No free WiFi, too expensive for one single day and device.
Very central, great people, if you book early it is a real bargain. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the backside of the building.
Rooms were great. Dana at the desk was so helpful and Sheila the concierge gave us terrific advice. Very comfortable and confident recommending it to anyone
Proximity to downtown. View from room over nearby river and striking modern buildings. Quiet room with comfortable bed.
Staff and service is excellent
After 3 pm they will charge another 26 for parking on checkout if your walking the city
Staff was great, always a plus to be able to stay with a 65# dog and no extra fees
The room wasn't great, A/C didn't work, it felt really humid in the room, lots of dust.
Room and decor
The construction work opposite our room woke us every morning 6am
Great location on the river. You can walk south to the park/art museum, etc or north to the shops on Michigan Ave. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Make sure to ask for a quiet room away from the L. The noise from the L may make it hard to sleep at night.
A removable shower head on a hose would be nice!
Perfect location close to everything...shopping, bars, landmarks, etc. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms and views are amazing. The fitness facility is small but perfect for a workout and weights.
The room cleaning could have been better. Our sheets were left dirty some times and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned every time.
the jacuzzi fitted bath tub the bed the location but, most of all, the friendly, helpful staff
one uncomfortable sofa facing the TV
Good hotel in a great location, the staff can't do enough for you, loved that you could sit in the windows on a comfy mattress. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chicago.
wonderful staff great location room service morning coffee was wonderful!
Small, intimate setting with personalized service and sense of community at happy hour. Dog friendly, too. The window box seats were comfy to enjoy morning coffee and do people watching.
Adjacent restaurant food was ok, but not exceptional.
The bell hops were excellent as well as the front desk. All very nice and helpful. Antonino was the best! I would definitely stay there again. Close to the sights and the window seats were perfect for people watching as well as taking a nap!
No breakfast included with stay. They have a restaurant connected to the hotel so it would be easy to either offer a breakfast with a room or a discounted breakfast there.
We loved the window seats! The location was wonderful.
The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming! The bed was very comfortable.
Central location of Chicago. Excellent staff.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room!!! English men can't survive without a constant tea supply!
The service was out of this world.
I was there with my 3 adult daughters and we loved ALL of it. The wine in the evening was a big hit. It was located centrally to where we wanted to be. Cabs were easy to get and we walked to some of the venues we wanted to see. Great girls weekend.
We had to call down to housekeeping both days for additional towels. They had only left 3 bath towels and with 4 women that was definitely not enough. They brought them right away though.
The rooms were excellent
awesome room - was upgraded to beautiful suite (room 905). Great location in beautiful area of town.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
