Mona Lisa Suite Hotel

Μόνο το άνετο δωμάτιο. Tο προσωπικό του front desk ηταν αφιλόξενο και άδιαφορο και κατα τρόπο ειρωνικό προσπαθησαμε να εχουμε το εξάρτημα για το ηλεκρικό ρευμα (το οποίο θα ζητουσε καθε Ευρωπαίος πελατης του ξενοδοχείου) και η απάντηση ηταν δεν εχουμε

Την εξυπερετηση με το taxi (van-shuttle). Ηταν απίστευτο να περιμέ- νουμε καθε φορά μια ωρα και είκοσι λεπτά για το taxi. Η αποκορύ- φωση ηταν την ημέρα της αναχώρησης, τηλεφώνησα προσωπικα την εταιρεία MEARS εκανα κράτηση εγώ ο ιδιος και μου εδωσαν το Ν0 604 cab, μετα απο 15 λεπτα τηλεφωνησα στο Front desk και μου ει- παν οτι το Ν0 604 μας περιμενει. Οταν κατεβηκαμε εφευγε με αλλους πελάτες

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff

The restaurant was not advertised very well, I discovered it only on the last day and was very pleased with the menu and price, I would have used it more often had I known.

It was very comfortable. Like having your own little apartment accross the street from all the Disney Parks.

The hotel is very well situated at minutes from Disney and from Celebration town center. The suites are very large and comfortable, well equiped, clean, ... perfect for a family. The swimming pool is just impressive : large size, palm trees, clean, nice environment :you feel like beeing in the tropics. I have been travelling a lot this summer, 4 weeks from NYC to Key west, and this is the best value for money I have got. You definitely can go there and will be satisfied.

Complimentary continental breakfast is poor - pastries only and no so fresh. (they say they bake it everyday, but ...) anyway, forget this , just go there for the room and have you breakfast at macdonalds or starbucks and everything will be perfect for you.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location to everything.

Conviniently located

Very poor service around meals. Waited for 10 minutes for breakfast the first day. Tried to order 4 pizzas for lunch one day, It was only 4 other people in the restaurant still we waited 50 min for 3 pizzas. The waiter had not tried to blame it on the cook, after yet another 20 minutes the last pizza arrived after the 3 had finished the meal.

The hotel decor was lovely, never seen so many staff keeping the hotel clean. The staff were extremely friendly. Food in the restaurant although a little pricey , was well worth it. Rooms were a very good size, good quality beds & bedding

House keeping not up to standard.

Location to all of floridas atractions is fantastic, easy to find for overseas visitors, clean and very quiet and comfortable.

we were very dissapointed at the bar menu and quality of food at the hotel,we only eat once at the hotel because of this,i understand that an other restaurant is to open soon on the balcony,but that did not help us.

the suite was very large and comfortable. The hotel is family and kids friendly and is very close to Disney attractions and other parks. Access to the hotel is secured and limited by usage of room keys.

The restaurant is nice but has a limited menu though the service is ok. a life guard in the pool would also be useful. Our room was equipped with a washing machine but no vending machine for detergents.

Great location to get around the area. Room was wonderful for me to work in the mornings while my wife was able to remain asleep. It is nice to have the kitchen in the suite to have drinks and food available. Also like the security of limiting access only to those individuals with keys to the hotel.

In the early morning you might need to run past the sprinklers watering the lawn near the doors.

The room was nice with a good, firm mattress on the bed, which is important for my husband who has a bad back.

We were only there for one night, en route to Naples. Food in the Hotel that evening was not nice at all. My husband said it was the worst beef he'd ever tasted and my "Caesar salad" was a piece of Romaine lettuce cut in half lengthways, stem with sand still on it, and sprinkled with a bit of a sauce. from a bottle. However, breakfast was fine.

The hotel was beautiful. It was very quiet and a great value. We had a one bedroom suite, and it had plenty of room which was great for us because we were there for five nights. It was very easy to get to Disney and the other Orlando attractions from the hotel.
