Great service, clean, friendly and very comfy.

The location was perfect. Loved to be able to walk down town but was not right on the main strip so was very quite. An over all great stay.

Were only there for one night in peak season - room was very dark and we looked at a fence.
Very attractive furnishings and decor. Good location

Extremely weak coffee! No wine glasses or corkscrew in the kitchen
April 18, 2015
Good rooms and facilities, good breakfast
April 11, 2015
Having a patio and a big lawn area behind our room. Rooms well decorated, not cooky-cutter. Furniture was "unique", especially liked the metal, artistic headboard and that the bedside lamps did not match.

Very comfortable, affordable and scenic in middle of Moab with restaurants within walking distance. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but it was the perfect resting point after days of hiking in Arches and Canyonlands. Nice hot tub and pool for recovery too!

The room we had overlooked the parking lot. The breakfast was free but not good.
The bed was very comfortable.

Check in dude was not nice

I was traveling alone, so in a single room, and there was simply no comfortable place to sit: just two hard, uncomfortable chairs at a small table. (Apparently the hotel has added some better seating in some of the larger rooms.) The bathroom facilities are adequate but very outdated and in need of a total remodel to get up to standard.
The Gonzo's location is great, about a block off Main (so it's quiet) and next to a park, but close to good restaurants and other attractions. The bed was very comfortable, and the continental breakfast is far better than most, with even made-to-order espresso. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ok, but very generic, like a Holiday Inn Express. A few "luxury" touches would leave a much better impressions, such as real yogurt with options of fresh fruits, berries etc instead of Yoplait or whatever it was, better coffee, fresh juices, good jams, etc.
Overall good facilities, nice staff, cool atmosphere. Breakfast did not meet what I'd expect from a boutique hotel, see :(

Under staffed, no complimentary breakfast during off season.
Everything in town is within walking distance of the hotel, especially the Moab Diner, made for a great location and home base to enjoy Moab.

close to amenities, nice room.

The only complaint is the comfort of the fold out couch. But that is the case no matter where you stay.
Close to downtown, cleanliness, room layout! Pool, when weather is warm. Continental Breakfast.

If you are looking for a hotel that is not a cookie cutter hotel, then stay here. The property has very comfortable rooms and, if you need a sitting room, they have very nice suite rooms.

No bathtub, limited office access, breakfast at another place
Good Bed, great cookies, ok room, good location.

No tub in room or hot tub or pool. Ice machine broken. $30 pet fee. We had two nights booked and left after one. Got a much better room and rate at Holiday Inn Express. $160 a night in Jan. was way too much to pay for what we got.

Don't stay in the bottom floor. You can hear those above you walk around. It's very noisy. You hear ever sound above you.
Very nice place! Loved the eclectic nature of the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly!
