The hotel is green friendly and it's interior is clean and spacious and parking is easy for San Francisco. Staff was friendly and responsive. The price was excellent too.

The staff could not have been more helpful! Every single employee was there to make you stay the best! With information, more towels or coffee! I was able to meet the manager and let him know his staff was great!

Very well designed hotel. Beautiful rooms and lobby! Nice view over the city from the balcony!

The location. It is in japan town near many shopping stores and restaurants! If you park in the garage, max. Daily is (I believe) $23. Which is nice if you are staying in one place for the day.

Nothing that I can think of. Room 1102 is very clean and has a great view of the city.

It was clean and secure, close to where I needed to be, lots of shopping and restaurant choices. Staff was very nice, helpful, yet not intrusive. I'd definitely stay there again.

The whirlpool soaking tub didn't work (the jets didn't "jet"), so I soaked. The Ipod dock didn't work either. There were a few things in the room that needed attention. I booked it at a great rate, had I paid full price, the broken items would have bothered me. As it was, the rate made up for the few broke things.

The lobby got a nice smell, and the stall was excellent!

The hotel is quite old, and the bedding are not very clean.

The exceptionally friendly staff, and the hotel is beautifully designed.

Quiet, love the window screens, separate show and deep bath tub, nice size room.

Parking was a bit expensive but we found on-street non-metered parking.

The design of the rooms was unique. The bathrooms are one of a kind. The bed was comfortable.

We were traveling with our two adult children and rented two rooms. Our room was clean, quiet and nice. The location was great. The tub was a nice soaking tub. I loved the screens instead of curtains. The bed was very comfortable.

The other room my children stayed in was clean. There were dogs next door (in 508) that were crying all night. When the people came home, they were drunk, loud, and obnoxious. We heard your staff come several times, but they continued through the night and into the morning. My son and daughter got no sleep at all. By the time the people in the next door room quieted down, it was time to get up anyway. That experience was awful, and they should have been kicked out. I know my children were not the only ones who complained, and it went on for several hours. I'm sorry for the burden on you, but we felt it wasn't handled very well.

We stayed in the suite and it was beautiful. The price was very affordable. Highly recommend!!

Location close to everything San Francisco and Japantown! Bathroom was awesome!

I loved the japanese decor and bathroom, including tub. The green features (energy efficient), as well as smart design and good use of space were nice. Furniture was very comfortable as well. The location was ideal for going to Yoshis jazz club in the adjustment fillmore district, walking distance.

They didn't have the room I wanted,I wanted to upgrade but they said they didn't have an up grade available. The staff was nice about it though.

I like that Hotel Kabuki wasn't just another hotel. It had character, definitely a visit I will remember =)

I didn't like that they didn't give a plastic bag to line the ice bucket, but... Really not that big of a deal.

Room was beautiful, spacious, great layout, and amenities. Staff was excellent and very helpful, especially the Valet personnel.

Heater did not reach the temperature I had set.

I liked it because it was so clean and roomy. The spa was also an extra surprise.

I wanted to stay longer.

Should have at least 1 need need 1 Japanese speaking employee on staff. Room was clean but might need remodeling someday, especially bathroom tiles( though I liked the separate shower and tub setup, very traditional ).

With sweeping views of the San Francisco skyline and hills, this is by far the most exciting hotel in San Francisco. The service, price, and décor keep me coming back. Most rooms have balconies with Japanese shades. Sushi....................!

The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely apologetic and accommodating when our booking was messed up. The food was good though slightly pricey. It was close to lots of things which made it easy for us, who had never been to San Fran before.

They didn't replace the shampoo and conditioner even though we were there for three days.
