Location, trendy atmosphere, music. Restaurant.
Room had good view and the restaurant is excellent.
Room was small, but good for the price we paid.
Very good experience
Fantastic staff, great room perfect location delicious food.
We had to leave so soon!
Location and sensual experience! Open courtyard from Crosby Street leading to beautiful restaurant with extraordinary skylight, leading to hotel lobby, leading to Lafayette Street. Wise architecture and nice views will stay with me forever. Even the diverse crowd, cool blue hues, sexy music, and soft fragrance helped me to completely escape to soho!
In general, busboys and bellmen (often texting) need better training.
Great Location, Lovely modern rooms. A fun and young Feeling to the place.
From the soothing scent in the air, to the amazing staff, to the beautiful room - this truly is the best place to stay in SOHO.
There's only one minor issue - I wish the restaurant's menu was more diverse and less "schmancy". Sometimes you just want normal pasta.
roon is too small
The bed and shower were amazing! The room as tiny but good for our purpose. Front desk staff so accommodating and hospitable.
There was a bartender on duty who was a complete jerk. I work is hospitality and I was discussed how he treated us and his co workers. Appalling.
We stay here fairly frequently and it never disappoints. Great location, facilities and service. Great restaurant and bar area. Would recommend this to anyone.
That we had to go home...
Staff were very helpful we got an upgrade on one room. Great location and great views from our rooms.
Minor point but we didn't get bath robes.
I liked the atmosphere and the vibe at the hotel very friendly and helpful staff , great restaurant and bar , great place to return to after a day out. Also the hotel public areas had a great scent
great location, nice hotel and the rooms are comfortable and renovated with a nice design. the view was wonderful. Staff was very helpful, polite and well informed. we would come back.
housekeeping was not up to standard. the lobby bathrooms were very dirty and my room was clean but not perfectly cleaned.
The hotel is located near SoHo
This hotel is typically pretentious with lots of wasted space on things you dont need but no space for the things you do need .... The room was so small that I had to go outside to change my mind ! ! The handbasin for the bathroom is actually on top of the mini bar in the room because the bathroom is about the size of the trunk of my car. The WiFi isnt free and the fitness centre is about the size of your average home kitchen ... all in all a dreadful stay - there are much better hotels for the price.
The view from the bedroom.
The temporary-feeling set up of the bathroom, with the sink outside in the bedroom - just plain odd! Cheap nylon carpets and ikea furniture - all fine I'm sure in their place but this hotel is claiming to be something it's not, and charging for it.
You'll either get a ticket or have to wait an hour for a bell boy.
The hotel bar was lovely (although the service was slow) and the location was great.
Very poor value for money, given the size and nature of the rooms. The beds were very small. One day our rooms did not get cleaned at all. The toilet blocked and no one fixed it.
Not for the faint-hearted.
We loved the pancakes at breakfast. Is it possible to get the recipe?
The staff made up for the problems we confronted
When we checked in we asked for the two rooms tobe on the same floor. When we came back at 5:00 weed no longer on the same floor. A manager had sorted out the problem with tact. The problem was lack of staff. Too bad the quality of clientele has lowered. Less chic and more of a party scene.
I really enjoyed my stay. The complemtary breakfast had a scarce selection but otherwise so pleasant!
I had to pay for wifi
Skilled front desk staff, neat and clean facilities
Tiny rooms, expensive breakfast
The decor was gorgeous and detailed. Room was gorgeous, very comfortable and clean. And I like that the heater did not make a lot of noise.
Sink was small and walls are thin but all else fantastic
Morgan's hotel brands are good. You can count on hip and tastefull done rooms. Doormen and bell hops very responsive and courteous.
Lobby is a bit disjointed and lighting a tad too low in public spaces. Std rooms are very small. Cleaning staff left used towels from prior guest in shower. These are all minor issues.
