Its close proximity to the Archway and the downtown area.
Access to hotel was not easy during evening hours. It was hard to find its location.
Location is perfect for visiting the National Parks of southeaster Utah. Easy booking and friendly staff for quick check-in. Great amenities.
Everything was brand new. Nice area out back overlooking the red cliffs.
Close to Arches Park'Clean and quiet
poor breakfast - dry eggs, nothing good except fruit
- Swimming pool area - hot tube - Coffee and beverages in the lobby
Clean facilities Great breakfast
Not enough staff at front desk for checkout Friday morning. Employee on phone while standing in front of her. Another employee came to her rescue, but I was never acknowledged while standing in front of her.
Great hot breakfast and pool with hot jacuzzi
At edge of town , but shuttle from motel was available -- had to be patient for pick up at times but a nice perk
My sister in law called the hotel to have a bottle of wine put in our room before our arrival for our anniversary and the manager sent Britney to the liquor store and she purchased exactly what my sister in law asked for! Very special!
Not a big deal but the lady cleaning up in the dining room during breakfast was very grumpy. She told me to clear my own dishes before I was even done with my food! We ate breakfast out after that!
Their breakfast was free and it was better than most free breakfasts that you receive at these type of hotels. The food seemed more home made and less institutionalized. The front desk staff was very accommodating with our room. The room was large.
The place looked a little old and dated but seemed to be well cared for.
Nice hotel, beautiful pool and great proximity to the National Park. Wish we'd had a few more days there and would definitely return. This place exceeded our expectations.
We have 2 older children, so finding a location with 3 beds was difficult. The room was great for the 4 of us. Beds were comfortable with ample space in the room to move around. We did not use the microwave or fridge, but it looked to be in excellent condition. Breakfast was good as well - nothing special, but filling and tasty.
Availability of ice was a bit far from the room.
The shuttle into town was a nice feature.
The shuttle stopped running at 9:30 in the evening. A later stop time would be better.
Hot breakfast is a plus with young kids. They have a good playground w/basketball court, pool & hot tub. Our room had bunk beds with a tv for each bed, and central air plus a window a/c unit. Get the apartment unit if you want a extra room for kids.
Very minor: the light switch locations were a little confusing.
Good place. Excelent restaurants just 1 mile away (in Moab)
Breakfast bar better than most. Grounds nice, nice playground and outside seating/BBQ area. Pool pretty cold for swimming.
Pool too cold.
Clean and quiet!
Location on edge of town is closer to Arches And North Canyonlands than downtown Moab hotels.
Breakfast was below expected quality
There was no ramp for a luggage trolley in the back parking lot.
it was very pretty place, breakfast was very good.
Personne at the desk could have been nicer in the welcome
location near the park BBQ free service facilities
far from city center and supermarket
Travelled with parent - not a choice to choose from Upstairs occupant was very noisy in am and woke me up
The shuttle to and from town was greatly appreciated, THANK YOU! It was great to have a triple queen bed room. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Liked the fresh fruit option at breakfast when fresh. Really good to use recycled paper goods at breakfast
Our bathroom had an unclean odor of urine. The breakfast was not very fresh. Also, the breakfast staff were complaining and seemed over worked.
Clean and spacious room, availability of BBQ grill free of charge, location close to Arches and Canyonlands NPs
High price in peak season
Good location for visiting Arches National Park & Canyonlands
