Excellent location. History of the Surfrider. Staff very helpful and friendly. Second stay within a year. Not all guests would benefit from the $25.00 resort daily charge; however, for families with children it would be of value. Food is average at the beach bar.

后院直通沙滩，海景房风景超美，安静又舒适，酒店的出行指南服务很成熟，新客人入住时还有简单的Lei欢迎- 仪式。推荐Diamond Building 还好没选Banyan Building，老楼，房间小窗子小，晚上清扫院子的时候设备也有些吵

立地は素晴らしいです。これこそオンザビーチです。 ダイヤモンドウィングに泊まったのでオーシャンフロントで景色は最高です。 ベッドもフワフワで寝心地がいいです。 排水が悪いです。バスタブにかなり溜まります。 この室料でこのアメニティ？って感じです。歯ブラシ、スリッパはありません。 洗面のコップはプラスティックです。アメニティは期待しないほうがいいと思います。

子供の頃から宿泊しています。タワーウィングのバルコニー付きのお部屋からはダイヤモンドヘッドと海が見え- 、景色がとても良いです。ワイキキなのでロケーションも買い物や食事に便利。ご家族で宿泊される方は隣同士- の部屋を予約すれば廊下に出ずにお互いの部屋を行き来できます。 サービスがとにかく遅い。フロントもレストランも。また、今回は特に日本人に対する対応がとても悪いと感じ- ました。どうせ英語もできず、文句も言わないだろうから適当に相手しておこう、といった態度です。私は英語- はネイティブ並みなのでホテルに苦情を申し入れました。ロケーションと景色のためにお金を払っていると思っ- てサービスは諦めましょう。

デラックスオーシャンビューに宿泊しました。ダイヤモンドヘッドの日の出や日没の印象がとても素晴らしいで- す。 夜景がとても記憶に残りました。 ホテルマンも親切な対応をして下さいました。 アフタヌーンティーはお勧めです。 おいしいお紅茶を心ゆくまでゆっくり楽しめました。 モアナは初めての宿泊でしたが、とても落ち着いていて良いホテルだと思いました。 ホテルには個人で申し込んだのですが、朝食付きとか、ツアーの方には付いているようでした。 何泊もするのですから特典を付けていただけるとうれしいです。
