Staff were excellent. Utterly polite and helpful.

Incredibly soft pillows. Leaking shower. Low water pressure. No bath - not told this during booking. Lack of complimentary amenities that one would expect even at a budget hotel - in room tea and coffee, complimentary continental breakfast etc.

The employees were very nice and pleasant. I loved that there was Aveda products in the bathroom. Our room was very cute and I liked the design with the day bed by the window.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful - from the front desk staff, to the chamber maid, to the door man, especially the door man. The evening free wine tasting was wonderful!

The wine hour was too short!

Great location in downtown Chicago, the room was great as well as the service.

On the night I proposed to my fiance we came back to the hotel and I asked the desk if they knew where I could get some champagne or wine to take up to the room to celebrate. They directed me to a Walgreens down the street. I'm sorry but for a classy hotel like this I shouldn't have to walk to Walgreens to get a bottle of wine or champagne.

I found everything to be lovely

Location is great. Nice large clean room with a nice view.

Some staff members were really professional and service minded, some other did not care and acted strange I must say. There seems to be a leadership issue. Small detail; they offer a early morning tea and coffee in the lobby and the tea tasted coffee because they seems to swap coffee and tea canister back and forward.

A very nice hotel in a beautiful city! Everything was very good: comfortable, clean and quite big room, friendly staff. Very convenient locations, the Magnificent Mile is in walking distance.

Nothing significant apart from bathroom which looks a bit old (but anyway clean).

It's critical location in the mist of Chicago. It's old elegant decorated rooms and the classy style.

The terrible noise, starting at 5:30 am of the L-train nearby, the sirens in the street, and so on. It is part of the loop section of Chicago, I guess. Prices are on the expensive side.

Location was excelleent. Our room was large and very comfortable. Staff were quite helpful.

I liked that it wasn't a "cookie cutter" room. Design and furnishings were very cool. Within walking distance of Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue, Millennium Park, Grant Park, Willis Tower, Riverwalk. Staff was very friendly.

Parking employees not friendly. Need more seating during wine hour.

Great room. Highly recommend the river view option.
