One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Just beautifully designed, staff were excellent and the pool is to die for. Cold water and orange juice is served to you while you sunbathe. Luxury at its best. It also smells beautiful too! Nothing.

Fantastic staff & large rooms made it very comfortable. The design of the place was fantastic & added a touch of luxury to the stay Beds were only Queen size Food & drinks somewhat overpriced

good hotel with luxury facilities Too many kids on spring break there at time. Also hotel charged up fornt from credit card an extra 150 dollars/night for insurance/extras without telling me and nothing mentioned on booking.com re: it. Thus credit card was put into red because of them taking an extra 850 dollars without asking

The gym. The bed had a massive hole in the middle, and I did not sleep well (room 715). The walls are thin and noise sept through. The facilities were poor. Overall very disappointing.

The hotel is just perfect! The best place to stay in South Beach. Located well enough both for beach and shopping, a bit on the side from the load streets. Views over the Bay are so stunning, the sunsets are worth paying for the room with the bay view. Hotel staff are very hospitable and accommodating. The room are spacious and well designed, very elegant and trendy. Would stay at this hotel in future Nothing. The hotel is perfect!

Everything the decor, staff, room and facilities pool area, food, especially the very helpful concierges Enrique and Louis. A little noisy but its a hip hotel so that's to be expected and hasn't put me off at all.

Room spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool far too hot to be refreshing - kids had to come out to cool off which seems ridiculous. Also rooms not well sound proofed so corridor noise significant.

the pool was a great place to hang out your staff was great, food and drinks outstanding, David the pool concierge, Karen and evelyn, dylan, issac, priscilllaat the front desk, blaine olya, and JP at the pool bar they all made us stay for another 3 days, we went to the delano beach and the rose bar outstanding service by rachel at the bar and Todd at the beach need to revamp your chaise lounges and pull out couches and need to make sure your checks have the fact that the gratuity is included more clearly

The lay out of the hotel was nice. The room was very spacious and had a nice art deco look to it. The view from the hotel room was very nice you could see the beach from a distance. The stay was nothing compared to the reviews I saw. I booked the hotel because I wanted it to be really special for my wife, it was a extended Valentines gift, that was supposed to be full of excitement, relaxation, and joy, instead it was completely the opposite. For the money that you pay for an upscale hotel, I feel we received no where near the value or experience that was anticipated. When we arrived the valet did not greet us or open the doors, instead they looked and stared at us as if we were lost. I opened my door and the valet person said how can I help you, I was puzzled, it was not a good start. We walked in they took our bags, I advised we had a spa apt at 10:15. we went to the spa area. When I made the spa reservation I requested to have fruit in the waiting area prior to the spa relaxation it never happened. While we were waiting I repeatedly asked where is the fruit, I was told it's on its way, it never arrived. We finally went into our couples spa and had our session, however it was nothing like described as advertised.We have frequented other spa's before at the Fountanbleu, Eden Roc, where you do the jucuzzi before, or the suana, they have a fantastic selection of fruits and other snacks laid out that you can choose from, there was no jucuzzi, and we didn't get chance to relax before to enjoy any of the other ammentities because we were waiting for the fruits that never came. The spa package I purchased ahead of time was nothing like described, when my wife asked instead of the body scrub, could she extend the massage time, the answer was "No!" Very dissapointing. So she opted for something she didn't want, because the person was unwilling to comprimise to satisfy a guest.

The suite was well designed and quite nice. Hip and trendy outlook. Captured the art deco spirit of the city with a unique take that gave it a distinctive sense of place rather then a generic chain hotel. Some staff were really nice-some of the door men, two guys manning the reception and the concierge who go above and beyond and were friendly, warm, upbeat and genuine. Things not working. Desk chair broke up. Tv remoTes non responsive. Phones not working. Internet wifi access from room confusing. Reception staff except for one did not know what to do. Some policies strange. Usd 20 just to use a rather underwhelming sauna. Reserved room for three guests on a plan that said breakfast included. First day no problem but on the second day were told that breakfast could only be for two people and made us sign! Staff service in breakfast room really poor. FOrgetting requests. Coffee without cream and sugar and then taking ages to get it. Waiting for 15 minutes to take orders. One doormen grumpy and unavailable to call taxis although to be fair the others were great. Housekeeping supervisor very unpleasant on the phone when we complained room was not made up using an excuse that we were in the room when the cleaner came five hours ago! Seating hostess on duty in the Resteraunts on the 14th evening very stand of fish. Some staff were great but others were really poor. Very inconsistent.

pool area the breakfast was awful - the restaurant did not open on time, the buffet food selection was extremely poor and very limited, the service was not existent. The breakfast is a shame for this hotel.
