２度のコンプレーンをッしました。朝６時半より工事を行って８時半までフロントに２度電話を入れましたが止まらず私が１１時にチェックアウトをしてお部屋の外へ出て見たら壁に向かって工事をしておりました。とても酷いこととおもってフロントにいいました。割引をして頂きましたがそのような事よりもお客様への気配りと言うので消化、、非常識だと思います。 うえに書きましたと通りです。お蔭様で頭痛と疲れを持ち出発しホノルルに帰りました。このホテルで１日のんびりして帰ろうと決め、ッサンフランシスコの滞在日程を１日延ばしましたがとっても残念です。 |

the Japanese-style soaking tub was really nice, the bed was comfy, and the decor was tasteful There was no coffee machine, only instant coffee; we were not offered the complimentary tea service or provided w/ green tea to make tea for ourselves. We probably could have requested some, but it came out of tea bags-bleh. |

the hotel toiletries were really good products. the booking did not get sent from the site to the hotel and took a little bit more time to check in than i would have liked. However the hotel staff was very pleasant and did a great job of fixing the situation. |

The hotel was not as great as advertised. There was mention about hand- painted shoji screen door in the room. However there was only normal shoji screen door in my room. The room looks old although it was advertised that it has been recently renovated. Can't imagine how it looks like before the so-called renovation. The room faces a terrible view too (facing other guest room). |
