The pool area was nice and enjoyed the gradual walk in for small kids. Staff at breakfast were very attentive and patient with young kids It was close to where we needed to be and price was pretty good Easy free/ ample parking in lot was helpful.

They didn't really do a great job changing / replacing soap and towels or really cleaning room very well They charged us a resort fee of $12 a day with was never advertised anywhere on booking.com or anywhere for that matter. It was ridiculous to advertise free wi-fi and shuttles (which we didn't use) and then make up a $12 / day fee. That is just not fair game. They also wanted to charge us for a crib..even though when I requested it, there was no mention of a charge..and that i refused to pay. It is just common courtesy and practice. I advised I had a small infant initially and no one said anything.

You have to make a reservation for the shuttle to the park attractions 24 hours in advance. I called the hotel prior to our arrival and I was not informed of this. The main reason we stayed there was so that we could avail of the shuttle service which I was told ran to the park until 10:30 pm and returned at 11:30pm. Since we were not informed properly, we ended up using our car and paying for parking. The $200 we ended up paying for the room was not worth it. The breakfast was continental so it was just an assortment of breads. You can get a better deal with other hotels and get a hot breakfast.

The staff was friendly and eager to help. I also enjoyed the location and proximity to the Disney parks. Room was very clean and designed well.

It seemed slightly disorganized at check in however things got better quickly and the site / staff redeemed itself.

The hotel is in a great location, in a very quite place, for those who is there to visit theme parks. Design is good. Services are good. The hotel also has a laundry room, so anyone may wash there free of charge.

Free shuttle busses to Universal Orlando and Disney Resources. Very quiet room, aircondition was noisy but efective. Free complimentary continental breakfast. Free wi-fi. Three tv sets, all hd. Two bathrooms.

The honesty of the staff. I left my wedding band and engagement ring and didn't realize it until 8 hours after. Called the hotel and they found it and fed ex it to me in ny. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The size and comfort of the rooms, quick response time from front desk, housekeeping, room service! We were a big group and felt like we were the only ones there. Food was very tasty.

pool towel size, housekeeping didn't refill soaps and clean towels adequately each day. Had to call for more every day, or go to each others' rooms to share.

Your website and pictures were true to what our family experienced when we stayed with you. Both our suites were exceptionally clean, your staff was helpful and pleasent. We loved the attention to recycling and how our rooms were re-stocked everyday with essentials. The sheets and bed were amazing. Thank you for a great experience.
