Location was excellent, near public transport and easy to access. Next to Japantown in San Francisco Left my pajamas and only the bottoms were found in "lost and found" and even they are not accessible until Monday... |

The room was quite comfortable and so was the bathroom. They surcharged my credit card for minibar item I did not take and they only refunded the amount when I called them twice. |

Not being in the hotel, they charge you for everything, even if you ask for a extra package of sugar for your in room coffee, which you are only given two a day you have to pay, this hotel is an expensive rip off. As indicated above, you pay for everything in this hotel, you get two and only two coffee, and sugar packages in you room, once used they charge you for replacments. The soaking tub we have in out "delux" room was a SMALL SQUARE bath tub, with one sample of detox salts, not as advertised, complete rip off. |

The ease of our stay. Standard room size and the bathroom felt a little small. |

Great staff, nice restaurant and bar, prices were fair, food interesting and well prepared, very friendly, professional staff. Self parking for $16 a night is a steal in sf. Soaking tub is very narrow, my husband, who is a medium sized person, did not fit in comfortably. I am small and could not move either. Very low water pressure out of showers and no drawers for clothes in the room! Interesting. |

I got it at a very big discount through Booking.com; it was a luxury hotel, with off street parking, right in the centre of Japantown, which has a large number of excellent restaurants. |

Staff helpful once we were there. Doormen very polite and helpful. They lost our reservation because they spelled our last name wrong. |

At one end of the Japantown complex, the location is very good. We got an upgrade room which was spacious and had a sauna room. |

It was centrally located in SF. It also had an interesting, although not entirely successful, Japanese theme. The beds in the double double rooms were full sized rather than queen sized so they are cramped for a couple to share with a child. The valet parking was also $39.50 a night, and although there is $16/night parking in the complex, since we arrived late the individual who met us at the entry could not speak English well enough to give us directions to get there clearly. And the buffet breakfast is $18. |

Upon check-in we were upgraded to a corner king room with two balconies and a view. The room was beautiful and had a wonderful bathroom complete with soaking tub, two shower heads and a faucet and bowl to wash your feet. The toilitries were good quality and smelled great. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Also, the self-parking was convenient and affordable for San Francisco. The location is close to bus lines that take you into the heart of the city. This hotel was an amazing value. |

The staff was excellent and the parking is a fair price. I also like the ambiance of the hotel lobby. It would be nice if the underground parking was a flat rate allowing in and out privledges. |

Great hotel! Really nice Japanese touch to everything, and staff very helpful (especially Freddy, the doorman, who gave us lots of good information and helped find space to park the motorcycles within the hotel's parking lot). Good price when staying 3 nights or more. |

The level and scope of services The huge list of possible penalties for hotel clients, a long list of banned activities, lack of hotel parking, lack of breakfast |

the Japanese-style soaking tub was really nice, the bed was comfy, and the decor was tasteful There was no coffee machine, only instant coffee; we were not offered the complimentary tea service or provided w/ green tea to make tea for ourselves. We probably could have requested some, but it came out of tea bags-bleh. |
