Score from 9 reviews Good
Good value, friendly staff and clean
Couldn't find breakfast, no signs or literature that it was in a separate building.
The location was awesome very roomy. The lounge that has a nice bar in it is relaxing.
No food vending machines and it seemed to attract a bit of ghetto people.
There are not a lot of options for Moberly, MO. This is the best location just off Hwy 63 and 24.
I woke up late and called the front desk asking to check out just 30mins after their check-out time. I was told that late check outs of any amount are not allowed. I have stayed twice and both times the staff is cold and not courteous. Comfort Inn will be my future choice.
My bath tub/toilet were never cleaned nor my floor ever vacuumed. The cleaning staff were extremely polite just not good cleaners. The walls were paper thin, I could hear the person next to me going to the bathroom.
Convenient, very nice seating area in the lobby. The bed was wonderful.
next to wc, convienence
the room was cold and drafty, there was a huge gap on the top of the door so cold air could come in. you could actually place your fingers on top of door. there was no blanket. too expensive for a cheap motel in Moberly
room was clean
The property is spread out and when I tried to find out where I was staying so I could get my wheelchair out there and make it easier to park near room the receptionist said she couldn't do that and I would have to come in then reload my chair after I got my room. then when I got inside she didn't think they had any handicap room available although I made them aware of that in my reservation. Also no where online or in the property was there information about a breakfast. and near my room there were no handicap parking with room to get wheelchair out
Everyone on the staff I encountered over the two day stay was very cordial. They certainly made you feel comfortable as well as appreciated.
Are lights didn't work only two lamps did. Beds were super uncomfortable and no comforters just sheet and blanket.
Convenient parking in front of room. Comfortable beds Restaurant and lounge attached. Pool Banquet facilities
Low level of lighting in room.
The comfort and room of the king size bed.
Being in a room so close to the highway.
Wifi was terrible. Could hear people in other rooms. Not very clean.
Clean and comfortable for an somewhat older room.
The room was clean. Beds were comfortable.
Walls were paper thin, heard gentleman snoring next door. Highway noise all night. Wasn't aware from photos that this was motel with doors to the outside. Rooms are very worn, carpet worn, towels worn. Just drab.
We were not expecting much when we pulled in and saw mostly exterior rooms. We did get an interior room and it was larger than a standard hotel room. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! We generally stay at Westin hotels, so this is saying something! The room was very clean. We had other family in town who did have exterior rooms, and they were all pleasantly surprised that they were so comfortable.
Nothing comes to mind. We had a very nice experience.
Location is excellent for my business dealings but that's where the benefits ends.
Most first level rooms have a serious musty odor... This was the first of three rooms I've been in that had an operable tub drain. The second story rooms are good... Just be sure to admire the drill bit sticking out of the wall as you go up the stairs.
The only problem we ran into was coming in at night and not being able to get into the front door because it doesn't have a key access and the night duty person must have been sleeping. After walking around the Inn we notice a access point on the side of the building in which we used to enter the building to get to our room. It would have been good to know that upon our checking in, but we love the Inn and we WILL be back. Thanks for everything.
Breakfast buffet was very nice and lady in that area was very helpful. Room was very clean
Very difficult bathroom. No exhaust fan. One outlet in a very awkward place in bathroom. No outlets outside of bathroom by floor length mirror. Parking lot was filthy. Mud and garbage all over.
Really liked the two rooms. Our bed was awesome. Would definitely come back & stay.
Nice clean room. The staff was sweet and helpful. The free breakfast was much more and better than I expected.
The bathroom was very small.
The customer service was horrible. The towels had holes in them. The beds had no blankets on them, sheets only. When we ask for blankets. They also had holes in them. We went for breakfast at 7a.m. and they was out of food.
The rooms and bathrooms were clean, smelled clean and the bed was out of this world comfortable. Wish I knew what kind of mattress it was.
The property is in some sort of transition but you can tell that the owners are working real hard on bringing this little gem back to life.
It was in a good location. Pretty easy to find.
They should have gave us one password for our stay to use the WiFi instead of having to check in every day to get a new one. Would have liked a room on the ground floor. I am a smoker but I have had knee surgery on both knees so I don't get up & down stairs real well. I didn't ask for one on the ground floor and I didn't get my reservation in very early. But it was a last minute travel.
LOCATION Had same room 2 yrs and not much has changed was going to stay but advised no handicap rooms gong to stay at old holiday inn
ROOM HAD A VERY SRONG SMELL OF ODOR CONTROL ask for handicap room sid I didn't ask it but they found on for us
Convenient. Worked for the short time I was there.
The property is old and showing wear. Needs to updated.
Comfortable bed, clean room, nice pool.
The "breakfast buffet" is more a continental with some hot items, and not very good and had to wait on it to be restocked a few times.
