There is a happy hour with wine from 5:00-6:00 PM, and includes a five minute chair massage and a few appetizers.
No transportation services around town.
I stayed at this hotel for one night in September 2014. There was a lot I liked about this hotel: friendly staff, great decor, good room, comfortable bed, great downtown location.. But what I really liked was the complimentary wine at 'wine hour' and the complimentary neck & shoulder massage! :-)
Clean rooms and great staff.
Great location just off 16th street where there are many restaurants and close to the Colorado Convention center where we were attending the Great American Brew Fest
Always a fear when you walk in to a hotel is that they can't find your reservation....well it happened. I finally called Booking.com and they resolved the problem quickly and the reservation was found. The gal checking us in said if we could wait just 3-5 minutes she would complete the reservation so we sat in the lobby within her eye site. Finally after 30 minutes I went to check to see what the problem was and she had forgotten us. So she offered breakfast either in the restaurant or room service, which we did the latter. Then when we checked out the room service was on our bill!! The gal at check out reversed the charges and we went our way. Goodness.
Really funky hotel and room
Beautifully appointed, polite staff.
Small rooms, overpriced, loud noise from hallways, tv didn't work and didn't get a discount.
Ambiance great throughout. Poor lighting in room, but very comfortable and great layout. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Happy hour events fun.
Poor lighting in the room.
Because my brother in law had to take a taxie to the hotel because of illness the hotel took care of him before I arrived. Also during our outing for dinner the staff took very good care of us. WE spent most of the time in the room. The beds were very comfortable. We asked for a late check out of 1pm and we were given it.
I did not like using the ATM for cash. I feel it broke the customer service relationship we were creating at check in. I had to stop what I was doing and go to a machine to get the money to tip those who were taking care of me. It made me feel that the computer mentality that is being created of staying in the box is happening with your hotel.
The staff members at the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. (especially Spencer at the front desk!) The Premier King room was very spacious and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The housekeeping and room service staff were very accommodating.
Staff was friendly as expected. Hotel has a mid- high end feel. Room clean and nicely appointed. Hotel is central to LoDo and even uptown by use of city shuttle.
Pretty expensive for having a room that directly looked into a public parking structure and not even a glimpse of the sky.
Staff Beds Lemonade Happy Hour Cow in the lift lobby
No courtyard or place to sit outside at night.
The best hotel on our trip. Very professional staff and top service, beautiful and quiet room, a very good restaurant, nice fitness area, walking distance to shops, a very recommendable hotel.
Everything was just perfect. A pool would be an additional highlight.
. front desk staff helpful/courteous . house keeping friendly/courteous
.lighting in the lobby in the morning too dark. .not all front door staff knew the area and unable to provide direction or suggestions .exercise/fitness area limited . lack of drawer/dresser space for un packing
Wifi login sucked I paid room service upon delivery+ tip and it showed up on my bill.
Spacious room with high ceiling, comfortable and wide queen beds, clean and sufficiently large bathroom, friendly staff, close to main shopping street of Denver and some nice restaurants. Would stay here again with my family of four.
In- house restaurant very expensive, but plenty of good alternatives (breakfast and dinner) close by.
This is a clean, classy, and quirky hotel. My husband and I were traveling with our adult children, and everyone in the family loved the hotel. We were even allowed to checked in about 4 hours early because they had a room available for us before 3:00 pm. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the 16th Street Mall, where we ate and shopped quite often. Parking is actually surprisingly convenient too. We were afraid we would have to use the expensive valet parking during our stay, but we were actually able to use a parking lot less than a block away which ended up costing us only about $10 - $15 a day. The rooms are extremely clean. This is one of the few hotels I have even stayed in where I did not even worry about using the bathtub. It all felt just as clean as home : ) We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
The hotel is a bit pricey - and the quirky decor may not be for everyone - but we loved it!
Great location, big room, happy hour was a great start to our stay.
Parking is either expensive (valet) or awkward. No refrigerator in room. Wi-Fi should be free in a hotel of this category.
The whole experience was really good. Everyone was very helpful and nice and treated us great. Felt like a high priced hotel for less money than most less impressive places.
Small things that were in significant such as ice machine on opposite numbered floors when we were on 6 didn't bother me but it may you. No parking garage so you had to pay for valet but still cheaper with that included.
A spacious, comfortable room that was quiet, in spite of the hotel's location in a busy part of Denver. We appreciated the complimentary wine and nibbles each evening at 5pm.
The lack of information in our room about the hotel's facilities and even the usual details about check out time, etc. The absence of a coffee machine until we complained at reception.
Lovely full service hotel. Would love to be a guest again.
The staff was extremely accomadating! The Bell boy offered my kids balloons, the valet brought out car very quickly, house keeping turned down and prepared the sofa bed for our kids! We are super thrilled we stayed here! The location was perfect too! Very close to many restaurants and places to eat (within walking distance). The size of the room was great for our family of 5!
Your staff are the best they know how to take care of their guests.
That I have to wait 15-20 for them to get my car
Friendly staff. Willing to make amends for things that went wrong.
I booked the Spa room for my honeymoon. They were late for check in and the in-room spa was broken. After maintenance men kept coming in and out, I finally just told them to stop so we could get back to business. They discounted things and gave us free breakfast. Very kind, but I would have preferred it to be issue free on my wedding night.
