box was out of order, giving error while trying to set.
Well mannered staff at all times. Early check in no problem Very clean throughout. Convenient for transport systems
It was a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Staff was nice, and they were helpful.
The shower can be a little confusing to turn on. Had to call to get it on.
The rooms were very nice. Great views of Los Angeles!
Close to my work, restaurants.
A little pricy.
Close to my meeting place, excellent inexpensive food near by
Mold in the bath/shower
I was with my 94 year old mother in law, and she told me, after we checked in to the Miyako Hotel, that that was where she spent her wedding night...74 years ago! It was an ideal choice for her: she could walk to the nearest Japanese shops and restaurants; the restaurant in the hotel serves excellent Japanese food; the staff provided great service.
That we only spent 2 nights there!
