Génial. A cote des parcs, jolie piscine et chambre super. Celle-ci est très propre ( ce qui n'est pas le cas dans la plupart des hotels), bien décorée, très confortable. Non négligeable : seule fois en Floride où j'ai mangé de la vraie nourriture! Le saumon avec les champignons du resto de l'hotel était excellent ! Vraiment parfait. |

Chambre design et grande, hôtel neuf Hôtel difficile à trouver, pas du tout signalé et enseigne très discrète et non lumineuse ...parmi des centaines de commerces allumés ! |

Everything surpassed expectations!! Cleanliness, taste, spacious rooms, ambiance, great and well trained staff, super comfortable bed, decorations in breakfast area, the vitreaux on the ceiling, and marble stairs made breakfast an experience in itself to look at it. I liked everything!! I would change something though: music selection in the breakfast area and lighting. |

Location to all of floridas atractions is fantastic, easy to find for overseas visitors, clean and very quiet and comfortable. we were very dissapointed at the bar menu and quality of food at the hotel,we only eat once at the hotel because of this,i understand that an other restaurant is to open soon on the balcony,but that did not help us. |

I liked the pool area and that it was quite. Room nice and beds are very comfortable. It is a very clean hotel. staff is friendly. I would have liked a larger menu. With more appitizers. It seem the only thing they had to pick on was pizza or salad no finger food or anything to snack on. Need to have more of a variety... |

the suite was very large and comfortable. The hotel is family and kids friendly and is very close to Disney attractions and other parks. Access to the hotel is secured and limited by usage of room keys. The restaurant is nice but has a limited menu though the service is ok. a life guard in the pool would also be useful. Our room was equipped with a washing machine but no vending machine for detergents. |

Great location to get around the area. Room was wonderful for me to work in the mornings while my wife was able to remain asleep. It is nice to have the kitchen in the suite to have drinks and food available. Also like the security of limiting access only to those individuals with keys to the hotel. In the early morning you might need to run past the sprinklers watering the lawn near the doors. |

the suite was very spacious and very comfortable The extra costs i.e. local taxes etc this should have been completely upfront in the cost and not added on - very bad! It was also promoted as being in 'Celebration' but was actually on the 192. |

The room was nice with a good, firm mattress on the bed, which is important for my husband who has a bad back. We were only there for one night, en route to Naples. Food in the Hotel that evening was not nice at all. My husband said it was the worst beef he'd ever tasted and my "Caesar salad" was a piece of Romaine lettuce cut in half lengthways, stem with sand still on it, and sprinkled with a bit of a sauce. from a bottle. However, breakfast was fine. |

Fantastic hotel, very clean, loads of space within the suites, friendly staff, quiet & relaxing pool area, good quality food, good location- quiet but not too far away from everything. |

The hotel was beautiful. It was very quiet and a great value. We had a one bedroom suite, and it had plenty of room which was great for us because we were there for five nights. It was very easy to get to Disney and the other Orlando attractions from the hotel. |

Rooms were spacious and well furnished. Our one bedroom suite was larger than most one bedroom apartments. Enjoyed the 2 flat screen lcd hd tv'S. Also enjoyed the balcony. Will definitely stay at the Mona Lisa again. The entrance was initially difficult to locate. |

We were 6 people sharing a nice new suite w/2 bedrooms w/ king size beds, but there were a coach for the other 2 persons, that was uncomfortable. The kitchen well equipped for 6 persons, w/dishwasher, and washer & dryer too. The internal view was lovely The staff cool. The bedrooms needed more care, really dusty. The bed coach for the other 2 persons was uncorfortable, .The breakfast price was too high for what it was( we travel a lot as a reference). |
