Score from 135 reviews Very good
Room was very nice.
Still having trouble with charges from the hotel.
The Vault Bar and the gorgeous light. The fantastic decorating in the rooms and the lobby. The location and the service
Have to Valet and pay a premium for parking. They didn't have an ice bucket in the room. The TV software is slow and cumbersome. They don't have NBCSports for instance. Can't use the fridge.
I was greeted with a hula hoop at the front desk!? I happen to hula hoop a lot in my free time - it was the best "welcome" I have ever had at a hotel! The decor was so fun, chic & funky, not stuffy at all.. And the amenities were so forward thinking and "hipster" if you will. Thank you for one of the best 16 hour stays ever!
Does no shower cap count? Haha
Very comfortable rooms.
We have been travelling around Western US and have always had access to free WiFi and parking. Staying at a 4*property we expected the same. We were only staying 1 night and needed WiFi for 30 mins for travel purposes, we were told this would cost $12.99!!
The location of the hotel was excellent.
Everything.....comfort of my bed was amazing...best nights sleep in a month!!! The Bell Hops, door men, and Valet were the best. I have two cats (my boys) they were treated with care and consideration.
That I have to leave!!!
Cant believe they didn't offer free wi-fi in this day and age. U can go to a roach motel and get free wifi. Also the bathroom had no exhaust fan.
staff, location, all was perfect. I noticed, they accept dogs. It's great!
To much noise - single glass windows. Room seems to be made out of paper walls! No hot water for shower. Airco blows directly over the bed so you get a cold! I did not sleep at all.
The hotel does not have any coffee maker in the room for guests to use. The room is small. Internet is not free of charge as claimed. You need to provide personal info and sign up as a member otherwise you have to pay. No arrangement of shuttle service to the airport.
friendly staff, well informed on local sites and restaurants
yoga mat in all rooms reception each evening
Heavenly bed! NYtimes at door in AM. Gracious welcoming staff throughout.
Top 2 floors have restricted views due to deep set windows. I don't like the new decor as much as the old before renovation.
At Salt Palace for Young Living Convention and a medical procedure in Park City. Great location for both.
It's the perfect little boutique hotel, that's not so tiny. My husband kept asking if it was brand new because everything is so well maintained and up to date. The location was perfect walking distance to the Salt Palace for the convention we were attending. The staff is very helpful. The evening receptions with wine and appetizers are first rate. My only regret is that I hadn't stayed here sooner.
Friendly Staff Close to everything downtown Easy access to restaurants
Lots of street noise, rooms might need better soundproofing no discounted parking for hotel guests or warning that parking will cost at least $19 per night
lack of coffee makers in the rooms, parking charges
Friendly helpful staff.
The TV remote was terrible had to push it 5 times to change the channel. To many up charges for anything you want. Just include very thing in the price of the room up front. Bathroom shower had very little pressure needs an update as well kind of ghetto.
A lovely property in downtown SLC. Beautiful, clean, well-maintained room and the beds were very comfortable.
The restaurant was not family-friendly. The food options were limited and no kids menu. If you are traveling with young children (or picky eaters of any age), I do not recommend the restaurant or room service. I've stayed at a lot of resorts and high-end hotels and it's fine to offer more "fine" dining options, but most offer kid-friendly fare as well, such as mac&cheese, pizza, spaghetti and such. This hotel does not.
Convenient. Great accommodations. Quiet. Friendly. Affordable
It's near a shopping and south temple square.
It's room a little small
Great location, nice staff and beautiful rooms.
Very dusty rooms.
Lovely facilities, comfortable bed, wine reception, super staff.
Valet Staff was very attentive & Professional & always willing to ensure you knew where you were traveling to and the best way to get there. Front desk very professional and polite.
