Mona Lisa Suite Hotel

Μόνο το άνετο δωμάτιο. Tο προσωπικό του front desk ηταν αφιλόξενο και άδιαφορο και κατα τρόπο ειρωνικό προσπαθησαμε να εχουμε το εξάρτημα για το ηλεκρικό ρευμα (το οποίο θα ζητουσε καθε Ευρωπαίος πελατης του ξενοδοχείου) και η απάντηση ηταν δεν εχουμε

Την εξυπερετηση με το taxi (van-shuttle). Ηταν απίστευτο να περιμέ- νουμε καθε φορά μια ωρα και είκοσι λεπτά για το taxi. Η αποκορύ- φωση ηταν την ημέρα της αναχώρησης, τηλεφώνησα προσωπικα την εταιρεία MEARS εκανα κράτηση εγώ ο ιδιος και μου εδωσαν το Ν0 604 cab, μετα απο 15 λεπτα τηλεφωνησα στο Front desk και μου ει- παν οτι το Ν0 604 μας περιμενει. Οταν κατεβηκαμε εφευγε με αλλους πελάτες

Location to all of floridas atractions is fantastic, easy to find for overseas visitors, clean and very quiet and comfortable.

we were very dissapointed at the bar menu and quality of food at the hotel,we only eat once at the hotel because of this,i understand that an other restaurant is to open soon on the balcony,but that did not help us.

the suite was very large and comfortable. The hotel is family and kids friendly and is very close to Disney attractions and other parks. Access to the hotel is secured and limited by usage of room keys.

The restaurant is nice but has a limited menu though the service is ok. a life guard in the pool would also be useful. Our room was equipped with a washing machine but no vending machine for detergents.

Great location to get around the area. Room was wonderful for me to work in the mornings while my wife was able to remain asleep. It is nice to have the kitchen in the suite to have drinks and food available. Also like the security of limiting access only to those individuals with keys to the hotel.

In the early morning you might need to run past the sprinklers watering the lawn near the doors.

The room was nice with a good, firm mattress on the bed, which is important for my husband who has a bad back.

We were only there for one night, en route to Naples. Food in the Hotel that evening was not nice at all. My husband said it was the worst beef he'd ever tasted and my "Caesar salad" was a piece of Romaine lettuce cut in half lengthways, stem with sand still on it, and sprinkled with a bit of a sauce. from a bottle. However, breakfast was fine.

The hotel was beautiful. It was very quiet and a great value. We had a one bedroom suite, and it had plenty of room which was great for us because we were there for five nights. It was very easy to get to Disney and the other Orlando attractions from the hotel.

Very comfortable beds.

Coffee was not replenished and coffee pot not cleaned daily.

Very nice place, all new and well decarated.

We were 6 people sharing a nice new suite w/2 bedrooms w/ king size beds, but there were a coach for the other 2 persons, that was uncomfortable. The kitchen well equipped for 6 persons, w/dishwasher, and washer & dryer too. The internal view was lovely The staff cool.

The bedrooms needed more care, really dusty. The bed coach for the other 2 persons was uncorfortable, .The breakfast price was too high for what it was( we travel a lot as a reference).

The location was perfect, and the room was fantastic.

They did not refill the shampoo when we ran out. We had to ask on two different occasions!

rooms were very clean and spacious; heated pool and Jacuzzi; good breakfast buffet with an omelet bar (there is a charge);easy access to Disney World - 5 minutes drive

very convenient to hollywood studios, very impressive

our room cards became unactivated, therefore had to walk outside on a very cold night
