The bounce room in the hotel lobby
The internet did not work
Wi-Fi was way too slow, essentially unusable for e-mail and most Internet searches and applications.
This hotel charges a very reasonable price and the services you get is still top class. Nice breakfast provided too.
The gym facilities could make some improvement
Spacious room, with large bathroom. Hot breakfast with large variety. Friendly staff, clean facilities, low winter rates. A great value in Moab!
Breakfast, WiFi, Room Everything was good!! Price is also reasonable.
breakfast, staff, cleanliness of facility
older style carpets, some renovations were being done nearby and work was not partitioned off (better to keep hidden)
We always stay at archway it is awesome for families or singles ! Bring food to grill they have common BBQ s and swimming pool .... It's a great place to stay. We have stayed at several moab lodges but none worth more than archway
Nothing we love you
Location, price, had wifi, refrigerator, microwave, hbo, an an excellent breakfast
-Clean big rooms -Hotel overall was nice -Great for the price -The Staff during check-out were very friendly and made it an easy process -Would definitely recommend to travelers
-We drove all night through the snow from CA to Arches Utah so when we arrived for check-in, I didn't appreciate the night auditor being so grumpy and rude (I even sent a message via booking.com updating the hotel to let them know I'll need a late check-in) but I'll cut him some slack because who wouldn't be when working all night on New years eve & New Years?
Breakfast. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds
Breakfast was great and the sweet breakfast worker as well.Staff are all very nice..Theresa the manager was very helpful and professional and hotel was very clean☺.
Hotel has character, loved the keys, comfortable room/bed, useful furniture in the room, overall great
The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. We will be sure to stay here again!!!
The hot tub, the breakfast room, the afternoon cookies. The breakfast was excellent for variety and quality, except for the coffee which was like dishwater.
The hotel is poorly constructed. Anyone walking on the upper levels in the rooms could be heard walking around. It was really bad for us as above us were people with children who ran back and forth all night, dropped things on the floor. etc. Did not stop after being contacted by management.
Hotel room was roomy, comfortable, clean, and with upgraded amenities. Definitely more than expected for the price. Would definitely stay there again and recommend highly to others.
Room was oversized. Great breakfast. Fresh baked cookies.
Everything was good without internet speed.
The internet was so slow.
The room was beautiful with rustic decor. Not the typical hotel look. Wonderful!
The TV remote did not work, staff said they would be down to fix, but never showed up.
Breakfast is very good, it is the best one we had for the 12 days travel.
While staying there was a bounce house for the season and not only was breakfast good, but there was a fancy pancake machine. Perfect location and nice workers.
Convenient location away from city traffic and lots of space for parking. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and great beds. A large picnic area in the back.
The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was enormous (for an English woman) and the laundry facilities were just what I required after two weeks on the road. The food in the restaurant that they own in town was also very good.
The inn is on the edge of town. Just a couple of miles from the entry to Arches NP but you need to drive into town for dinner.
Good place to stay for Arches NP Beds were good rooms were quiet Good coffee and breakfast Price was right. Lobby was being remodeled. Should be nice when finished.
