Mona Lisa Suite Hotel

Gostei muito do espaço/conforto dos quartos e a privacidade pessoal.

Que tenha atividades para crianças de ate 11 anos acompanhadas com pessoal especializado do próprio hotel. Para famílias que tem filhos isto é muito importante.

O conforto e espaço do quarto, ambos excelentes. Ótimo para família com crianças ou adolescentes.

O hotel é bem novo com quatos excelentes, a cama é deliciosa. Outro ponto positivo é que ele é perto de tudo.

Uma coisa que deixou a desejar é o fato do Monalisa não contar com o serviço de quarto, sem falar das poucas opções do restaurante do hotel.

O hotel é novo, muito limpo e tudo funciona muito bem. Ótimo.

room size and facilities

Location to all of floridas atractions is fantastic, easy to find for overseas visitors, clean and very quiet and comfortable.

we were very dissapointed at the bar menu and quality of food at the hotel,we only eat once at the hotel because of this,i understand that an other restaurant is to open soon on the balcony,but that did not help us.

the suite was very large and comfortable. The hotel is family and kids friendly and is very close to Disney attractions and other parks. Access to the hotel is secured and limited by usage of room keys.

The restaurant is nice but has a limited menu though the service is ok. a life guard in the pool would also be useful. Our room was equipped with a washing machine but no vending machine for detergents.

Great location to get around the area. Room was wonderful for me to work in the mornings while my wife was able to remain asleep. It is nice to have the kitchen in the suite to have drinks and food available. Also like the security of limiting access only to those individuals with keys to the hotel.

In the early morning you might need to run past the sprinklers watering the lawn near the doors.

The room was nice with a good, firm mattress on the bed, which is important for my husband who has a bad back.

We were only there for one night, en route to Naples. Food in the Hotel that evening was not nice at all. My husband said it was the worst beef he'd ever tasted and my "Caesar salad" was a piece of Romaine lettuce cut in half lengthways, stem with sand still on it, and sprinkled with a bit of a sauce. from a bottle. However, breakfast was fine.

Fantastic hotel, very clean, loads of space within the suites, friendly staff, quiet & relaxing pool area, good quality food, good location- quiet but not too far away from everything.

The hotel was beautiful. It was very quiet and a great value. We had a one bedroom suite, and it had plenty of room which was great for us because we were there for five nights. It was very easy to get to Disney and the other Orlando attractions from the hotel.

Very comfortable beds.

Coffee was not replenished and coffee pot not cleaned daily.
