The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was well designed, very clean, room a good size. Lovely toiletries. Loved the sky bar. Concierge very helpful

Expensive

Great comfortable room and general facilities. Good restaurant and bar.

Noisy during the night. Breakfast in bed didn't get delivered. Wifi was $10 a night which considering how much we paid is too much.

Service, decor, food, location

Pool is WAY too small for the hotel. If you weren't able to get to the pool by 11am then you couldn't get a lounger at all. This alone would discourage me from returning.

Design of room front of house staff ! The valet manager was amazing very helpful and when our food came in the restaurant and it was uncooked he organised a bottle of wine to be left in the room !

The restaurant service was poor ! Very slow and food was uncooked after us waiting 1 hour for it Can be very snobby ! When we arrived for our table in the window we were told we could not sit down as one of our guests was not with us ! As we waiting so long we could not eat as we had to leave to go and see a Pre booked show so we ended up getting an in and out burger - not a great start

Bret at the front desk was super great when my reservation couldnt be found .... but loved my amazing room all of the other staff was amazing!!

Couldnt find my reservation from booking.com ???? not sure what happen but Brett just made a new one...

The staff were friendly, attentive & courteous. The rooms & hotel in general have nice trendy boutique design & fell to it. The morning breakfast on the outside terrace was great with a nice LA view. The food was ok.

For a business traveller wanting to meet people there was a bit ... The crowed at the bar night time were too young (10ageers). My room was next to what seems to be a service door, so it was annoying to hear the noise several times.

There is no sign upfront identifying it as the hotel. While this is a compelling style choice... Looking for this hotel for the first time without gps at 11:30pm after a 6 hour east coast flight is a quiet a challenge for a weary traveler.

The Staff is excellent. Any hotel MUST be judged on the ability of Sr. Managment to hire and keep the very best people. Front Desk manager ( Kayue or Kaycie) sorry - went so far out of her way to be sure that the reservation I made was inbound at my arrival - so well spoken and professional. Door staff also excellent.

There were bugs (little spiders) that covered my entire shower. It was very disgusting.

Front Desk Staff - I think Michael was the young man - amazing service. I had booked minutes before on Bookins dot com and when I arrived the res was not in - I was exhausted - Michael saw to my bags, gave me 2 free drinks - and brought my key to me personally when the res cleared the computers. Outstanding young man.

The Tv is a little weird. But not a big deal.

Every interaction with the staff was a delight, they were incredibly friendly & helpful at all times!

Everything...Staff, Location, Room, Design, the TV,...even that 'peppermint shampoo'!!!...they just took care of everything. Extra credit goes to those lovely ladies at the front desk. N.B. the views from those 'ceiling to floor' windows was spectacular! truly hollywood experience...

Net was not free...anyways, not a big deal, worth it...super fast comparing to the free Net in other hotels.

I loved the surprise of walking into such an obscure building and finding such clever and trendy interior design. Every corner has been well thought trough. Bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for out family. Not many hotels cater for a family of 5. Also the skybar and restaurant was amazing! I'll definitely stay here again.

Maybe some signage and something quirky and trendy on the front of the building as you enter will help you to experience the hotel immediately from arrival.

I liked everything about the hotel, nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, excelent concierge, nice restaurant, very clean room.

Our blakout didn't cover the entire window, there was a small space near the wall that stayed uncovered that wake us up by seven in the morning because of the light that came in. We had to buy a tape to hold the blackout and then everything was wonderfull, the room and the bed are very comfortable

Nice location, cool SkyBar and pool. This hotel is good to stay for week- end parties, but too loud for long-term travellers.

This was my second stay in this hotel. Both times I got room on lower floors, whereas asked for upper floor when booking. My friend had to argue with receptionist for half an hour to change the room, because they were trying to give him room with facilities for disabled people.

No coffee in the room and costs over $14 for room service coffee. No area for solo travellers to sit in a quiet bar and drink and eat All tables around pool were reserved

I did not like that you had to pay extra for WiFi or that you had to pay to use there busiiness centre. These options are usually free amonst it's competitors.

Great and friendly staff and very competent.

I travel a lot for work and prefer to stay at a 'unique' hotel such as yours. However, you need to fix 2 things before I come back: the reading lights next to the bed turn themselves off and on at random and are not sufficiently strong to be able to read by. Secondly, you need a nespresso or similar equipment in the rooms to enable guests to make (good quality) tea and coffee.

I loved everything at The Mondrian! Wonderful stay, exceptionnal vue and bedroom (12th floor), very quiet, service kind and caring. Spécial thanks to The lady at The front desk (asma?) Merci beaucoup I Will be back!! Great burgers !

Pool a bit small.. Taxes almost 50$ a day.. Trop de suppléments quand on petit-dejeune au restaurant, pour le service. We dont want to tip anymore after all those taxes! (Idem for room service!)
