The relevant room was particularly suitable for a disabled person - spacious and excellently fitted out for the purpose. The room did not appear to be cleaned for the week we were there - but there were no 'tools' with which to do it ourselves. We were asked to sort trash, separating out what was recyclable - but the room staff emptied everything into one black bag. Towels etc were renewed almost daily, but we had not indicated we wanted clean ones. The staff only knew about very local attractions and shopping - nothing as far as Orlando. |

The hotel is nice, the room was spacious. The restaurant is closed early in the evening and we did not get neither food nor beverages at 23.00h. Staff is very unfriendly and for the free shuttle to the parks you have to sign up for the exact time the day before! Even though we booked the hotel for two nights we left after the first night - there was no refund for the second night! |

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff The restaurant was not advertised very well, I discovered it only on the last day and was very pleased with the menu and price, I would have used it more often had I known. |

Fantastic quality of rooms away from the Disney harrasment but close enough to visit all the best Orlando has to offer. delighted we found this hotel and would recommend to anyone. |

This hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff and the rooms were very nice. The pool and hot tub are great! Free breakfast portion isn't much, just drinks and a few pastries. |

The hotel is very well situated at minutes from Disney and from Celebration town center. The suites are very large and comfortable, well equiped, clean, ... perfect for a family. The swimming pool is just impressive : large size, palm trees, clean, nice environment :you feel like beeing in the tropics. I have been travelling a lot this summer, 4 weeks from NYC to Key west, and this is the best value for money I have got. You definitely can go there and will be satisfied. Complimentary continental breakfast is poor - pastries only and no so fresh. (they say they bake it everyday, but ...) anyway, forget this , just go there for the room and have you breakfast at macdonalds or starbucks and everything will be perfect for you. |

The bed was very firm and comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms need improvement. Also, not enough towels were provided in the room and at the pool area. The breakfast which was included, was not healthy or adequate. |

Conviniently located Very poor service around meals. Waited for 10 minutes for breakfast the first day. Tried to order 4 pizzas for lunch one day, It was only 4 other people in the restaurant still we waited 50 min for 3 pizzas. The waiter had not tried to blame it on the cook, after yet another 20 minutes the last pizza arrived after the 3 had finished the meal. |

We stayed 8 nights very nice and quiet great location for all the disney parks and universal studios if you are looking for the disney atmosphere for the kids i would suggest staying at one of the disney resorts They also have a schedule shuttle to the parks No ice machine |

The hotel decor was lovely, never seen so many staff keeping the hotel clean. The staff were extremely friendly. Food in the restaurant although a little pricey , was well worth it. Rooms were a very good size, good quality beds & bedding |

Quiet atmoshere. Convenient to shopping and amusement parks. Issues were addressed in a timely manner. Did not like the fact that they only had carry out when it came to room service. No hbo or dvd player to watch movies. No workout facility on the premises. Housekeeping wasn't consistent with the way they cleaned the room. |

Everything surpassed expectations!! Cleanliness, taste, spacious rooms, ambiance, great and well trained staff, super comfortable bed, decorations in breakfast area, the vitreaux on the ceiling, and marble stairs made breakfast an experience in itself to look at it. I liked everything!! I would change something though: music selection in the breakfast area and lighting. |

Location to all of floridas atractions is fantastic, easy to find for overseas visitors, clean and very quiet and comfortable. we were very dissapointed at the bar menu and quality of food at the hotel,we only eat once at the hotel because of this,i understand that an other restaurant is to open soon on the balcony,but that did not help us. |

I liked the pool area and that it was quite. Room nice and beds are very comfortable. It is a very clean hotel. staff is friendly. I would have liked a larger menu. With more appitizers. It seem the only thing they had to pick on was pizza or salad no finger food or anything to snack on. Need to have more of a variety... |

the suite was very large and comfortable. The hotel is family and kids friendly and is very close to Disney attractions and other parks. Access to the hotel is secured and limited by usage of room keys. The restaurant is nice but has a limited menu though the service is ok. a life guard in the pool would also be useful. Our room was equipped with a washing machine but no vending machine for detergents. |

Great location to get around the area. Room was wonderful for me to work in the mornings while my wife was able to remain asleep. It is nice to have the kitchen in the suite to have drinks and food available. Also like the security of limiting access only to those individuals with keys to the hotel. In the early morning you might need to run past the sprinklers watering the lawn near the doors. |

the suite was very spacious and very comfortable The extra costs i.e. local taxes etc this should have been completely upfront in the cost and not added on - very bad! It was also promoted as being in 'Celebration' but was actually on the 192. |

The room was nice with a good, firm mattress on the bed, which is important for my husband who has a bad back. We were only there for one night, en route to Naples. Food in the Hotel that evening was not nice at all. My husband said it was the worst beef he'd ever tasted and my "Caesar salad" was a piece of Romaine lettuce cut in half lengthways, stem with sand still on it, and sprinkled with a bit of a sauce. from a bottle. However, breakfast was fine. |
