Clean room. Location is ok.

No breakfast (for the price, they could serve at least some continental breakfast!, they do give a coupon of 10pc of at a breakfast place on the property) No laundry at all.. Pricy for what you get, would recommend going elsewhere for the same price

A good value for the money. Staff was very friendly and location also good.

A bit dark in the room and very noisey heater/air conditioner.

The design of the hotel promotes guests to hang out outside the rooms to smoke which can be distracting if you are a light sleeper an turn in early.

Walls are very thin so really easy to hear everyone else. Would have liked a continental breakfast for the price.

Beds and linens are in good use.shower/toilet are separate from sink which is outside of shower area very useful when a person is showering,there is also a small area to store your cooler with food and a small fridge is available. You can bring you bikes in to your room if needed however the area feels very safe and secure,there is plenty of light,,so I just mine on the truck bike rack.

Friendly staff, rustic, wood-paneled rooms, clean room, good maid service.

lack of parking areas when busy, very slow wireless internet, weak water pressure in shower. For price should get free continental Bfast.

Good lodging for the price, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and quiet room, close to everything in Moab, and a good base camp for all outdoor activities in the area

A minor thing, but the bathroom was pretty small, and could have used more towels racks

Cost and locations

I think we might have gotten some bed bug bites... I know sounds strange right... but we can't figure out where else we were that we would have gotten these bites...

Very clean. Great room if you're only there to sleep.

The restaurant next door wasn't great for breakfast.

Stayed during Jeep Safari week and couldn't find a parking space in hotel lot. Too many jeeps with trailers taking up multiple spaces.

Casual, easy access to town, on-site restaurant which is reasonably priced, Perfectly clean, up-to-date facility. Decor appropriate to location. Overall, excellent.

Had to move the Microwave to plug it in

beds were comfortable, fitted bottom sheets a big plus. extremely clean and quiet, drapes were great for keeping out light. Would definitely recommend to others. Good location, close to town but not right in center

Very noisy at night as trucks are rushing through on the nearby highway all night long; breakfast not included; we had requested a room on the upper floor but did not get it although we had made the reservation several months in advance

Room was not luxury but comfortable and reasonably priced.

Hotel is along main road and you can hear traffic all night long.

Great (although not prime in Moab) location, uncommon decor of the rooms.

Steep price for just a spruced-up motel. Despite the attached to the hotel restaurant, no continental breakfast included (a mere 10% discount offered instead). Cookie-cutter, tired hotel room layout. Just another motel with a slightly nicer decor than others.

The cleanliness of the rooms was fantastic.

An OK hotel at an ok price. Clean room and good beds.

1) Good , central location in the middle of town of moab, ut . 2) There is a rather popular grill / restaurant , next to lobby. 3) Front desk personnel , very helpful for suggesting tours .

1) Not Even coffee for guests in the lobby, & no early continental breakfast . 2) Has a " WI-FI " , but NO Internet PC for e-mail & map searches , as does most Best Westerns & Red Lions that I have stayed at this year . 3) Bathrooms are " Very TINY " . 4) The Lobby & rooms , do NOT appear to be well shown per the web-page.

Nice Room and good location for food and access to National Parks.

Too many stairs on 2ns floor and no elevator. No ice machine on my floor - had to clime all those stairs just for ice. Many vending machines out of order.
